From the moment I walked in to the moment I left everyone I had an encounter with was extremely nice and seemed to genuinely care about me and my experience. The first appointment does take a little longer than most but it’s because they give you a tour, and get to know you and what you want out of your experience. The hygienist was very informative about what she was doing and why. She really got to know me and when the dentist came in, she was able to easily fill him in on what was going on. This office and everyone in it is absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend visiting them for all your dental needs!

I love this dental office. They’re friendly, thorough, and no judgmental. Their hygienists are the best I’ve had in several Omaha dental offices. The office itself always feels clean and they really seem to care for each patient. I’ve been for cleanings, and a replacement filling, and have always had a great experience!

Amazing comprehensive dental practice. Extremely patient centered, individualized approach, caring staff, well trained and skilful dentists, modern office and equipment, accomadating emergency and routine appointments. I’ve been a patient for a long time and would highly recommend to anyone.

If you are searching for a dentist you should stop here. Omaha has Dr. Beninato! An experience at Premier Dental is not a regular visit to the dentist. Dr. Beninato cured my chronic teeth problems in the most caring manner. I came in full of fear and anxiety and he made sure that I felt comfortable and relaxed. I am happy with the results and very grateful for their gentleness. Amazing dentist group, nice office, innovative technology. They couldn’t be any nicer and more professional. Lovely people.

Premier Dental is the only place my family will ever go to for dental work. They are simply the nicest people. From Jana at the front desk to ladies who assist the dentist and of course the dentists! We’ve seen several of them and they all are wonderful kind people! It truly is a joy for myself, wife and our four children to go to the dentist!!!! They care about you in more ways than you would expect. Premier Dental is simply the best in Omaha!

We absolutely love Premier !The staff is amazing and they use the latest technology and i feel so good knowing that i have the BEST care for my mouth and teeth! No need to take your kids to a separate pediatric dentist, they can have an appointment the same time as you and are amazing to my kids and they love going to the dentist as much as I do! I have had the best experience going to Premier Dental. In the past I have had very bad experiences with Dentists but the staff at Premiere makes me feel comfortable and they never judge you or make you feel uncomfortable. They also work with you on making payments which has been such a big help for me. I highly recommend Premier Dental, you’ll be happy you did.

Had a great experience at Premier Dental. In addition to the patient care I received, the insurance department (Danelle) answered any and all questions I had in regards to my treatment costs and out of pocket expenses. She was very thorough with explaining my insurance benefits and made sure I was utilizing my dental benefits for treatment.

Today I went to Premier Dental for the first time. I was impressed by how thorough they were, and how each person had a specific job which was carried out pleasantly. They were conscientious that I had driven so far and made sure they could do as much as possible for me during this visit. In addition, the Premier Dental Team uses the latest technology, and they are excellent at explaining each step. I had a wonderful experience visiting the dentist! This is not something you often hear people say!

Everyone was very nice, made me feel cared about and valued. Thank you so much! Special thanks to Desiree and Dr. Beninato for their professional skills and caring touch! I am so happy to have my tooth re-crowned! It is a little sore today but also appears to be healing quickly.

I moved to Omaha and was hesitant about finding a new dentist. The front desk staff did an excellent job making me feel welcome from the second I stepped in the door. The hygienist and dentist did a phenomenal job educating me on the cutting edge technology they use. They were even able to fill a cracked filling while I was there in the office. I will definitely be back again!

Kind , caring, compassionate! All of My 7 member family , go too Premier Dental , which is extremely convenient!! .. My children all actually enjoy coming , with little too no anxiety involved.. because they know at Premier, the Drs have always put patients needs first .. all the way down to comforting my child before any procedure..my husband and I are very happy here!

I love going to Premiere Dental. The technology there is really advanced compared to other offices I’ve been in. Haven’t ever found a dentist I liked until I came here because it was on my insurance list. Had no idea what I was getting into and when I go now and get offered coffee in the waiting room I can’t believe it! What other place will they offer you coffee before they clean your teeth? Go check them out. Bryce is amazing get him to clean your teeth!

Kindness and pleasantness greeted me at the door when I walked in to Premier Dental, and it continued until I walked out after my appointment.  There is a very knowledgeable staff, and each concern/question I had was answered thoroughly and understandably.   I will not hesitate to refer my friends to a dental practice that delivers a 5 star experience!

Given how great they treat charity clients, imagine how well they’d serve their regular patients. Premier Dental generously gives free services to people like me. (Bless ’em, don’t know what I’d do without their kindness.)

Premier Dental and especially Doctor Beninato made the whole experience stress free and easy going. The dentist is never an experience I would describe as fun but they definitely make you feel more relaxed about everything. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Came in for an emergency visit and have very severe dental anxiety, but as soon as I walked in the staffs kindness started to alleviate my nerves. Other offices I’ve been too make me feel bad and embarrassed about my teeth and myself, but here they explained things to me in a way I could understand and didn’t make me feel out of the ordinary. Thanks Premier, I will be back for my future dental care!

My first visit to Premier Dental felt like a trip to a high end boutique spa instead of a dental office. First visit included a building tour, meet-n-greet with staff, and a gift bag filled with useful Premier Dental swag. The extravagance was initially off putting but on every visit I’ve grown to appreciate the little things and attention to detail such as: multiple TVs angled down from the ceiling in the plush waiting area, using computers instead of paper to input patient information and medical history, access to various beverages, TVs hovering over each examine station with a full array of cable stations, personable staff, easily accessible docs, the list goes on and on. If there’s a scheduling conflict the staff will move heaven and earth to get you in at your desired time. I witnessed this firsthand yesterday. My favorite hygienist is Kim although yesterday I cheated on Kim (she wasn’t available) and used someone else whose name escapes me, but she was also great! Jamie and the rest of the ladies to include the front desk staff are awesome! Doctor B is a cool cat and the other docs are top notch as well. My entire family are patients of Premier Dental and we’re all satisfied with the services received. There’s nothing wrong with getting pampered while at the dentist and don’t forget your swag bag!!!!!

I had my two front teeth knocked out during a work accident. I was mentally crushed when it happened. My wife called Premier Dental they got me in the next day. They put in temporary crowns and eventually the real deal. I saw almost the whole staff during the process, everyone was great. My teeth are done, they look beautiful, my neighbor actually commented saying my teeth looked like a celebrity’s. My wife just joined and got her first cleaning done.

I had the best experience one can have at a dentistry appointment today at Premier Dental. Dr. Beninato, my hygienist Bryce, and the front desk staff were professional, personable, and took their time to go through every detail. I felt like I was chatting with friends more so than being at a doctor appointment. No stress, no surprise charges, and no bologna. I’d recommend Dr. Beninato and Bryce to anyone! Thank you.

Premier Dental is the best!!! Everyone is so kind and friendly; the front desk staff, hygienists, dentists and even those checking you out when you leave. They give you options when it comes to your dental needs and never pressure you into doing something you don’t feel is right. The office is extremely clean and you can tell they go above and beyond to ensure safety measures are being taken in regards to COVID. I would highly recommend them for your dental needs.

I’ve been going to Premier Dental for about three years now, and have only had positive experiences here. The staff is very welcoming and professional, and the office is always extremely clean and updated. I appreciate the dentists’ honesty when it comes to treatments they recommend, without being pushy or salesy. I had my teeth cleaned yesteday, and Kim was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, thorough, and made me feel like a VIP.
