Dr. Randall Sagisi is one of the most wonderful & caring Dentist I’ve ever met. His staff is very welcoming as well. He really takes his time with his patients & does a very thorough job. He makes sure you get the proper dental care & attention needed & is very detail oriented. Dr. Sagisi also has a cool Hawaiian laid back vibe to him. If you don’t believe me, come see for yourself:) I highly recommend him as a dentist.

A+ bedside manner; really takes the time to explain things, be through, and be sure you’re comfortable. I waited about a month to do this review to be sure, but yes: they fixed up a chipped tooth that another dentist had filled, when that dentist’s fix fell out in SIX DAYS! A month in, and the fix done here is still going strong. I’m extremely impressed. I absolutely will be coming back here for regular checkups and any other work they recommend.

I like Prestige Dental Care because the office is smaller than most dental offices I used in the past. The staff treats you like they have known you as a friend for a long period of time. The dentist mentions things that I never was told in other places. They told me about CareCredit which I was approved for. Now I can get the dental work I need and not have to worry how to pay for it.

I went in today during my lunch break for an exam and cleaning. The staff were super friendly and considerate that I had limited time for my appointment. I got out of there with more time to spare for lunch! What I loved: Clean facility. Friendly, helpful and personable staff that made me feel very comfortable. No BS examination and cleaning. Quick and efficient appointment with barely any waiting. Such a good experience. Definitely referring my friends and family to this place.

Excellent place to get your dental work at. I felt very at ease with the drs the made me feel as comfortable as one can be at the dentist office. The staff was very kind and thorough.The drs are very skilled and know what they are doing.They have great payment plans and will work with you to find a plan that works. I recommend this dental office for any of your dental needs. (They also have a refer a friend deal where you get a free movie ticket for each friend you refer)

I came in for a routine exam and cleaning. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. When I was told I would need to have a procedure to fix my receding gums my doctor took the time to explain the procedure to me and answered all the questions I had. It’s been a while since I’ve been here however they made me feel as if I was just there with a very warm welcome. They have gone through some management changes but trust me they are definitely for the better. Gone are the days where they take 2 hours to get you in the chair (that was so annoying). They are very organized thanks to Jamie who runs the show and is extremely kind and very good with kids. Her positivity is infectious with the staff which makes for a great experience.

Dr. Sagisi is the best dentist. I usually don’t do many reviews but just had to give this office 5 starts. I was looking for a local dentist after my son got injured and fractured his front teeth. He was referred by a friend and now I know why. My son was taken care of with such great care. My whole family now goes to him and even my young daughter will let him do all the dental work that’s needed (she wouldn’t let anyone else do it). If you want a dentist who will work with you, be gentle, explain all options with you and treat you like family definitely go here.

OMG! This dentist takes smile dental group off the map. This dentist was patient with my coward butt. I’m very very scared of needles. He took his time waited for me to numbup before giving me another shot. I hate going to the dentist. He made me comfortable, explained everything to me he was doing. The staff did not lie to me to make me pay more money (unlike smile dental, they will try to put you on a payment plan lie, have amateurs working on your teeth. )With prestige, I have not had any, I say any, reoccurring pain now for three weeks. I will refer all family and friends to them. If you are scared of the drilling noise. This is the number 1 dentist for you. Thank you Lord. I have pretty much been to all the dentist in Lancaster and Palmdale. This is the best so far. Thank you Prestige. This is Ms. Johnson. Thank you for taking care of my entire family. This dentist came in on a Sunday for my unbearable pain done by smile dental. This is Quality not quantity service.

I’m very precise with who I go with because of course I want the work done correctly and with the best of professionalism. So I used to travel to LA for every dentist appointment. Decided to give an office out here in AV a try and Prestige did not disappoint. From his front desk ladies Emma and Cony (only I’ve met so far) to his assistants. All very friendly and warming. The Dr was able to take care of my tooth ache right away and did a great job on my root canal. Took out my wisdom teeth also cause they were crowding my mouth. All in all, I felt in great hands and was taken care of greatly. Best part found a great place and no long drives now !! Win win!

Hiii everyone! This is by far the best dental office I’ve ever had the pleasure of coming to! The staff is super friendly and they really took care of me. I was having really bad tooth pains due to an infected broken wisdom tooth. They removed the tooth and inserted a bone graph and I didn’t feel a thing. I’ve never looked forward to a follow up visit to the dentist before and I’m very thankful and grateful to have found them.

My first visit to a dentist in 2 years! Lots of anxiety but the staff was friendly ams professional. Convenient parking upon arrival, clean waiting room with TV, love the digital x-rays no more hard cards. There is also a TV in your dental chair. No long wait and tje two fillings were done gently and fast. I’m glad I found this dental office.

My daughter is 9 years old and terrified of the dentist due to a bad experience. Dr Sagisi pulled two teeth and did a filling. She did great no crying and a total trooper. I give all the credit to Dr. Sagisi who took his time and to his assistant who was wonderful, held my daughters hand and was very comforting. Compassion and understanding is a must!!!
