Wow!! What a great Dentist visit. For many the dentist visit is a hassle, scary and even nerve racking. From the minute you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and great energy. The entire staff was friendly, informative and professional. They put you at ease from the minute you walk in. Registration was fast and easy, the friendly atmosphere makes you comfortable and their competence makes it all easy. Doctor Cummings was amazing, answering questions, creating a dental care plan for me and explaining the whole visit. I have found my new dentist and I am very happy about it. Thank you all very much!!!

Staff was friendly, wait time wasn’t too long. Very beautiful atmosphere and decor in the clinic. They really made sure we understood why things were being done and were open to questions. I used to think going to the dentist was boring but the staff really looked like they enjoyed what they do. Keep up the good work!

After many years of neglect, and fearful of what was to come, I finally took the bull by horns and went to see Dr. Figueroa at presidental care – by way of my mates raving recommendation. What I thought was going to be a horrible and painful experience, turned into a candid and honest, but humane and gentle experience. From the moment I entered, I was welcomed and put at ease by the staff. Dr. Figueroa and her team are consummate professionals. Their bedside manner is phenomenal and their thoroughness in explaining every step of the way put me at ease. Of all the medical offices I have visited ever, PresiDental Care has truly been the best all-around. I have been Dr. Figueroa’s patient for years. She is extremely caring and thoughtful, incredibly intelligent, and always honest and straightforward in her explanations, advice, estimates and billing. She has a fantastic bedside manner and always makes sure through all my procedures that I am comfortable and at ease. The front desk staff, dental hygienists and dental assistants are just as amazing. They are all very smart, efficient and caring. Every interaction I have had with them over the years has been professional and gracious. The offices are always clean and welcoming. I highly recommend PresiDental Care and Dr. Figueroa.

The team was great start to finish! Super thorough in their examination and very pleasant from the moment I walked in the door. They even helped me figure out what exactly my insurance would cover for some work that I need done and before I left I was able to book my appointment right then and there. I was honestly tempted to not write a review so that this place doesn’t become TOO popular, but I HAD to share this great practice!

I have been trying to find the perfect Dentist office for years. I finally came to the right place and found it! Not only are the employees super nice and great but the dental work is excellent. They really take wonderful care of you at PresiDental Care. I will highly recommend Dr. Figueroa I have been going to her for the past 2.5 years, and will keep going. I had pre-existing issues with my teeth which were fixed and monitored by Dr. Figueroa no new issues have come up with my teeth since i’ve started coming here.

Update: Dr Figueroa is no joke. I can only say aboundingly positive things about my 7 years in her care. And I know dentists. I’ve had fillings, root canals, cleanings my whole life and braces 3 times. She is kind. Approachable. Educational. Flexible. Relatable. Talented and detailed. She is conservative and has allowed me to make dental decisions after equipping me with necessary information. When I have struggled financially, she has helped me make a plan to meet my detail needs. I have referred several friends to her office and they all have had good experiences as well. Stop your research, go here. Her staff is still rad. This one dude, Albert, has been there near the beginning and is consistently helpful and kind. He is an insurance ninja. Unfortunately she does not accept my dental Insurance, but her honest feedback is worth the $$ to me.

I needed a new dentist in the area so I found Dr. Jessica Figueroa office on ZocDoc. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Making an appointment was very easy and they were flexible with their appointment times. I did not have to wait long either. Dr. Jessica Figueroa and the dental assistants were amazing. The explained step by step what they were doing and then they went over my exam with me rather than just telling me whats wrong and make me leave. I highly recommend this office.

She was absolutely professional, fast and thorough. She and her staff made me feel very comfortable and all of my questions were answered. The office is clean, quiet and state-of-the-art. The staff is professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend Presidental Care to everyone.

I first came to PresiDental Care about 4 years ago when I had a partial fake tooth fall out and needed an emergency visit to get the issue fixed. I had no issues getting in and getting my tooth fixed. I have been going back every 6 months since! The staff at PresiDental Care is amazing! They are always very friendly and welcoming. The hygienist is very thorough and very knowledgeable and always makes sure to let you know what you need to do better, but in a nice friendly way. Dr. Figueroa is wonderful! She never does any procedure you don’t need and is always very informational about why you need the procedure. She also makes you feel cozy and comfortable when you have to have that ill-fated filling. We all know that cost is always a factor when trying to decide if you can move forward with the procedure and PresiDental Care is always upfront with costs in a easy to read printout. If you are looking for a great dentist, I would highly recommend Dr. Figueroa and the PresiDental Care team!
