I’ve always been careful when it comes to visiting new places. So I was a little nerves to come. But after my first visit those feelings went away. I received amazing service, the wait wasn’t long at all. The staff was so caring and offered me water or coffee. I also like the fact that they send you reminders so that you don’t forget about your appointment. I would definitely recommend this place. If you have any doubts they gladly answer your question clearly so that you aren’t left with any doubts. Selena is such a sweetheart she’s always very welcoming and attentive of the guests arriving.

My dentist visit was very long over due and I was nervous because I knew it wasn’t pretty and some dentists tend to be a tad on the condescending side. That was not the case here. I called and explained my situation and they squeezed me in that very same day. All the girls who were upfront were wonderful and very helpful and my dentist Dr. Naguib was very kind and made sure I knew what was happening and made sure to keep checking that I was comfortable. I’ve never had a bad dentist experience. But I’ve never had one as amazing as i did at premier. Thank you very much to the wonderful staff! I look forward to perfecting my smile with you guys!!

I am glad that I have Dr. Naguib as my dentist. It can be overwhelming to find an excellent dentist in the Antelope Valley because of the sheer number of dentists. If you are looking to find a great dentist in Lancaster, CA don’t look further. You won’t regret that you visited Dr. Naguib. He treats every patient like his family and explains everything clearly. I used to hate going to the dentist but now I actually enjoy going to Dr. Naguib for a cleaning and check up. He does everything from your regular dental care to complicated procedures such as implants, and root canals. He is great with kids as well. His professional staff members also put you at ease by making you feel comfortable in the chair. Overall, Dr. Naguib’s office is everything I was looking for in a dental office and I highly recommend his office!

I like getting my teeth cleaned but otherwise hate going to the dentist. Been going here regularly for a year. I have trouble with my gums so I get cleaned often. Always happy with the hygienist, friendly gentle and good. Couple months back had a toothache, they got me in right away and were so caring with me. Needed a root canal and crown, scary! But the Dr was so gentle and made me really feel cared for and my tooth felt so much better. My insurance didn’t cover it all (they take most plans). They helped me figure out how to get it paid and were really nice about it. Super friendly and cool staff. Dr really gentle and took extra time to answer all my nervous questions. I work in SCV so their evening hours and Saturday appointments work best for me. Also they have an office in Palmdale. Looking for a new dentist? Come see Dr. Naguib and his hygienists. It’s a great office.

Awesome customer service, scheduled an appointment for a tooth ache. How ever this appointment was too far out. I spoke to the assistant which sadly I forgot her name (she seats in the left side not the corner, atleast that’s where she was at the time I went). She went above and beyond to accommodate me on a Saturday appointment. When I got there, I got to get checked and they need to extract my molar. I needed to come back till next Tuesday. Once again this assistant came to my rescue and with the Dentist help they were able to make it happen that same day. It is really nice to know the people that work there really care for the well being of their patients. Great work to the hiring manager! While I was there I noticed how cheerful all the staff was greeting all the patients as they came in. I really appreciate everything you guys did that day!! Thank you!!

I have been to both offices, Palmdale and Lancaster. Front office staff is friendly. Back office was great with taking my x-rays. The Dr came in and fully explained what treatment I needed to have done. The treatment plan coordinator then explained how my insurance worked and what I would be paying out of pocket , they also gave me several different payment options. Appointment went very smoothly from start to finish. I will definitely be returning for treatment. I also scheduled my kids and boyfriend.

So….all of my friends and family know my fear of the dentist. I’m afraid to go for myself let alone take my kids! Horrible I know! So i finally got the courage and brought the boys in for a routine visit in October which went well, it was just a check up after all. But then, Felix has 2 cavities and Nataniel 3 (insert suspenseful music here) NO! Omg I’m going to have to bring them back to have work done . So today at 11am (longest morning ever!) they had their appointments let me just say WOW! Like always the staff is friendly and welcoming and recognized my cry baby ass from the day before when I had my wisdom teeth pulled (but that’s another story) they talked the boys through the entire procedure and I was in the room with them the entire time. The procedures were done quickly and we were on our way for ice cream in a matter of 40 min tops! Point is if you’re looking for a dentist look no more! Come here!

