Dr. Iranmehr is amazing. Patient, caring, thorough & most importantly… very experienced in her field. I trust her completely. Her staff & team of specialists are outstanding too. The experience from the moment you step in her office including the receptionists, to the assistants, to the Dr herself will be a positive one. We coincidentally found her years ago and ever since then, she’s the only dentist myself or my family goes to. None better. What I also admire about her is her ethics & integrity in how she won’t subject you to any unnecessary procedures, rather focuses on giving you various options, making recommendations and giving you her professional opinion (including less expensive / less invasive alternatives if there is one). She’s not looking to make a quick buck which may explain why many of her patients are long-term repeat customers, myself included. Again, simply amazing.

This was unlike any other dental experience I have had! The cleaning was personalized to me, my comfort level, the entire time. I was even surprised to find out that there are different kinds of floss for different types of teeth, so for the first time, I can actually somewhat enjoy the flossing experience! And then I met Dr. I, who had me and my concerns and interests for coming in as her top priority. I truly felt like they cared about me as a patient and it felt warm and welcoming. Very pleased to say that I will be happy to return in the future!

Not just your ordinary dentist group. They treat you like family. From check in, check up to check out, everyone is full of smiles and super helpful! As for Dr. Iranmehr…She’s awesome! Her knowledge and skill is above and beyond. I never doubt the treatment plans she recommends. Always a great experience!!

Preston Family Dentistry is a wonderful facility! Growing up, I have always had some what anxiety visiting dentist. Dr.Iranmehr and her staff made me feel so calm and relaxed during my entire visit. I felt so taken care of, from being greeted by the receptionist, to getting my cleaning done. Not only this, I unfortunately did not confirm my insurance within an appropriate time with the wonderful ladies at the front desk. They were so patient with me when confirming my insurance and so accommodating , even though it was not their fault at all!! I have talked so wonderfully of this business to my husband, that he is excited to get a cleaning next month. Preston Family Dentistry is our dentist!

I really like these guys! I was looking for a dentist closer to home and found them on yelp. So far so good! Very friendly hygienist and very helpful doc! They made me feel calm the whole time; I also appreciated that I didn’t feel guilted because I had an appointment fall thru at my last place so it had been a while since I had had a cleaning. All in all a good experience and I’d recommend them!

I would recommend Preston Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist. The front office personnel(Sandra and Jessica)are very friendly and well organized. My hygienist Jenny was very pleasant. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and making sure I was comfortable. Finally, Dr Iranmehr was very welcoming and thorough with her explanations of my treatment. This was my first experience with Preston Family Dentistry and it was an excellent one.

I have been looking for the PERFECT dentist practice for a while, and just recently found it when I had my appointments with Preston Family Dentistry. I spent the last 3 years looking for a practice close to home that did a great job and really listened/cared about what me (the patient) wanted. I grew up going to my step father who was a dentist, and worked on my teeth for years making any other dentistry I visited hard to meet the level of service I received. Dr. I and her crew were great from start to finish. Sandra and Sara running the front desk certainly have their hands full with handling the appointments, follow ups, insurance, etc. Anna is one of the nicest dental assistants I have ever met and enjoyed our few conversations we did get to have. I know that I am not an easy patient as I want to know what exactly is going on, why, how long, etc….. I did not make it easy due to the fact that I do not like Novocain and actually prefer none at all. Dr. I went in on 4 cavity’s (2 in between teeth) and I hardly felt a thing. I know that many of you are scared of the dentist but let me be the 1st to tell you that they are some of the best in the business. Only thing missing is a bar, and you might find me hanging out in the lobby….Cheers

Best dentist in Dallas, hands down. Everyone is always so positive and upbeat and Dr. Iranmehr takes the time to explain everything she is doing as she goes along so you’re as comfortable and at ease as possible during the process as you can possibly be. I’ve never had to wait more than ten minutes for an appointment, and it’s usually closer to five. The ladies at the front desk are amazing as well, they do everything they can to help you with your scheduling and navigating your insurance to keep your costs down. I can honestly say this is the first time I’ve ENJOYED going to the dentist!

I had a total of 4 visits this past month for one crown, one deep cleaning, and five fillings, and everything went as planned. I got rid of all the problems as fast as it could be. Overall I had a fantastic experience. In fact, I saw another dentist who told me I needed a root canal done, which I felt was not needed. So I visited Dr. Meehrnaz Iranmehr. I have been coming to Preston Family Dentistry for about 7 years. Now, both my children go there too. The staff is beyond friendly and wonderful. The front waiting room is always immaculate and has great toys for my kids to occupy themselves with. They also love that they can change the TV channel in the dentist chair to anything they want to watch! And their favorite part is getting to pick a flower to take home at the end. Never had a bad experience and would recommend them to anyone!

Such caring and attentive staff and doctor! My apologies if I don’t mention every great person by name! Anna and Doctor “I” were so caring and genuine, understood my needs as a patient and I tried to be a good patient so they could get the work done. They are excellent top notch! Full of heart and attention to detail. My family has been going there for years. This round put their business to the test as my dental insurance was dropped inadvertently through hubby’s big company policy is now no spousal medical coverage if any other option is available, we dropped all policies by mistake even though my biz doesn’t have dental yet. They answered my online plea on their day off, scheduled me for next biz day and did the work the following day with payment plan. They made sure I was over the moon comfortable, which was a far cry for the extreme pain prior to getting there. Nothing but love and thanks for these gals! You are the Best!

