Ive been needing braces most of my life but I teach singing so I was hoping to get invisalign for a short period of time. Its been about 9 months and my teeth are already almost perfect! I recommend getting the accelident also. It relieves pain and speeds up the process by half! Worth the extra $. Staff is so friendly and always remember you, Orthos are experienced, friendly and really great. They take their time to answer your questions but you never wait too long to be seen. I heard this place was #1 in invisalign treatment in the past year also. My life has changed because of this place and payments are not bad at all. In fact I got $500 off treatment because of a coupon! Their treatment with me inclides a LIFETIME guarentee, I mean who does that?? And its the same cost, if not less, than for regular braces. I just cant recommend them enough!! Im finally confident to smile again.

Both my dentist always ask me where i got my braces done at – I have an extra dentist office for Emergency just in case. Very happy i shopped around looking for the right Orthodontics. This place is amazing!!! The minute you walk into their facility you’re always welcomed with a friendly smile. They are always on top of their game. I myself like how they send out emails/texts to remind you about upcoming appointments. Also, before each visit they inform you on what to expect that day. I would highly recommend Premier Orthodontics to anyone looking for a new smile.

The idea of adult braces seemed terrible. But after having my initial consult, which by the way is very detailed, I felt more confident. The staff is always friendly, accommodating and willing to support. They were aware, maybe because there are many adults with braces, of my concerns and offered to use special rubber bands so my braces didn’t stand out as much. The dentists and assistants are always quick but explain to you what is going on and have a perfect way to make you feel calm. They answer as many questions that you may have and there is always a laughter in the office. The results have been astounding and I cannot wait to see the final product and my new smile!

Amazing! Fun energetic and welcoming environment. Very clean and comfortable to be in. The staff is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions thrown at them! When getting my braces on the staff was very efficient and I was in and out in no time. The Dr. was very easy to talk to and able to give great advice and answers!

I have been going to Premier for a while now, and I have to say that the great care they have shown me is unmatched by any other office I’ve ever been in.  I get one on one attention and they listen to what I have to say!   I would tell everyone I know to come here, they serve cookies, and coffee or tea, and giggles, and  it feels like I’ve spent a few minutes of my day with family and friends.

I love this. I’m 43 yo and having to go to the orthodontist is not something i look forward to but Premier Orthodontist is the best! The staff is friendly and full o good vibes! They would greet me by name when i arrived. I never had a long wait when i arrived for my appointments. I enjoyed going to my appointments. I would recommend them to anyone who needs braces. My son went to them. He loved them as well! I had an issue with my account and the staff helped me and checked up to make sure i was happy with the outcome. I can’t say enough! Literally one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a medical/dental office. And I work in a medical office! From the time we walked in, they have been extremely attentive and very welcoming. They even had my son’s name on the board to welcome him. The entire process was well executed and we felt so comfortable, we were able to get his braces SAME DAY!  He is more then excited and, more importantly, he felt completely comfortable with the entire process. I highly recommend!

I am a mom of two and I told myself 2017 was going to be a year that I did a better job of taking care of me so one thing I wanted to do was get braces. The staff was helpful and the atmosphere at the Maricopa office was like family. I’m so glad I made the decision to go to PremierOrthodontics!

This whole office is amazing! From their super friendly front desk staff, the awesome assistants, billing department, and to Dr. Coles – everyone is so nice! I have just started my Invisalign treatment and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Coles called me to check up on me the first night I started my aligners and I was so taken aback by the level of customer service. First day getting my braces on as an adult and was very pleased with the quality of hospitality. From check-in to check-out I was impressed with their efficiency and quality customer service. Dawn the treatment coordinator is fantastic she will work with you and is very professional. She deserves 10 stars. Both dentist are speedy and efficient and easygoing. Process was easy and roughly an hour . Please check them out you won’t be disappointed with the quality and service.

I just had my adult braces taken off after about a year and a half of treatment, and I’m very pleased with the results! Throughout my treatment, all doctors and staff I’ve encountered have been professional, helpful, and kind. My first orthodontic experience has been as an adult, and I had many questions along the way; I even moved out of state during treatment. All staff went beyond to accommodate my appointments back to AZ and met my needs so I could continue treatment while out of state. I will miss coming to this office now that I’m done! I recommend this office to anyone who wants great service, fantastic results, and enjoys being around friendly people/staff. Thanks for giving me the gift of a beautiful smile!

My mom and I just left the Chandler office a bit ago, and the visit was absolutely AMAZING. We went in thinking this was going to be like other orthodontic offices and I would would walk out disappointed and without braces. But when we walked in, the two ladies at the desk were warm and welcoming and made up feel very comfortable. When we went to get the consultation, the doctor was extremely nice and very helpful. The consultation lady was courteous and very explanatory. The techs in the back who put on my braces(I wasn’t even expecting to get braces!) were very kind and always checked to make sure I wasn’t in pain. Overall, everyone was extremely kind and helpful and my mom and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to get braces. I can’t wait to get my beautiful smile!.

