I was experiencing severe tooth pain. I have never had a cavity before, so I was quite anxious and nervous going into the appointment. The wait was a bit lengthy, but I was forewarned by the girl at the front desk. She gave me the option of running any errands instead of waiting in the waiting room. Upon meeting Dr. Elmosa, he immediately made me feel at ease. After examining my x-rays, Dr. Elmosa explained to me that I would indeed need a root canal. I was terrified at the word (I always imagined a root canal to be invasive and painful). He assured me I would not feel a thing after the numbing. To my surprise, the procedure was over before I knew it. Painless and easy!! I returned a couple weeks after to get a crown, and I am extremely satisfied with the work! I highly recommend seeing Dr. Elmosa for any of your dental needs. He is a very down-to-earth man and relieved me of all my anxieties and fears going into the procedure. He explained everything to me without all the fancy doctor terms so I was able to fully understand what was going to be done to my teeth. I recommend Dr. Elmosa to all my family and friends, 12/10!!!

The place looks well kept. It is well decorated and even their website gives you a “high end” feel. Don’t leave a message for them on the web. They don’t check it. I requested an appointment and never got a reply. We waited almost 2 hrs for them to finally see my husband and I. Terrible. When we finally went inside, we are greeted by everyone. There is a TV in every room so it makes the experience more pleasant. The doctor was in the room for 2 minutes if that. He was especially nice however, his staff has room for Improvement. My teeth were x-rayed, cleaned and polished by 3 different technicians. When it was all done, no one said anything to me for a few minutes. They had forgotten that I was still there. For my husband, the same thing. He eventually just got up and left. He needed a follow up appointment but no one ever said anything to him. The whole experience makes you feel like cattle pushed around. And not to mention but the receptionists there could try to be nicer. While the waiting room was packed, one of the receptionists decided to call someone about a patient and have that persons full social security number and name! For all of us to hear!!!

The orthodontist and DR. Elmosa are great dentist….My experience coming here has been good!!!my kids and my husband Jeff been coming here for years…When our insurance doesn’t cover certain procedures the prices they have quoted us are very reasonable…My child and I both have gotten braces here…nobody could beat their prices..I have recommended them to many of my friends and co-workers..you might have to wait sometimes but it’s worth it!! They do great work! Urgent aid across the way from dental Center…my daughter was seen by NP Louie…She twisted her ankle in gym n had excruciated pain n had been feeling really down about the whole situation…Np Louie spent about an hour talking and listening to her, he examined her thoroughly and did not rush!!!they were also able to do xrays!!!TG it was not broken…I felt thankful that he took the time to listen to her..compassionate and caring healthcare workers..ty Aida
