Great staff and professional care. My son is on the Autism spectrum so we never know what to expect. He is very comfortable coming here. My whole family are patients and can’t say enough good things. Dr. Jean shows genuine concern for us. I highly recommend this practice.

The front desk ladies, for helping me find my way on the phone when I was lost, very lost. LOL. The beautiful Kathleen for working on my teeth, letting me use the suction tool whenever I needed it, and the great playlist of music and great conversation we had, she’s very interesting… Last but not least Dr. Marcus Jean, he’s very skilled, in fact, he’s so skilled I almost felll sleep. I never knew getting a wisdom tooth pulled could be so relaxing. Thanks you all and you will see me soon again, very soon.

Just finished my 6 month cleaning!! I am very pleased with the care and service I received from Dr. M. Jean and his staff. Clean, welcoming, and peaceful environment. Dr. Jean was AMAZING! I have never had ANY doctor ever take the time to actually get to know me. I don’t mean a friendly chat to gather my medical history. Dr. Jean actually sat and had a 10 minute conversation with me. Within the first 5 mins, I knew my mouth was in good hands, lol. He is very down to Earth, yet professional. Courteous and well knowledgeable. He asked me several times throughout my restorative work if I had any questions. I like that! He was able to explain the process in layman’s terms. Kudos! I get very anxious in the dentist chair, especially when I know needles and drills are involved; however Dr. Jean was overly patient with me. Surprisingly, I felt very relaxed in his care. So much so, that for the first time ever I FELL ASLEEP while Dr. Jean was working his magic!!! How many people can fall asleep while someone is pulling and tugging at their teeth? That speaks volumes! His office staff were just as professional and courteous. They were just as involved in the whole process. I can’t say enough. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t have dental insurance. They have a Savers Plan that includes preventive work and discounts for a year. They can explain the specifics, but the plan saved me about $500. Win! Thank you Dr. Jean for an incredible experience. I’m glad I returned to Premiere Smiles!

I came to Dr. Jean for an emergency toothache about two week ago. I was extremely nervous as it had been YEARS since I went to a dentist. I had a bad experience where I felt the dentist was judging me, and I swore to myself I would not feel like that again… to my detriment. Anyway, as soon as I came into Premier Smiles, I felt welcomed. Dr. Jean was at the front desk, waiting for me. After filling out the paperwork, I was brought in where my mouth was examined. It was determined I needed my left bottom wisdom tooth pulled. The experience was NOT painful (I was afraid of this). I felt a bit of pressure (which Dr. Jean warned me beforehand), and in about 10 minutes the tooth was out. I had another appointment today as a new patient, to get an overall baseline of dental health. During my first appointment I expressed I suspected I had periodontal disease. I know genetics play a part in this, and my maternal grandmother and my mother has this. Both had to get all of their teeth removed. My appointment today confirmed my suspicions, but Cheyenne the dental hygienist was really sweet and informed me of how I will need to take care of my mouth going forward – switching to an electric toothbrush, using Listerine, etc. I had a cleaning above my gums (the name escapes me sorry!), and tomorrow I will have a deep cleaning. I seemed to have caught the disease in the nick of time. I have lost bone, but it’s not severe. Thanks to Premier Smiles, I have a clear path on the necessary steps to achieve good dental health. I can already see a VAST improvement with my teeth in these short two weeks. If you (the reader) are nervous/anxious or had a a bad experience with another dentist, I can assure you this will NOT be the case at Premier Smiles. I have found my dental home, and for that I am thankful.
