I had my First Visit at Premier Dental I truly love them!! Very friendly warming office. Front Staff was so nice. My cleaning was AWESOME my Hygenist was Ana she’s so sweet. Dr. Hassanein explained my treatment it was very understanding I was ready to schedule and move forward. I’ve been a patient of Premier Dental Care for as long as I can remember and would never EVER go to any other dentist! It doesn’t matter if I move across the country, I would still come back here! I always look forward to my appointments because when I walk through the door I know I’ll be greeted with bright and friendly smiles! I’ve never been anxious going to the dentist and when I was younger I loved coming here so much that for a long time I wanted to become a dentist myself! I wouldn’t want to put my dental care in the hands of anyone else, seriously! I love Dr. Hassanein and the rest of the staff!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years (yikes!), so I was a bit apprehensive about my visit.  The receptionist was very friendly, and she immediately put me at ease.  The hygenist was so nice and efficient; she also very thorough in terms of giving me information about what was up with my teeth and she answered all my questions.  The new office is beautiful and very high-tech.  I recommend this office highly!

I’ve been going to this dentist for almost 2 years since moving to the area.  They just moved to a new building on Main Street in Watertown that is designed to be more calming and open.  They use computer generated xrays so as soon as the xray is done, it shows up on the computer screen.  Everyone there is really helpful and friendly and the dentists/technicians do great work.  I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone who is looking.

I haven’t been to the office for over 6 months due to schedule and travel, but on Monday I went in and remembered why I love this office. I am always given a pleasant greeting and they always remember me. My visit is carefully and clearly explained to me and I love the personal touch of the doctor and the hygienist. Also, my 11 year old grandson had his first appointment there a week or so ago and it went extremely well. Amazingly professional and knowledgeable staff. Great place! I actually look forward to my next visit to this dentist’s office.

I was in horrible pain driving around looking for anyone to pull my tooth. At this dentist , I found the kindest receptionist named Juan he ws so helpfull, then Mariah took X-rays and was so sweet and kind when the dentist came in D r. Kasooha he explained why I was in pain and that I needed a surgeon to remove the tooth because it was broken and they checked all over and found one for me that day and I had that tooth pulled at a different dentist office. Because of how well they treated me I will go back to Premier dental for all other dental issues. THANK you All for your kindness and help Kathy Serrano

I have had a lot of dentist in the past, and also a lot of work, both good and bad. I have nothing but great things to say about premier dental. From the friendly front desk, to the gentle hygienist, and the knowledgeable dentist. They all take their time and make sure you understand everything. The first time I met the dentist; all my dental fears have been put to rest. They have taken their time not only to treat my dental needs, but more important educate me on how to improve my dental care. Most dental offices just go after treating cavities, this office was as concerned about why I had a cavity! Since, I have become a patient; I have referred many of my friends and family there. They all have had nothing short of great experiences at this office. I am really grateful for finding this lovely office

I’m new in the area and I was looking for a dentist. I decided to search Yelp for all the local dentists and I came across premier dental. I saw many good reviews and some reviews that were skeptical. After searching I decided to give premier dental a chance and see if the good reviews were true. I really liked that I had plenty of reminders that my appointment was coming up because I am the type of person to forget. When I arrived for my appointment, the first thing I noticed is that the office was beautiful and very relaxing. It didnt feel like a dentists office which was very calming to me because dentist visits make me nervous.  The front desk staff was more than helpful and very nice.  Before anything was done to me, the hygenist explained everything in detail to me. The dentist that treated me that day was Dr. Hassanein. She was very professional in explaining the treatments that I need. I had a good experience at premier dental and I would recommend going there.

I hadn’t been to the dentist is 4 years, because I had sever anxiety walking into any office. I moved out here in 2017 and decided I needed to start going again. I’ve been a very regular patient of Dr. H since September of 2017. I knew I needed at least one implant done, and extensive work on my two front teeth. This was a huge insecurity for me, and Dr. H could definitely tell. She encouraged me to start the process with them, and this was the first time I had felt comfortable enough with any dental staff to pursue it. I have just finished the final process of two implants, my two front teeth and I feel like a new person. Dr. H was always up front about any work that I needed to have done, and how it would impact my smile, and my confidence. Brittany at the front desk always helped handle my finances and insurance to plan out the best timing for my insurance coverage. And Dr. Lann was so patient and encouraging with the bone graft and placement of the implants, as I was honestly terrified. I cannot say enough good about Dr. Pez, he was really there and invested in the process for the entire year that it took, and I think he may have been more excited than me for the final crown. A huge thank you to all of the staff at Premier Dental Care for my new confidence and look forward to coming back for cleanings only for a few years! They are truly a team, that know exactly how to work together for the best results and consider all your wants and needs.