Dr. Iranmehr is an artist. I had pain and inflammation in my back upper far back molar for over 6 years due to a badly done crown. I went through three dentists in other states who failed to understand my description of the problem and failed to fix the problem. I explained the problem to Dr. Iranmehr, and she immediately understood and fixed the problem. I didn’t notice how much chronic low-level pain I had in my mouth until she made it go away. And she did the work without any discomfort to me. I definitely recommend for anyone who thinks an earlier dentist may have botched some work to have Dr. Iranmehr look at it. She clearly understands her job very well.

I came to Preston Family Denstistry after years of fear of the dentist only because of a broken tooth. I was very pleasantly surprised at the care I recieved. I didn’t know you could have so much dental work done and not only it not be painful, but actually a positive experience. In the years since, I actually look forward to going. Having a super clean smile and the warm and friendly greeting that I recieve from the staff far outweighs the discomfort of a routine dentist visit. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a family dentist!

I worked for many years for a dentist and find Dr Iranmehr’s professional care and ethics to be of the highest calibre. I am confident that my dental health (and thus my overall health) is in good hands. Losing dental insurance when my husband retired, I was appreciative of the fact that an inhouse “insurance” was available to our family making dental care more affordable. Dr. Iranmehr is hands down the BEST dentist in the DFW area. She is a GREAT doctor and truly shows compassion for her patients. I have had a life-long fear of dentists but not with Dr. Iranmehr. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my smile and dental health. My family & I are her patients. I definitely recommend them.

I have used the services of Dr. Iranmehr and her team for more than two years. It has been a fantastic experience from day one. Dr. Iranmehr is extremely accurate, definitely a professional. The best dental care I have ever experienced! As international student, it was confusing to understand insurance policies and charges. Her team was very clear and very mindful of my schedule. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone.

I’ve been coming to Preston Family Dentistry for over 10 years now and I have not found a better, more courteous, and friendlier place than this. As far as I know, the main dentists have changed three times over that period but since then the service has improved each visit. For a long time, I didn’t have insurance and as you know, dentist bills are not cheap! But Preston Family was still affordable for me, compared to a lot of other dentists in the area. The only thing that you need to look out for is the cancellation fees for forgotten appointments or last minute cancellations. Each time you visit, they automatically discuss your next visit and book the appointment in the calendar. They will send a follow up postcard or phone call to remind you of it, but if you don’t get it or forget, you could be charged and not know. They are pretty good at reminding you though. Also, I love the little goody bag they give out at the end and they also give you a fresh, carnation flower for the day. Every visit is a pleasant one for me here, so no complaints so far!

Best dentist ever. This is a well managed family business. I always drive 30 min because they take really good care of me and my family. We need to appreciate the fact that this business is not managed by a company. That was the main reason why I left Monarch Dental. I always have had impecable teeth and all of the sudden that company overcharge me and ripped my insurance because a periodontal treatment. Guess what, I move to Preston Family Dentistry, and problem solved.

I have had numerous dentists and dental hygenists, but today was different! I had the BEST experience with Raven, the dental hygenist, and Dr. Iranmehr was amazing. I felt safe during covid, from when I walked in to when I left. I also want to mention the front office staff were so welcoming and kind. Best experience I have had. I highly recommend!! So happy I found them. Looking forward to going back.

I have been a patient of PFD for over 5 years and have nothing but incredible things to say about this practice as a whole. Not only are the office staff wonderful and the hygienists skilled in the work they do, the dentist has incredible bedside manner and knowledge which is hard to find as a combination these days. I would recommend this practice to anyone! In reading some of the reviews below I would advise JC that just as his appointments are important, so are other people’s. By canceling a last minute appointment you prevent patients like me from getting an urgent appointment I may have needed. The cancellation policy is part of the contract as a new patient and is standard for any type of medical practice that you are seen at as a patient. It’s just a matter of consideration and respect for others. It is communicated up front from the first visit.

My hygienist Jenny was super awesome. Answered any questions that I had, and did an amazing job on my cleaning. She even followed up with me the next day to make sure that I was not having any issues! I highly recommend going and seeing her. Dr. Iranmehr was amazing as well. Super nice, and explained everything in detail with what was going on with my teeth. Answered all my questions that I had, and went over my X-Rays with me. I felt very comfortable, and had great knowledge of what I need to do going forward. The rooms are really nice, and have TV’s in them. I was allowed to change the channel to what I wanted, while getting my work done. It is a great location. The front office staff was very respectful, I was greeted promptly, and taken back to get my teeth cleaned within 5 minutes. Great Job everyone! Highly recommend Preston Family Dentistry

Dr I is the best Dentist ever! She really cares about her patients and her craft, it’s evident in her bed side manner, clinical skills and knowledge. My brother-in-law introduced us to her practice and now the entire family has been fiercely loyal patients for years. I like to say she has the “touch of a fairy” so every procedure I’ve had at her office, from root canals and crowns to extractions and fillings have been virtually painless. (I’m a reformed candy eater). All the hygienists are professional, knowledgeable and personable too. The administrative staff are courteous and always work with my occasionally erratic schedule. Don’t walk, RUN to the best Dentist in the DFW area!
