Once again, Dr. Lam & his Precision dental team have “WOWED” us. We were greeted with beautiful smiles from all the front office gal. They made Noah felt special from the moment he stepped in. Elaine showed him the “treasure” box filled with toys & stickers, Noah was all smiles from that moment on. My little guy had his first dental appointment with Dr. Lam & Johana. I was a little nervous for him, but Noah (2 years & 8 months) loved the experience the whole time. Johana was great at making him feel comfortable as she placed him in the dental chair, explained & helped him through the x-ray process, and polished his baby teeth. Their dental assistant Leena was cheering for Noah during the procedure. He enjoyed it so much that he didn’t want to leave the chair when Dr. Lam & Johana was finished. Once we he was done, the gals (Jackie, Elaine, Nairobith, & Gaby) all gave Noah a high five & took pictures with him. Happy Noah = Happy Mommy!!! Thank you for taking great care of Noah!

I would like to say that the Precision Dental team is what makes this office awesome! I have reviewed Dr. Lam before (who by the way is awesome) this review is my experience with Dr. Marquez— I went in on Monday 11/27/2017 and Dr. Lam was pretty booked up so I agreed to see Dr. Marquez for my issue. I was NERVOUS because he wasn’t Dr. Lam but everything went smooth and Dr. Marquez thoroughly explained to me what was my issue and asked a lot of questions to help understand why I was having this issue (Dr. Marquez made me feel at ease), and was able to use a super cool gadget (very fancy in my opinion) and it has been two days and kazammm!!! issue gone!!!! I recommend Precision Dental to anyone and recommend both Dentist here Dr. Marquez and Dr. Lam!! oh and btw the team is super duper awesome, feels like family every time I walk in. It had been almost 6 months since I had went in and I was BLOWN away by the new remodeled office it is BEAUTIFUL, I was there for dental care but got some ideas for decorating…lol.

I have pretty terrible teeth, and recently moved to LV and was looking for a dentist to take care of a whole bunch of cavities I had. Anthony at precision dental was kind, easy going, explained everything that was happening and what I could expect, and reassured me (as someone with anxiety about getting dental work done) throughout the process. I hate going to the dentist but Anthony was quick, professional, and minimized my anxiety/pain. I feel lucky to have him to help with my teeth!

I hated going to the dentist, I originally went to find a new dentist for my kids. I felt totally comfortable with Dr. Lam. I had a lot of work that needed done, every visit he goes above and beyond with me! By far Dr.Lam is the best dentist in all of Vegas, and maybe even the country! I trust him and his staff completely. I will refer everyone I know to him! Honestly the entire staff are top notch! Can’t say enough good things!

When I first walked into the office, I felt a very positive vibe. I am usually nervous when I go to the dentist but the Hawaiian music really put me at ease. Dr. Lam and his staff were very professional. The office was very clean and high tech, the waiting area even had a big screen TV. I had to get a dreaded root canal done but the entire staff had great bedside manner. On top of that, the office provided Netflix and headphones during the procedure to keep my mind off the root canal. Dr. Lam did a great job, I would recommend all of my friends and family to Precision Dental.

Totally and absolutely amazing. Everything from the cleanliness of the office to the quality of the equipment and, last but not least, the amazing staff they have there. Just top class service and genuine doctors who care. This is the kind of dental office you want to walk into 🙂 Dr. Lam was very patient and explained all the different solutions/recommendations. It was my first time there so I had x-rays done and even that was a nice process! When they had me sign up I was given an i-pad to fill in my info – first time ever I experienced that in a medical environment, it was a very nice touch. No awkward “pen-on-a-notepad-on-a-clipboard” scenario. Classy and professional. Really makes you feel like that is how they will handle your teeth 🙂 . I highly recommend them!

Dr. Lam is a very kind dentist who cares about his patients. I fell several days before Christmas last year and he took the time to temporarily fix my tooth so I would look presentable for Christmas and New Year. Eventually he made me a beautiful, permanent bridge and I can finally smile again without being embarrassed. The office staff is also kind and caring. The dental staff is also very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Thank you all for taking such good care of me.