Dr. N is a magician! I went in to get a deep cleaning and a wisdom tooth extraction. From past experience I was expecting the worst in regards to the extraction but was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t feel any pain and the good Dr had it out in less then a minute without breaking the tooth and no sutures needed. He truly has a gift! Everyone in the office is so welcoming and nice. I’ ve been going to this office 4 years. I went into today to have a deep cleaning done by the dental hygienist Michelle. She did a marvelous job. She was patient, kind, and thorough. My mouth feels like you she took sandpaper and rubbed away all the plague, and I am so grateful and thankful. The young lady at the front desk, I think her name is Louisa, is very kind and makes you feel so welcomed. Dr. Naguib is a very good dentist; kind and patient. I actually had a positive experience with Dr. Naguib and his staff! First, when I called to schedule my son’s initial appointment Kaprice was the person that helped me and she was just too sweet and got me in a couple days later. Second, we went in and had my 10 year old son’s exam, x-rays and cleaning done and their doctor for braces was also there and we got a consult and compared to the other two orthodontist we went to in the area their prices were very reasonable. We will be going back next week for my daughter and I’m sure she’ll have a great experience just like my son.

I have a hard time with the x-rays because of the little plastic thing you bite on but the dental assistant was wonderful! She had several tricks up her sleeve and she was patient when I couldn’t have it in my mouth anymore. The dentists were efficient and mindful of my comfort for the cleaning and fillings. You can tell they have tons of experience and care about their patients. I especially appreciated that he wanted me to communicate with a hand signal if there was any pain or discomfort and I needed a minute before continuing. Fillings in general are fun but I had every confidence in the staff. Also, the front desk staff was beyond friendly and hospitable getting through the forms and making appointments. Highly recommend! Don’t be like me and wait so long though.

My visit was extravagant! There these two beautiful young ladies at the front who made me feel like I was at some sort of family function. The one with the blond streaks in her hair was verY nice and if not wasn’t for her I don’t think I would’ve been able to make it through my cleaning. They were cool, funny, and very helpful. Made my visit that much more memorable, the fact that there were books they recommended, the iPad I signed up on, and just how fine they were. I love this place and actually can’t wait to come back.

Dr. Naguib did a fantastic job replacing my missing front tooth. I had knocked it out in an accident at work 3 years ago and had never had it replaced with an implant due to fears I had about the surgery. After consulting with Dr. Naguib and his wonderful staff they put my mind at ease and I got the implant done. Wow what a difference! I’m really kicking myself now for not getting it done sooner. It looks like my accident never ever happened and I can now eat just like I did before the accident and my self confidence is now great! Dentist office visits by all definition SUCK!!! I do not know one person that says “oh yay I am going to the dentist today.” Know let’s get to the environment though. The Dr’s, back office and well let’s be honest; Danielle, Luisa, Stephanie, Angelina and Selena make a visit to the dentist not just tolerable. They actually make going to get work on your grill sadly to say, Pleasant. Yes I said it. “Pleasant.” This is a family environment and when you come here you most definitely feel like these people are family. Especially when they ask for your money!!! LOL Over 15 years and this family has taken care of my family for every dentistry need. I would like to say it was painless, but my wallet is just a little lighter and my jaw still feels like I got caught with an upper cut. The family makes it all worth it though, so I keep bringing mine here. If you’re experiencing any anxiety from a bad shot somewhere else. Come on by. Dr. Karim Naguib received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with honors in 2003 and completed a general practice residency from 2004 to 2005. His is passionate about providing comfortable treatment to patients as well as keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry to provide the highest quality of care in the field. He is experienced in general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry and provides surgical and root canal treatments in-office. Dr. Naguib is also a member of the Academy of Implant Dentistry. He enjoys spending time with his family, working out, reading and swimming.
