The staff and Drs at Premier Dental esthetics are great. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. They are taking extra precautions due to the Covid 19. Which made me feel safe and that they really care for their patients and their health. They have the latest technology and equipment. The office is very clean and organized. The views from the room as are really nice. I will be referring my co workers and friends to this office.

I was nervous to have my root canal, so I had been putting it off for a little while. Plus, who really wants to spend the money when it isn’t an emergency? Dr. Young encouraged me not to wait because it could cause other complications, and that I would be in good hands. During the procedure all I kept thinking was “Wow, why was I waiting so long? This really isn’t bad at all.” Dr. Young and his staff really cared about my comfort. And the best part is that now I can smile with confidence because my front tooth matches the rest. That was worth every penny. I am very grateful to Dr. Young and his great team!

Dr. Young, his dental hygienists, and office staff, are all excellent. I appreciate the quality care that I have received from Dr. Young and my dental hygienist, Lisa. Lisa is very friendly and always makes me laugh when my teeth are getting cleaned. I used to really not like teeth cleaning appointments (it’s generally just uncomfortable). And while it’s still not my favorite thing in the world, I actually enjoy my dental appointments ever since I started going to Dr. Young’s office. I receive great advice from Lisa regarding how to take care of my teeth, in addition to the top-notch care I receive in the office during appointments. One such piece of advice was to switch to a new mouthwash, and this change has yielded positive results. I have received much better dental reports in the past couple of years compared to the poor reports I got when I started going to Dr. Young’s office. The care I receive in this office has definitely helped me improve my oral hygiene and health. The staff at the front desk, particularly Alma, are fantastic, too. Alma is very warm and welcoming, and is good with following up with patients about appointment times. I look forward to every appointment that I have at Dr. Young’s office, and I’m thankful that I now go to his dental office.

My bf came here for a tooth pain and referral. Dr. Young and his staff made time to see him last minute. After that we made them our regular dentist. Dr. Cliff and Dr. Young are caring and thorough. Even with Covid happening, they are still seeing patients. Taking all the necessary precautions. And taking the necessary time to consult with patients. Everyone here is quite knowledgeable. We’ll be staying here for years to come.

This was the first time I have ever hugged a dentist and his assistant. Reason being, I have had a chipped front tooth since I was seven years old and at the end of my third visit which was for deep cleaning and fillings. Dr. Young being the artist that he is noticed that he had finished about ten minutes ahead of schedule and like an artist wanted the picture on his canvas to be perfect and with my permission he filled my chipped tooth and sculpted it to look as though there was never a chip at all. This took place in the last ten minutes of my visit and it was done for FREE, yes NO CHARGE!. I’m always happy with free but seeing the results of the way my front tooth should have looked over the past 41 yrs was joyfully overwhelming and brought tears to my eyes and before I knew it i was bear hugging Dr. Young with thanks. Just think about it. All the yeas of dental work by different renown dentist and none of them did or suggested what Dr. Young did in less than ten minutes and again I state for FREE! I believe one of the reviews mentioned “don’t expect to ever be hooked up” You can go somewhere else with that statement because Dr. Young sure did hook me up and that was without me asking or suggesting. It was all his idea. Thank you Dr. Young. Let me not forget to mention his team. What a fine staff Dr. Young has put together. If you didn’t know any better you would think they were family and you were there honored guess. I have never been to a dentist office that on my first visit took me on a tour of the office. By the end of the tour I felt in a sense I knew more about Dr. Young and his wife and the charitable organization they belong to and his highly esteemed achievements in academia. On each visit I was offered headphones to listen to music when drilling was involved. How cool is that and on my last visit I was offered a blanket and before I could modestly say yes or no his assistant was covering me with one and I took comfort in the blanket. Right now I can say Dr. Young will be my dentist of choice from now on.

Absolutely wonderful! They are like Angles sent from heaven. I came in crying in alot of pain I couldn’t even focus on filling in the paper work or anything, the receptionist saw how much pain I was in and told me to answer as much as I could and told the dentist to help me first because I couldn’t bare the pain anymore.. turns out it was only one tooth that was causing my whole left side to hurt so bad. My experience here was better than any other dentist office I’ve ever been to. The other dentist I went to were very impatient with me while cleaning my teeth or doing any dental work they wouldn’t even numb me correctly because I could feel everything until the 5 time I’d finally be numbed correctly, but here it only took one time to numb me correctly and while they were working on my tooth I had no more pain or anything, they were very patient with me and i felt comfortable letting them know if i felt anything uncomfortable. 20/10 I will always recommend them. The lovely dentist who helped me even called me the next day to find out how I was doing and to see if anything was still hurting me, like not many dentists will do that, she went out of her way just to see how I was doing and that really made my day! She and all her staff are so wonderful thank you so much!!

I love this place! They take you right on time, practically zero waiting. Dr. Cliff was very nice and took the time to explain things and answer all of my questions. Sara was also very sweet and made me feel really comfortable which is not easy for me at the dentist’s office. Paty took the time to explain the financing part of my treatment plan, answered all of my questions and helped me come up with what made the most sense to do considering my dental insurance. The office is super clean and they are following all of the CDC guidelines to keep everyone as safe as possible. I have not had any actual work done yet but my initial experience here was great! I will update my review once I get some work done (which I need quite a bit of it, I knew this before I got there and no one made me feel any shame about it as I have felt with previous dentists). So far I would definitely recommend this dentist’s office. Update: I started my dental work today (again I need a lot of it!) and I still love it here! I barely felt anything when Dr. Cliff numbed my mouth. He and the dental assistant were very patient and understanding while doing the work. Dr. Cliff has a calm, easy going demeanor. The anesthesia worked great and I barely felt anything. Once again the rest of the staff was very friendly and accommodating, there is a compassionate feel to the office. Everyone there makes you feel comfortable and I never felt rushed like I have at other dentist’s offices. I think I finally found a dentist office I like after years of not so great experiences at the dentist! I would definitely recommend this dentist.