We’re new to Vegas and had to find all new essential services for our health. Found Precision Dental and grateful that we did. I was having problem with a tooth implant that bothered me for three years — my gums were so inflamed and the tooth gave me so much discomfort. Found out that Precision Dental can help me so I made an appointment. They do all kinds of work at this facility, and if they need to do an implant, they bring in a specialist. But for the most part, they do everything else. So happy to go to one place for all my dental needs. Very impressed with the people and the operation — very busy, but people take time to greet clients, Everyone is friendly, helpful and personable. They treat their patients with kindness, understanding and respect. And they all seem to genuinely like working there and working with each other. The work environment appears to be a very happy one, and it shows. I don’t want to single out just one person, because everyone I met was wonderful. The facility is super clean, very well appointed and cheerful. All their equipment is top of the line. Even having x-rays taken was a breeze with a minimum of discomfort. Their communications method is quick and precise; follow ups on appointment, confirmation, and alerting me when they’ve got a room ready for me. Can’t find a single thing I would change. The team of professionals is the best I’ve had the pleasure of seeing. No way I’d go elsewhere for any of my dental needs. They are simply: THE BEST!

Precision Dental is great! Amazing staff and they are extremely helpful. I’ve had sleep apnea my whole life and have been lacking quality sleep for as long as I remember. I went into the office and they recommended I get a DreamTAP nightguard. Ever since I have been using my nightguard, I have seen a huge increase in my sleep quality! I now feel like I sleep a full 8 hours every night. I believe the DreamTAP is 100% WORTH it. Sleep is the one of the most important things and who doesn’t like feeling refreshed in the morning? The thing changed my life. No joke

Great service, I definitely cannot complain, I have been trying to get the same tooth out for like a year . I called set an appt for a Saturday a few days ahead and they hooked me up with dr. Tran who was delightful. Everyone in the office was super pleasant and kind and I felt really a good overall vibe for my whole appt. they get down to business which is appreciated in our situation. We have 2 kids and I am a stay at home mom and we have insurance but available money can vary from week to week so I was glad to find someone willing to work with us that accepts our insurance and is so close to home. We are going to use them for my husbands teeth and a couple bridges I need put in as well! Post covid it was nice to go into a place that was clean, quick, has masks on hand and takes your temperature as well. Not to mention they saw it was my birthday coming up and gave me a Starbucks card,coffee thermos and pen which I thought was super nice. Check them out!!

We love this dentist office. They are also really great with kids. Super clean, friendly, and do a great job. It’s so important for me that my son loves and trust the dentist so he can build great habits and actually want to go. And he does! He loves coming here for cleanings. We usually see Rex who is awesome and of course Dr. Lam. Front office is super friendly + organized, billing is never an issue and they just do a great job.

Best experience ever in a dental office. Very friendly and professional. From the initial greeting throughout the entire visit, the interaction is relaxed and confident. The staff displays genuine care for the success of the practice and the patient which is constantly on display. Hard to imagine any place better than this.

I’ve been coming here since I moved to Vegas almost 2 years ago. The staff is great. The service is excellent and prices reasonable. I love how simple and streamlined everything is. From making appointments, getting reminders (via texts and emails) and having services (during a pandemic no less). They are extremely efficient and you are never there longer than you need to be. I have referred several friends and family. I have severe anxiety with dentists (childhood experience) but this entire team has earned my trust and put me at ease. I highly recommend them!!!

In this age of uncertainty, it’s nice to see that Precision Dental is taking everything seriously. When I arrived for my appointment, I sent a text message as directed, and was led directly inside to my exam chair very quickly. The precautions that the staff was taking seemed to meet and exceed regulations in every aspect. Personally, I am not worried to go back, because of the professional and courteous staff.