I’ve never had braces before but they made it really easy and comfortable for me, their payment plan in house is great, I didn’t have to put anything down, it’s only $100 a month for me and it starts next month so it really was a breeze. They put my braces on right then and there. Their staff is cool, they have monthly themes which is kinda funny. The environment isn’t stressful at all, their front desk girls are nice and friendly and the orthodontist himself was pretty laid back. I had a blast with the ortho director or whatever she was, she was really funny.I’d recommend them to anybody. I even got lost on my way to them and one of the front desk girls went outside to flag me down lol. They aren’t a typical office environment. They have a lot of fun.

We have just moved to Maricopa and we brought our daughter and to further her treatment and the doctor suggested we wait, apparently the last orthodontist had started prematurely on her treatment. They were very professional here and we felt like they weren’t trying to upsell us. We would recommend premier orthodontist to everybody

I’m a working professional with a not-so-perfect smile. In fact, my smile has bothered me for my entire life. The bottom teeth are pretty jacked up, the front aren’t as straight as I’d like, I have what I call a narrow “crocodile smile”, and I have a crossbite. Now that I have a great job with solid benefits, I decided it was time to fix it! I was referred to an orthodontist in Scottsdale (not Premier) for a free consultation. I told the doctor there that I wanted (needed?) Invisalign, but he said that “you would be the most difficult case I’ve ever done” and that it was not an option for me. He said in no way will I be a candidate for it. He said I needed a palate expander in my mouth for three months (ouch…), followed by at least a year of traditional braces. He did not give me any other options. I reluctantly listened to him. I mean, he had experience and who was I to question it? Premier Orthodontics. My identical twin brother (who also wants to fix his teeth) visited Premier a few days after I had my consultation with the Scottsdale ortho and, during his consultation, Dr. Coles at Premier told my brother that he was a candidate for Invisalign. My brother called me after the appointment and was like, “Hey bro. I’m getting Invisalign and you’re going to have traditional braces! What gives??!” I thought, “Wow.. if my twin is a candidate for it.. why did this other doctor say that there’s no way I can get it?” Freaking out because I had an appointment to put in a palate exander (see: torture device) in my mouth the next week with the Scottsdale ortho, I called up Premier and told them my situation. They IMMEDIATELY scheduled me to come in, literally within the hour. I had my consultation and Dr. Coles said that I was definitely a candidate for Invisalign. Dr. Coles even showed me the Acceledent technology, which will speed up the process by half!! I was ALL IN. To think, Dr. Coles actually listened to my concerns! The entire process was amazing. Becky, the technician, was awesome and used a really cool 3D camera device to take photos of my teeth to send to Invisalign. Stephanie was awesome at further explaining the process and making me feel comfortable. Everyone at Premier was kind, and the lifetime guarantee makes me confident that I’ll not only enjoy the process along the way, but I’ll enjoy the end result for the rest of my life. My trays come in soon and I can’t wait to start Invisalign! I highly, HIGHLY recommend Premier Orthodontics. They were the “second opinion” that I needed. But hopefully, for you, you’ll make them the only opinion you need! No more torture device for me.

Seriously the best experience EVER!! I went to California and lost my retainer. When I got back, I contacted my normal orthodontist to have it replaced. They were making it very difficult for me to see the orthodontist and giving me a very hard time, so I decided to try someone new. Premier was one of the first that came up when I search orthodontist in my area. I gave them a call and explained to the scheduler what had happened. He was able to get me in on Thursday which is the day I really needed. When I went in, it was quick and painless. I didn’t have to sit there and wait goop in my mouth. They scanned my teeth, which took less than 5 minutes and I was on my way. When I told them how long I’d been without my retainer and how worried I was about my teeth getting jacked up, they were able to pull some strings and have my retainer to me same day!!  I’m in love!! Love this place. Took very very good care of me. Needless to say, I’d recommend this place to EVERYBODY! I’m absolutely taking my boys here when it’s their time. THANK YOU GUYS!

We recently moved to Arizona from California and were desperately looking for a orthodontist that could take as much care of our children as the office we left when we moved.  This office was highly recommended but we were still not sure. We came into the Chandler office and met the staff and the Doctor. The office is clean, beautifully decorated and the staff was attentive as well as the doctor. All our questions were answered without feeling rushed. We have made our first appointment and are confident that our family will be happy here. Thank you Premier Orthodontics you are the best! Growing up i never really took care of my teeth but now that I became responsible and decided to get braces, premier helped me every step of the way and was able to fix my teeth in a way i can afford while being very supportive and very communicative. All workers at the Metro location are great and extremely friendly and i 100% recommend them if you’re looking for braces at a low cost.

My son had his braces done by Dr. Coles, the results were amazing. I could not be happier. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. My son enjoyed every visit. The waiting room is equipped with iPads to entertain you while you wait. Over all I could not believe what a difference your smile can make. My son can’t stop smiling.
