Dr. B is the best doctor I have ever had. Not the best dentist I have ever had but THE best doctor I have ever had. From the first time I went in for a tooth check up that eventually led to diagnosis for root canal treatment to the entire process of procedure, Dr. B was meticulous, kind and precise. I could tell that he is a man that cares deeply about his patients and has studied intensely of his craft. In this case, the craft is dentistry. After hearing about his story of how he knew he wanted to be a dentist since childhood and never wavered to continue his career on that path, it reconfirmed that he is a pro’s pro. If you need to see the Michael Jordan of dentistry, Dr. B is your guy.

Dr. B is an incredible and extremely kind person. I came to his office with a serious TMJ problem not knowing what to do or where to go. But I was lucky enough that Yelp and Google directed me with the best dentist in town! He helped me getting out of my jaw lock crisis and during the next couple of months I visited him multiple times following up with my situation.Now I can say I feel great and my problem has diminished a lot thanks to the treatment option he offered me. I really can’t think of any other doctor I’ve ever visited that cares that much about his patients wellness and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending him to everyone I know. Thanks Dr. B, you are the absolute best!

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but Dr. B is so legit that I feel like I have to. Here’s a few things that are awesome about him: 1) he knows his stuff, in and out. When you go in for an appointment, he’s not just fixing your teeth — he’ll do a full head and neck assessment on you to make sure everything is on the up and up. Also, he went to THE BEST DENTAL SCHOOL IN THE COUNTRY and even did a post-grad residency in oral surgery (if I remember right) which is NOT mandatory, but gives him an extra level of expertise. Rest assured, you’re in the best hands. 2) he’s super friendly, personable, and respectful of your time. His team (dental hygenists, assistants, front desk staff) are also very nice as well, and you can tell that Dr. B is very respectful of his teammates as well. 3) HE’S NOT A CROOK! Really — some medical professionals are really out for your money, but you can tell Dr. B always has your best interest in mind. For example, I was looking for a retainer and I wasn’t sure if I needed it or what options there were. Dr. B explained all of the different options, their costs, and their risks and benefits. Most importantly, he didn’t just try to push the most expensive one on me! He was very conscious of how insurance reimbursements works (or doesn’t in some cases) and was very respectful of the financial impact. A++++ to Dr. B — couldn’t recommend him enough!

I want to pass along how pleased I am with Dr. Vasag Bouzoghlanian. He provided me exceptionally excellent dental treatment by perfectly fitting a gold crown to my lower right molar and a partial gold crown to the adjacent wisdom tooth. He saved a healthy and functioning wisdom tooth that my previous dentist recommended be extracted. This was my first visit to the dentist and the work Dr.Vasag did was unbelievable. I had quite a bit of plaque build up and after everything was finished and cleaned my teeth looked brand new. Dr. Vasag is patient, humble and explains in detail the problem and what he’s going to do to fix it. I wish there was an option to give 10 stars because that’s how good my overall experience went. Also Julie, the dental assistant is very friendly and helps if you have any questions. As far as the clinic its very clean and brand new. Also Dr.Vasag uses top of the line equipment and the latest dental hardware.

After being with my dentist for 24 years I was extremely reluctant to switch to a new dentist.  However since my insurance was changed to a new provider I had no choice but to let go (more like forced).  I just had my crown fall out and couldn’t have picked a worst time for this to happen.  With the Coronavirus lurking around, I could not find any dentist available for at least two weeks under my insurance plan.  And if losing my crown was not bad enough, my tongue was rubbing against a sharp edge of what was left underneath. With the aid of Yelp, I discovered Dr B and threw a Hail Mary!  Without having a prior relationship with him, he stepped up big time and took me in (like all other dentists he was unavailable during this time period due to the virus)!   Needless to say, Dr B is not only one of the coolest guys I ever met (including his staff), but he knows his stuff and is cutting edge!!!  I thought I would miss my dentist, but Dr B has more than filled (no pun intended) the void!!!

All my life I’ve had mediocre to bad dental experiences and at 30 years old I was surprised to find a completely different experience when I came to Prestige. Not only was Dr. B really great at explaining to me what’s going on and what to expect (I found the experience so informative) but he was also really quick, efficient and knowledgeable about the problems I had. One quick look and he knew my teeth sensitivity was due to a receding gum line instead of cavities, and gave me a quick treatment and some tips to manage the sustainability back at home. Since my situation wasn’t too bad, a few months after the treatment, switching toothpastes, brushing lightly and eating firmer whole foods, I no longer feel the pain I used to have. On top of that, he found two small cavities that were due to old fillings, so I had to come in twice. Both times, I was able to fall asleep during the treatment. It honestly surprised me because I have never had a dental experience that was comfortable enough where I could catch up on some much needed rest. The staff here is also so incredibly wonderful, friendly and kind. I feel so grateful for what they do for us to make our experience enjoyable.

