Had major surgery 8 dental implants. 2 installed all the way into cheek bone. Dr Prather and staff were professional and courteous throughout the whole process. Was given pain medicine prescription which was not needed I had very little pain Tylenol took care of it I would highly recommend this office for any oral surgery needs.

I recently saw Dr. Prather to have a tooth removed and be prepped for a dental implant. I had the tooth removed and other steps to prepare for the implant yesterday. I was super nervous. Dr. Prather and his staff are all exceptionally professional and friendly. Dr. Prather has a very caring bedside manner and they all put me at ease. So far, I have very pleased with the service. When I was in recovery, Dr. Prather and other staff checked on me several times. A staff member helped me to the car and called me about an hour after my appointment to make sure I was feeling OK. I am very pleased with Dr. Prather’s practice and highly recommend him for any dental work that you might need.

Nice staff and Dr Prather is very friendly. Had all of my wisdom teeth out, some of which were impacted. The whole process was easy and fast. He must have done a great job because I was feeling normal and ready to go after only 2-3 days. I had a small concern about a week later and they were able to address it super quick. I’m very impressed.

I chose this office because they were one of the few places who was accepting my insurance (Dentemax). Initially, I was skeptical about this practice because google rating was lower than several competitors offices. I noticed that this place does not have many reviews at all and from my experience, it is rather a good sign than bad. Making an appointment – I had to wait 3 or 4 weeks before they can see me the first time and this is a good sign. A good place with a reasonable price will always have a longer wait time. The consultation will cost you 100$. Visit – They do follow the Covid19 protocols. You will be taken temperature reading and given a disposable pen. Afterward, you will be offered a type of anesthesia you want to go with. I had to remove 4 wisdom teeth and I went with local anesthesia. This is all you need. Don’t spend thousands of dollars on general narcosis. Day of surgery. The doctor gave me 6 shots all over my mouth. This is by far the most unpleasant part. The removal started 20 minutes after I got numbed. Doctor Prather – As other reviews mentioned, he is not a big talker. He goes straight to the business. I did not feel any pain at all. He took 4 teeth out within 20 minutes. He is truly an oral surgeon. After surgery – They will give you to go bag with instructions and prescriptions. The nurse will tell you everything but you will be stressed out and wouldn’t remember a single word. Shortly after I got home. I received a silly phone call from the desk girl. She left the voicemail and said it was a follow-up call to make sure everything is ok. Really ??? Unfortunately, she wasn’t smart enough to understand that I have a numb mouth full of gauzes and blood. And I can’t answer that call. I think a follow-up call shall be the next day at least but not within 25 minutes. So the customer approach is rather formal and some corrections are definitely required. Considerations – Initial consultation is 100$. You have to prepay the surgery. ( Difference between the cost and what insurance would cover). Surgery appointment requiring a security deposit. Strictly cancellation policy. Pros- The doctor is professional and you can be worry-free. The cost is very reasonable. The office is very clean. The equipment is new. Close to expressway. Overall I will recommend this practice

I recently finished breast cancer treatment and I needed to be on follow-up meds that could cause jaw bone necrosis issues. I was referred to Dr Prather’s office for a consultation regarding 2 lower wisdom teeth being removed. I just can’t say enough nice things about him and his practice!!! He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure that I was educated about issues that could arise while my oncologist has me on the follow-up meds. Also, because he knew that I was in the midst of follow-up treatments, he made a point to get me scheduled ASAP and have the extractions done 3 days later, so that it wouldn’t interrupt my cancer treatment!!! The day of the extractions, Dr Prather and and his entire staff went above and beyond to make sure that they answered any questions that my husband and I had, and took the time to make sure that I was very comfortable before and after the procedure! After having the procedure, they sent me home with all of the necessary medications, as well as a very informative sheet explaining what and when to do everything. They also made sure I knew how to be get ahold of Dr Prather, in the event of an emergency after hours. Later that afternoon, Chelsey (very sweet and professional) called just to make sure that I was feeling well, if I had any questions and made sure again that I knew how to contact Dr Prather if anything should arise. Again, I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr Prather and his amazing staff!!!

Dr. Prather and staff are skilled and caring. Have had tooth extraction, bone graft and implant procedures. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I’ve never had to wait and appreciate the cleanliness of the office and the technology used. Despite my dental phobia, I always feel confident with the professionalism of the staff and the caring skilled experience of Dr. Prather. Highly recommend.

Second time going to see Dr.Prather as a recommend from my Dentist. The Dr is friendly and staff are friendly. They handle everything is a thorough from consult – service performed. He has pulled all my remaining wisdom teeth over the last several years. I would return for any service needed. Nice facility and high tech gear he has! Thanks again Dr. Prather!

It is hard to find real professionals this days. I do highly recommend Dr.Prather. I had a wisdom tooth extraction surgery and he did excellent job. Also 3 years ago i was pregnant and no one want to even touch me with my extraction but Dr. Prather accepted me and everything was fine. Clinic personal are great and friendly. Little bit expensive for self-pay but you got what you pay for.

I called Monday morning as soon as they opened with severe pain from an impacted wisdom tooth. They got me in the same day at 2pm to get the tooth out. I had local anesthesia and did not feel a thing. Dr. Prather is very gentle and his staff is great at explaining your procedure and keeping you comfortable. Within an hour after my surgery, they had already called to check on me! Thanks for going out of your way to make this experience so easy!
