I am with American Orthodontic Lab and I’ve been working with Dr. Kate’s for the last 25 years. Dr. Kates and his staff have been nothing but the best. Since I’m his lab technician, I’ve seen the quality of work his office puts out. Everyone is so friendly and always make me feel at home. I would “highly” recommend anyone who needs orthodontia to visit Dr. Kates and you will be extremely pleased at the results and quality of care.

Michelle was phenomenal at her job. She was Very knowledgeable about her job and my new braces. She made me feel comfortable and ready to change my smile. Not to mention the office manager Gail made me feel right at home and put my mind at ease.I will definitely be referring my family and friends to this location.

I thank premier smiles for taking care of me this past 5 years with my braces and making sure I was always comfortable and taken care of I will miss coming here because they was like a family to me I will miss coming here and I love everyone here thank you guys for being the best I ms. Michelle ms.anne and the doctor for taking care of me and there more people I just remembered them I love you guys and I will miss you guys and not the braces so much

I have 2 son’s who had complicated cases and years apart Dr. Kates gave my husband and I along with our son’s corrective options for them. The recommendation was not necessarily for the most aggressive approach or immediate action. We were made to feel secure, like family and we all have big, beautiful smiles. The staff is very pleasant, keeps you informed about both patient information and progress as well as financial matters. 3 members of my family including me (with Invisalign) have passed through the office as patients in the last 11 years. We have been well taken care every step of the way.

I had a very good time here! It’s bittersweet to finally be leaving. I love how over time you’re not just a patient anymore. The women at the front desk start to know you and remember your name it’s almost like your other family when it comes to your teeth. Overall my experience here was nice and I definitely would recommend them to others.

My experience there has always been great. But when I got my braces, I really loved the communication and understanding we all had between ourselves. I knew what was going on, and they communicated things very well to me. One worker in particular, Michelle, was really nice and helpful the whole time. She made me laugh when I had first got there upset from some person before. From then on my experience was fantastic. Plus I got to watch TV! I was so comfortable I could have fell asleep while they were working on me.

Excellent service! I have had the best experiences at this office from the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and they make you feel welcome! The financial process was very smooth & all the time he made sure that all my questions and concerns were answered. My daughter has a fear of medical/dental workers. She told me how she loves coming to this office, and she likes it because all the people she dealt with were always nice, and made sure she felt comfortable and if any questions or concerns she had they answered and made her feel at ease and she actually looks forward to her appointments at this office. Any parent out there that has a child with a medical office fear, this place is great for your kid(s). Office is very clean, staff is friendly and very professional. I recommend this office to all my friends and family. 5⭐️

I went to premier smiles a few months back for a consultation for braces and it was a wonderful experience. The work environment was very calm and laid back. The staff there were so kind and friendly I felt super comfortable, like id known them for years. When it came down to payment options they were very helpful and I didn’t feel push to make a decision. I would recommend this place to anyone is a great place!!!

I’ve been coming to Premier Smiles for 2 yrs. now. I’m ending my journey with my braces… (it’s bittersweet) Each visit has been pleasant! They always get me in and out! My teenage daughter is seen there as well. Ms. Yvette is the BEST! She goes above and beyond to help us! Please if you’re having financial issues I recommend you speaking with her, she’ll do everything in her power to help you achieve your beautiful smile!!!