Dr. B is by far the BEST dentist I have been to! His attention to detail and expertise will ensure that you get the best treatment you need, and his persona will put you at ease right from the start. He explains what treatment he is doing on your teeth and the reason behind it, which I find very helpful. The team is always very accommodating of your schedule and insurance plans. I have been going to this practice for over a year now, and every visit has been just as wonderful as the previous! I normally don’t write Yelp reviews, but this one truly deserves an exception.. 🙂 He is not only a great doctor, but an extremely kind hearted person as well, you can see that by the way he treats everyone around him. I have been a patient of Dr. B for over a year now and I am very pleased with the services offered. When I began going to him, he was the first dentist that actually listened to my health concerns and performed an overall exam that helped discover a cavity that had been neglected for years by past dentists and fixed the issue quickly. Dr. B also gave me a new retainer to better fit my mouth to prevent further complications. As a side note, I was so pleased I didn’t have to find an orthodontist to perform this extra task, like I have in the past. He does everything in one place! Also, Prestige Dental offers great preventive care methods to better protect your oral health. His staff are very friendly and helpful too. Everyone cares about your health here. Overall great vibe throughout and the few times I’ve needed to go in for something quickly, they try to get me in as soon as possible. I highly recommend Dr. B as your dentist!

I am so happy and relieved to have met Dr. B and his staff! Going to the dentist has always given me a bit of anxiety due to past unpleasant experiences. I was so blown away not only by Dr. B’s professionalism, skill, and knowledge but you could also tell he cares about his patients and truly loves what he does. I had a wisdom tooth extraction/ oral surgery today and I could not believe how painless the procedure was !! Meaning there was NO pain; even the anesthesia shot was not painful. This proves his level of skill and experience. He even made me laugh several times during the procedure putting me at ease the whole time. (I have had 3 removed by other dentists before which were highly painful or uncomfortable even after local anesthesia). His dental technician Leslie was also so pleasant and made me feel so comfortable ! Julie at the front desk is also so kind! Post surgery: 6 hours later, this is the first time out of all my wisdom tooth extractions that I don’t feel miserable. I am happily eating my yogurt and ice cream as I write this review! At first I was skeptical about all the 5 star reviews but now I can confirm why based on my own experience! I don’t usually write reviews but when I find something extraordinary I feel compelled to share. If you are looking for an amazing, knowledgeable, and caring dentist look no further! Thank you Dr. B and staff for making my extraction surgery so pleasant and even going above and beyond to call me after the surgery to make sure I was doing ok !!

Dr. B is the best dentist I’ve ever been to and quite possibly one of the best dentists ever! He’s kind, thorough, professional and exceptionally skilled. He educates his patients and explains what’s happening with your teeth. The staff at Prestige are also awesome! I use to be nervous going to do the dentist and have previously felt forced to do dental work I didn’t need done, now going to the dentist is a pleasant less anxiety provoking experience. I love this place!

I was there today and I have to say it was a very nice experience. I got my teeth and gums checked, and received a very detailed explanation in what status they are and what I can do to keep and improve their health. The whole team took their time to be very precise in their work. My concerns with an annoying wisdom tooth have been taken very serious. I can only recommend it.

Far and away the best dentist! I’ve seen more than my fair share of good and bad dentistry and Dr. B has stood out among the best. He does not cut corners and did the most thorough exam I’ve ever had. The office is top of the line. As far as the work, he doesn’t treatment plan more than necessary. And I was treated like family by everyone there. What a refreshing experience! I have recommended Dr. B to my friends and family and they’ve all raved. I’m a patient for life!!

Excellent service from excellent dentist Dr. Vasag Bouzoghlanian and with excellent customer service from the staff. I have been with other dentists in the past two decades but never experience a complete thorough oral and head examination and spending time explaining details and options which gave me assurance that its not only my teeth that need to be considered but my entirety as whole person. Very courteous and accommodating staff. Couldn’t forget my experience when Dr Vasag accommodated and granted my request as a new patient to have a denture in 2 days because my jackets were broken and it was done immediately and perfectly fit for me. With that, I was able to join the medical mission and served poor and needy people in Mexico. Definitely, a dental clinic you can be proud of and recommendable to families and friends.

