Love this Dental. Both of my children had to have all four of their wisdom teeth removed. They did an awesome job. Not to much pain their check up went well. I would totally recommend that you if you need a GREAT Dentist. To make an appointment right here .My daughter not a big fan of the dentist but she was completely satisfied with the whole process and the outcome. ThankT for making my family happy and helping them keep a beautiful smile!

Dr. Rouhani and her staff were very thorough and comforting. It has been awhile since I’ve been to a dentist and my nerves were on high alert. They took the extra care to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was happening. I would recommend her to every one. She is very knowledgable and gives you plenty of options for treatment. Looking forward to my continued care with her practice.

I’ve been coming here since 2011. I live in the Long Beach area and will drive the distance to Pasadena. I always ask for Jen, one of the dental hygienists. She’s gentle with the cleaning. She’s also empathetic (I have a fear of dentists). Her calm and encouraging demeanor is one of the reasons I go to Premier Care Dental Group. The dentists are also compassionate and understanding of my fear. When they give me a check-up, they always inform me of what they’re doing and what they’re looking for. Thank you Premier for managing my fear!

My daughter had her first cavity filling. Of course, I was more nervous than she was. Yet, as the procedure began she was scared. The dentists and assistants were patient, talked her through every moment, and nothing felt forced or hurried (even when they actually were hurrying). By the end, my daughter was happy and feeling good. She made it, so did I. Thanks PCDG!

I originally sought care for an abcess and seeing this office listed as a provider by my insurance. Because of the severity of the problem and not having received dental care in years, I’ve had to visit the office a number of times so have interacted with many dentists, assistants, hygienists, the surgeon, and office staff and have been very satisfied with care, follow-up, attention to detail, the staff’s interpersonal skills, and the facility generally. Follow-up instructions have been clear with clarification available as needed. I really appreciate the care I’ve received and would recommend their services.

I have tried three dental offices on the Lake Avenue corridor but they either would not take my insurance or they had limited hours and days. In addition, they wanted to refer me to outside doctors for specialty work. Everyone at Premier Care Dental was friendly, professional and caring towards my apprehension of dental work. Premier Care took my insurance and I was able to finish my treatment from their in-house Specialty doctors. I had a great experience and highly recommend  Dr. Rouhani.

Coming from someone who is petrified of the dentist I still cannot believe how easy and gentle my teeth cleaning went. Jennifer was the name of the hygienist who took great care of me and my teeth, she talked me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable. The staff was so friendly and amazing I didn’t have to wait too long to be seen. I was unaware that my insurance was giving them issues and even though I didn’t have any coverage that day they still gave me a free exam and a great deal for the cleaning. I already have my next appointment set and I honestly didn’t ever think I’d be looking forward to going back to a dental office but I am!!!

I had major extensive dental work done at this office, and I was always treated with excellent care. I am very happy with my new smile. I have always had a major fear of the dentist, and everyone of the dentists, and oral surgeons that worked with me put to rest all fears I had to rest. With all of the work I had done, I never felt an ounce of pain, and very minimal discomfort. Also, I compared prices for the work I had done, which included route canals, veneers, and crowns, and I was charged much less than I would have been at another dentist. I highly recommend this place.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Rouhani,  ( I apologize if I misspelled her name, she’s the oral surgeon) Her male assistant with the beard ( again I apologize I didn’t get his name.) I took my daughter to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed. The oral surgeon and her assistant explained the entire procedure to myself and my daughter. I am now back, I brought my other daughter for the same procedure. Dr. Rouhani  where so helpful throughout the entire time my daughters and I visited and always kept me informed regarding the status of the authorization. I can’t say much about the other staff only because I never had any interaction, but as for the front staff ( never the same person when I go in, but always the same experience), I think they can work a little more on the customer service part. A simple smile and a hello goes a long way. But the Doctors  make up for it!

(…) I AM LOVING MY EXPERIENCE SO FAR !!! I have had several tooth extractions and other procedures at several different dentist, along with several orthopedic surgeries, and I know good medical care, and the staff and crew at Premier Care are top notch. So far I have had an extraction and bone graft, I am scheduled for a deep cleaning and the sleep guard I desperately need and then hopefully beginning next year I can start on getting the tooth implants I need. I am a private corporate pay and so I first went in for my low cost exam, x-rays and diagnosis, the x-ray tech, dentist and the orderly who came in the exam room to offer me water and check that I was comfortable we’re all so cheerful you can tell they enjoy where they work and want to do their best because of it. The dentist took plenty of time to explain to me in detail my needs, their order of importance and the projected effects of having versus not having them, and I love that I never felt rushed and almost pampered enough to think I was at a spa. In today for my extraction and graft and I am dealing with a lot less of a pain level both during and hours after my procedure, in a very clean and organized treatment room and their team worked so well in unison I want to buy a race team just to have them pit for me. And, When I thought a mistake was some paperwork I should have doubled checked myself first, because it was my mistake, and to the nice young lady who I at first thought made mistake, my sincerest apologies, contempt prior to investigation is very outside of my character and it re-taught me lesson. All in all I have been to Western Dental twice before for similar work, and by comparison Western is puppy mill style dentistry in dirty noisy conditions by an inexperienced staff just there for skool hours. Premier Care will have my business from now on and always and I am looking forward to finishing my procedures at a proper pace and not just piggybacked together to collect the money as fast as possible like at other places, and as a business man I know that it cost Premier Care a little more money to operate that way, I guess they think their clients and patients are with it, and how awesome is that ?