Finally!! I feel I found a dentist that genuinely cares for the oral health of me and my family.  I admit, I’m a little bit of a scaredy cat when it comes to dentists.  Dr. Lam takes the time to listen to my concerns and logically addresses them with easy to understand options. The coolest thing is they have some kind of new technology where they take close up pictures of your teeth and put it onscreen so you can actually view the health of your teeth and gums. From there, he gives advice on how to improve/maintain. This is the first time I’ve ever seen my mouth up close and personal, I was amazed. Office is very clean with such modern decor, I almost feel like I’m going to a teeth salon. I have found my family dentist. Thanks Dr. Lam~

Dr. Bobby Lam has been my dentist since he was at Absolute dental and he’s the only dentist I can trust. I’ve tried at least 5 different dentists before and Dr. Lam fixed all my crowns other dentists messed up on they were hurting my gums for years and I don’t have that problem anymore. He doesn’t sugarcoat or tries to over charge you on things you don’t need. He’s honest and makes you feel very comfortable through out any procedure. So glad he opened his new office closer to my house 🙂 everyone here are super friendly too which makes your visit to a dentist a lot better (seriously who likes to go see a dentist? It already put you in a “ugh” mood right?) love love love how they decorated waiting room and restroom with beautiful chandeliers and nice, clean furnitures I didn’t even feel like I was at dental office when I walked in.

For the first time in my 36-years on Earth, I finally found the friendliest, honorable, and professional group of dentists and staff. It was a delight to be treated with such kindness when entering the facility. They exemplify great customer service and their dental techniques and technology have surpassed anything I have seen. They photo and x-Ray all your teeth so they can analyze and determine the state they are in. In the end, they very friendly and they treat you like royalty.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while but a friend recommended me here. I was kind of nervous this would be my first dentist visit in Las Vegas but the team at Precision Dental took care of me beyond my expectations. All of the staff were very friendly. I had to do a deep cleaning the same day and the dentists did their best to nullify the pain. What I mean by this was that during the injection of the numbing agent the dentists was wiggling my cheek to distract me from the injection. It was this little thing that made it hurt much less then my previous deep cleaning. I genuinely feel like this place will go above and beyond to help you with your treatment. I was given an itemized breakdown of what needed to be done before I even started. Another thing was that they even did their best to accommodate my on-call work schedule for the 2nd half of the deep cleaning. Much thanks to the staff here and I will definitely be making this my regular dentist office.

Full disclosure** this will be a long post but very important for anyone who has anxiety over The dentist*** Take it From a person who has neglected dental work her entire life…please please please come and see the doctors here at Precision Dental. I have an extreme phobia when it comes to the dentist, I was never taught oral hygiene as a child, I never had dental insurance and every experience prior to finding this dental practice has been traumatic. Upon first phone call with Jackie, she was able to calm my nerves as she congratulated me on making my first step and making the call and scheduling a consult. She empathized with me on all my fears and my journey thus far. She was able to squeeze me in on the first day of open from the closures due to Covid. They implemented new safety measures and protocol which I appreciated and also wasn’t crazy complicated. Office was immaculately clean. Upon arrival I’m immediately greeted by Lena the X-ray technician as well as Jackie. They, already are aware of my high anxiety from the phone call I had with Jackie prior and so they are extra extra gentle and accommodating to me. Making sure I’m comfortable with every step and not making me feel as if I’m being ridiculous (although I was very much a train wreck) assuring me throughout the whole process. Then comes Dr Lam to go over the xrays. Now mind you, this was only meant to be a consult, I needed a lot of work done but in no way was I planning on making precision dental the place to fix my needs but it was a No brainer. Dr Lam spent time listening to my concerns…I’m babbling on and on through a mix of emotions…lots of crying yada yada yada. Now going in, I knew I would need substantial work and nothing dr Lam suggested came as a surprise. What I truly appreciated was that I could tell dr Lam takes a conservative approach when it comes to your teeth, your health. Never once did he come off as pushy…he answered all my questions took his time with me. I’m telling you….The level of care here is beyond. I found this place through yelp after reading a review by a lovely lady by the name of Jessica. I’ve never met her but she spent the time to help me work up the nerves to actually go through with this. She even met me there and introduced me to the staff and sat with me to ease my fears! Can we say ANGEL!!! And no, she has no affiliation to the business-just a super ecstatic client that cared enough to want to be of help. I’m babbling again….but really there’s just so much good here….If you’ve had the time to read this review then I imagine you have done your fair share of research… save yourself the trouble and just make the first call to Precision dental.