Looking for the right dentist?.. Well the search is over. And you’ve come to the right place. Believe me, Doctor B is an excellent dentist and he is well above and beyond 5 yelp stars. Dr B is skilled and smooth in his approach. He will not suddenly throw his fingers in your mouth to make you open. And he is naturally enthusiastic, genuine and caring about his patients in a sincere way. Not in a patronizing stiff superficial way. Dr B’s staff make you feel at home by offering you bottled water at the front door where you check in. You will feel at home and at ease and welcome, comfortable as this is where you belong and deserve to be. His staff did not push my buttons when I was sitting in his dentist chair. For example, I had my wisdom tooth pulled out by Dr B just recently 2 months ago, and the entire process felt like I was on an oasis island vacation. No kidding! I am not joking. Doctor B’s office environment completely took my guard off with no outside sunlight glaring into my face thru the window and no glaring electric lights inside my face. No hands and tools being forced and pointed into my face because the dentist chair goes all the way down laying flat as where it should, and not at an angle into the faces, fingers, and tools of the dentist and his assistant being so suddenly forced into my face creating stress and anxiety to the point of nervously shaking as this actually happened to me at a nearby dentist down the hallway on Dec 28, 2015. This is why I switched to Dr B after 19 years at the other dentist down his hallway. I do not take any medication for anything. And when I had my wisdom tooth pulled out by Dr B on Jan 4, 2016, I did not need any Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Advil, or ANY type of over the counter drug or pain reducer medication. I took no pills. I have no health problem. I never take any medication for anything. Dr B’s office and staff by far is not rigid or stiff in any way. Not patronizing or sterile either.The reason I made the switch to Doctor B was because the other office was making me nervous and shaking on Dec 28, 2015. On that morning in Pasadena, It was 32 degrees outside that morning on Dec 28, 2016 at the other dentist, and I was not shaking in 32 degrees outside with only a sweater on, and no jacket. I was shaking nervously in the other dentist’s chair with two faces in my face, the Dentist and his Assistant, glaring electric lights in my face, and a chair that would not go all the way down. Like I said, I have no health problems and no psychological problems or anything that creates or triggers any anxiety. None. Remember an ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure. Do yourself a favor. Avoid the dentist office that gives you stress and anxiety, and just go with Doctor B on the no stress express train ride to better dental health. You’ll be glad you did. First of all, Dr. Vasag Bouzoghlanian is simply the best dentist in the country, seriously! I’ve been seeing Dr. Bouzoghlanian since 2016 and he is my go to for everything dental. I would never go to another dentist. He’s that good. Secondly, the most amazing thing about Dr. Bouzoghlanian is his attention to detail, truly! Also, his customer service is unmatched. From the moment you walked in the doors, you will feel like your visiting a relative or a friend. He cares on a profound level and I am extremely grateful to have been a loyal customer since 2016. Moreover, the most impressive thing about Dr. Bouzoghlanian is that he is genuine in everything he does which is rare these days! It is evident from the moment you meet him! I have been meaning to tell Dr B and his staff what a pleasure it has been to be a patient.. l am a finicky human being and I have always been very particular about dental offices. I have fired quite a few dental offices over the years and this is the first office that I have been glad to be with now approaching three years. Dr B and staff have always listened too me and offered only the most professional work for me. I often recommend Dr.B to friends.I also would like to say an honorable mention to the young male hygienist. He as well as the doc have been great with me.

Prestige Dental is just that..Prestige!  The staff, the Dentist, the upgraded technology and equipment are just a few of the things that set the bar high for Dentistry. The whole staff goes out of their way to accommodate and make you feel comfortable and at ease during your visit. They are very educational and DR. B makes sure to explain everything in detail. Both Hygienist, Brandon and Gene, are exceptional, caring and great. The assistants Rita and Julie(front desk) are wonderful. All the times I visited, they have been very professional and cheerful. I have had a veneer replaced, 2 cavities filled and a few cleanings. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. The staff becomes family, and they treat you as such also.  Dr. B is genuinely one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. He’s extremely passionate and a perfectionist. If he doesnt like the end result of a crown, bridge, veneer, he will strongly suggest to let the work be corrected. He absolutely cares about making patients healthy and happy. Prestige Dental is a growing office, and their appointments do fill up extremely quick. Be sure to get in when you can, and dont worry, the wait is worth it!!

Dr. B is simply the BEST! I had not gone to a dentist in over 5 years until I stumbled upon his dental office and decided it was time (much overdue) to see a dentist again! It was one of the best decisions I have ever made!!! I have an irrational fear of the dentist and once I met the staff, Dr. B & Brendan the dental hygienist I knew I was in great hands. Not only was it a friendly, pleasant and non-painful experience but Dr. B actually alerted me to go see a dermatologist (which I had never even been to) about a strange mole I had on my ear, and thankfully I did because it was a pre-cancerous mole! Going to Dr. B literally saved my life lol but in reality he is the best and most knowledgable Dentist around, so if you’re a new patient make no hesitation and call Prestige Dental now, seriously what are you waiting for!!! Dr. Bouzoghlanian has been my dentist for over a year now and out of all the dentist I have been to in my over 50 years, He is the best!!! I live in Studio City and the drive to Pasadena is well worth it. The staff cares about the the comfort of their patients. i was so happy with the quality of service and professionalism everyone had. Dr. B was just amazing i was so scared to go to the dentist because of previous bad experiences but just talking to him over the phone made me a little more comfortable if you dont think someone can provide great service over the phone you are WRONG! i was there for two hours but it felt like 30 minutes they were all great definitely recommending everyone i know! Dr. B is one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. He really puts patient care first, always making sure that I know exactly what is involved in any given procedure. When he replaced my fillings, he was very careful and meticulous and made sure my new fillings were smooth and in top shape before I left the dental office. When he extracted my wisdom teeth, I didn’t feel any pain or severe discomfort during the process; Dr. B even gave me some special syringes to make sure food particles didn’t get stuck in the empty sockets of the extracted teeth. I highly, highly recommend Dr. B. Not only is he an excellent, highly skilled dentist, but he also adds a human touch to his practice.
