I haven’t been to the Dentist in years and after much urging from my wife, I decided I need to get back into the healthy teeth game. A esteemed colleague referred me to Premier Valley Dental and I can say; without a doubt, it was the best Dentist experience I’ve ever had. From scheduling the appointment to the initial exam itself, the process was painless (honestly) and seamless. Melissa and Victoria in the Front Office made the scheduling easy, professional, and efficient, and even kept me in the loop as my appointment got closer. I was greeted with smiles and a bottle of water. It was more like checking into a spa than a dental appointment. Kellie, the Hygienist, knows her stuff and possesses a unique degree of bedside manner. She explained each step of the exam and executed with perfection. The technology is the latest and greatest even the X-Rays technology makes my last visit (to another Dentist years ago) seem like the Stone Age. Dr. Schwei, the Dentist, was able to utilize their Space-Age technology before she walked into the room and she was ready to go over the hi-res tooth-by-tooth images and issues in detail once she arrived. She alerted me to the issues (gums mostly), potential issues (future root canal resulting from an old bar scuffle…ugh), and even the non-issues (no cavities!) with a unique degree of knowledge, expertise, friendliness, and professionalism. Once my exam and cleaning was finished, I was greeted with more smiles, a swag bag of valuable dental items, and my follow-up appointment reminder. I highly recommend dumping your old crotchety dental practice and starting fresh (no pun intended) with the unique professionals at Premier Valley Dental.

The doctor called and made all things right about charges I received a bill for. It was nice that she cared enough to reach out via phone and apologize for the miscommunication. I respect that so much! She was a great dentist, made a wonderful connection when I went in for my services. I’m glad to see she now has some better front end staff to handle billing

I love all the staff there, everyone in their own way make you feel welcomed and they are so courteous, Kelly she does my cleaning and she is awesome, she makes sure you get the cleaning you deserve… Melissa goes the extra mile for you to make you feel special, Victoria she welcomes you with a beautiful smile always and she is so sweet.. and what can I say about the doctor she is beautiful, so humble, and makes sure you are well taken care of.. this is the dentist office you really want to keep coming.. I love them! Thank you everyone for your great work.

Dr. Schwei and her staff are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and put customers first! I first met Dr. Schwei when she did a presentation to a local nursing facility (where I volunteer) and was so impressed with her willingness to share with the residents, showing patience, providing helpful info that I switched from my dentist and started visiting Premiere Valley! I appreciated the office providing community education to the elder residents and really liked her personality and extensive grasp of dentistry.

I’ve been the Premier Valley Dental 5 times now and would recommend it. I’m not a huge fan of the dentist, but they make you feel very comfortable. The office is very clean and nicely decorated. The ladies working there are always welcoming. The dentist is awesome. I had to get 4 fillings in one sitting.  She talked me through the whole process as she did it and it was over quickly.  I would definitely recommend this dentist office. Plus- if you make a referral they give you $30 to use on your next appointment after the person you referred comes in!

I had a wonderful experience during my first visit. Everyone was very professional and thorough. The staff took the time to explain in detail their processes during the examination. I felt everyone was knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions, and very personable. This made me feel very calm and comfortable. I believe they truly cared about my oral needs and health. The facility is equipped with unbelievable technology, which allows them to take the quality of your examination and procedures to the next level. The waiting room was very clean, modern, and elegant. I will definitely keep them as my dentist and refer them to all my friends and family.

Terrific office full of wonderful people! Dr. Schwei is such a sweet, caring and professional dentist and has such a kind demeanor! Victoria at the front is so sweet and always on point with scheduling. I’ve been a patient for over a year now and I’m beyond happy I switched and found this office. I recently had a cavity filled by Dr. Schwei and it was quite(20mins) and painless. If you’re new to the neighborhood & need a dentist, you’ll definitely want to join the Dental family of Dr. Schwei.

I have had the BEST dental experience at this office. From walking in, to walking back, to the visit with the dentist, everyone is so nice! They are so comforting and they actually listen to what you are telling them as far as pain. I feel like all my concerns and questions are always addressed, and I always leave confident in knowing my dental needs. And they always know how to get a hold of me if they can get me in to a sooner appointment. Having other options suites a busy work schedule!! Thanks Premier Valley Dental!

I went for my first visit today and was impressed by how kind and informative the entire staff was. Going to the dentist can be scary for some, fortunately I did not feel any of that anxiety- and if I did the ladies would’ve put me at ease for sure. The office is beautiful and a very calm setting. I am grateful my friend referred me and do not dread having to return for future treatment.

Stephanie K Dentistry is a wonderful place with wonderful employees. I had Kelly work with me and she was professional and kind and made me feel at ease with the services I had. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great dentist. My review of this dentistry remains unchanged, now 3 years later. Thanks to Kellie and her attention to detail, patience, and understanding with my not ever completely “loving” my visit to the dentist. She is wonderful with me and great at what she does. 3 years later, I continue to go see her for amazing care. Thank you!

I, like many others, am usually afraid of the dentist. This is the first dentist’s office I have been to in the Phoenix area that has explained to me what the process was going to be like. They always take extra measures to ensure I am comfortable. Also, if you like oldies or Christmas music, maybe you can hum along with the Dr. like I did 🙂 I love this place!

Well after changing dentist after 19 years it was hard but the staff here were always very friendly and professional.Alexandria is outstanding explains everything so even I could understand.Kelly and Tammy and Victoria are all so very nice now I know why my wife and daughter go there.So now the whole family goes here and having so work done now so my teeth will be back to where they needed to be–Thanks !!!

This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. Everyone on staff is incredibly nice and professional. They really do everything they can to make appointments as easy as possible. They are extremely attentive to patient needs. They are willing to do so much to put patients at ease and appointments never feel rushed.

I can’t say enough about this dentist office. During my first visit with Stephanie she was so friendly and nice. When she introduced herself she placed her hand on my shoulder which made me feel secure and happy. They have become my dentist office, and I see them twice a year! They are so professional and my dental hygienist is a miracle worker! She’s the best!

Premiere Valley Dental is a wonderful, caring place. Dr. Schwei and crew work as a team to provide excellent patient care. Kelly has been my hygienist for years. I have a challenging mouth. lol She works so hard to give me the best cleaning every time!

I have been a patron of dentistry for several decades and I’ve had lots of work done. I’ve been to many dentists and dentistry practices in my life and seen it all, good and bad. But I’ve never patronized a practice that provided such exceptional service from top to bottom. Dr. Schwei delivers the perfect blend of professionalism and relaxed, compassionate service. Kellie, my dental hygienist, is hands-down the best I’ve ever experienced. Melissa, the practice administrator, goes *way* above and beyond in service to the patient. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with smiles and treated like an old friend or family member. Treatment recommendations are conservative and considerate, and they have plenty of options to ensure the comfort of nervous patients. They handle all my insurance claims for me, so I never have to worry about it. If you’re looking for a great dentist in Phoenix, I strongly recommend Premier Valley Dental.

After having a horrible dental experience at a different dentist in the Metro, I stumbled upon Premier Valley Dental. The entire staff welcomes you with a beautiful smile and a genuine interest in how you are doing. Kellie, the dental technician, takes care of you wonderfully and always listens to any concerns you might have. For me, I have a pretty painful jaw due to grinding and clenching. They thoroughly go over my teeth from top to bottom and make sure to ask me if I have any questions along the way. I will never hesitate to recommend Premier Valley Dental to a coworker, family, or friend. Once again, thank you to all of the staff that could make my experience a painless one!

I live in Colorado and travel for a living. While I was on a trip I had a crown come loose that I’ve had since I was a 18. After calling around with no luck I found premier valley dental and explained my situation. They got me right in took impressions, fitted a temporary crown and got me into the lab for color match all in the same day. When the new crown came in I was able to get into have the new crown put in with less than 24hr notice. The lab didn’t make the new crown to her expectations and she had the lab make a new. For my inconvenience without even saying anything she made it rite. I will bring my family down from Colorado to have all there dental work done here.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with all genuine smiles from the others on Dr. Schwei’s team.  I first had my cleaning with Kellie, who was also amazing! Kellie got me a blanket to make sure I was comfy, and as she was cleaning, she made sure to talk me through everything she was doing. When Dr. Schwei came in, she was so friendly, relaxed, and made me feel extremely comfortable as a patient! She thoroughly explained everything so I could truly understand. I don’t know many people who like going to the dentist but I absolutely LOVE this one!!! I’d 100% recommend to any of my friends and family!

Dr. Alexandria Schwei and her whole office is awesome! Very transparent billing (which can be important with dental work), always friendly and soothing, and very gentle hands. I even had half of my fillings replaced with no numbing agents (my choice)! I highly recommend this practice.
