This is the first time that I decided to write a review for a business because I feel that this is the fair thing to do for a professional who is truly a Professional and devoted to his clients. I have had so many dentists in the past and I would always leave these offices with the feeling that they were not honest and just taking advantage of us. So I became skeptical but my experience with Dr. Shah has and still is always great every time I go for a visit. Dr. Shah not only takes his time listening to your discomforts, he explains the procedures, and answers any questions and when needed, he will refer you to other dental specialists who, so far, have the same level of professionalism as he has. This is a great office, the service is outstanding from the moment you call and talk to Gena to the moment you leave the office. Another important thing I want to mention is that Dr. Shah will call you directly to follow up with you; this is something that not all doctors do (in general). I am so thankful for having Dr. Shah as a dentist for me and my family. I highly recommend this Dentistry!!!

I love to visit Dr. Shah’s office. It is very immaculate and he has all the high tech, state of the art equipment in which I believe helps with a smooth and efficient visit. Dr. Shah and his staff are very friendly and professional. Although, I am not in network with Dr. Shah, I choose to stay under his care because of his flexibility, friendliness and because he takes part in every process of my visit from scheduling my appointment and cleaning my teeth. He takes his time to explain and show you everything. Finally, he cares about your overall health and not just your teeth. He has given me some great referrals to other doctors!!!

Went in when my tooth was aching. Dr. Shah’s front assistant was over the top nice and made an appointment for me in no time. When I came in, I filled out my information, passed along my insurance card, and I went in to see my Dr. Shah. Everything was super fast, which I totally appreciate! Never a fan of those long waits at doctor’s offices. When I went in to see Dr. Shah, it took him about five minutes to diagnose me. He recommended I get all my wisdom teeth out and suggested a place that would take me soon, due to the infection I had in one of my wisdom teeth. He put me on antibiotics to ease and heal the pain of the infection as well as cleaning supplies for my infected tooth. I was outta there in less than an hour; it was great! Thank you, Dr. Shah!

Dr. Shah is not only outstanding dentist, he understand children in a way that allows me to never have to worry when we see him. We have never felt rushed or left with questions unanswered. He was excellent with both of my Boy’s and took time to show my oldest (who is learning brush on his own) how long he needed to brush and most importantly how to brush. Dr. Shah and Ashley are a great team! The office sends you reminders before your appointment via text or email and once you arrive you are greeted by an extremely friendly dentist that should be able to ease any child anxious about the dentist. Going in for my teeth cleaning was a breeze, and I even got to watch netflix while they did it. I didn’t even realize time had flew by while I was listening to Anthony Bourdain explain why Ireland is so amazing. Highly recommend for everyone!

Preston smiles is really a great dental practice. I recently moved to Dallas and have been lazy about finding a dental practice and finally re-establishing my dental care. Although there seem to be multiple advertised practices that seem to focus extraneous aspects of dental care, I really was just looking for a good dental practice. Preston smiles seems to provide exactly what I wanted, reliable and effective dental care. Other stuff that was nice seemed to be the great location, online booking of appointment, clean office, tvs to watch during the cleaning, photos taken by the dentist to demonstrate exactly what disease process they are seeing, and a super friendly dentist. Also, they didn’t give me a hard time for not going to the dentist for the last year or so. For whatever it is worth, this was a really great experience and I recommend giving this practice a try.

Dr. Shah and all of his staff are truly amazing! They have gone out of their way to ensure that we get the care that we need. I know that things like this are expected but I’ve gone to other doctors and dentists before and they really do not compare. The people who work here are always friendly, always courteous, and I highly recommend this practice. First of all, the building is clean and orderly and I never wait more than 5 minutes. The people are extremely nice. Even though I come every six months, they always remember what I told them last time. I never feel any pain, sometimes that jet of water feels great when you can feel the gunk being removed! If you like to watch Netflix, they have it available while they work on you. Overall great dentist office.

Just went here today after being recommended by a friend and I loved it. I know that it seems odd to say that about a dentist but I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists which has caused me to put off going to the dentist in the past (which led to even more issues with my teeth) so this was a much welcomed surprise. I have to go back in a few days for a filling and I find it weird to say but I’m looking forward to it. Dr. Shah is great, he loves answering any questions you might have and if you’re uncomfortable at any time during a cleaning he does whatever he can to alleviate the discomfort. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough, Dr. Shah and his staff are wonderful. Keep up the good work.

Best dentist ever! Dr. Shah has a gentle touch and his a cheerful demeanor that put me at ease. He was thorough and I liked the way he explained things. I had not been to a Dentist in about 12 years prior to my appointment at Preston Smiles. Because of this I was very apprehensive, fearing I would need lots of major restoration and possibly some teeth extracted. When I arrived there was very little wait and my entire appointment lasted less than an hour. They performed a full exam, took comprehensive x-rays, and cleaned my teeth. Afterwards my teeth felt better than they had in over a decade! Dr. Shah is awesome! He took the time to show me the x-rays, answer my questions, and explain where I would need some fillings. His staff are also very welcoming; Pam and Gina helped alleviate my apprehension from the moment I walked in the door. After going back a few times for fillings and a crown, my experience has been nothing other than spectacular! Don’t wait 12 years like I did, make an appointment and go!

I have been to many dentists over my lifetime and I wanted to make sure others knew about this great Doctor! Let me start with the initial phone call to schedule my appointment. The staff member I spoke to was very pleasant to talk to and she took her time to answer all my questions about my insurance etc. Also, I was able to schedule an appointment with ease. The clinic itself was very nice! It has a modern feel to it, without being tacky or too sterile. Dr. Shah is nice, very knowledgeable and great because he took his time to actually answer my questions. I never thought I would say this, but I look forward to my next dentist check-up in 6 months. I have been taking my 5 year old to Dr. Shah for about 3 years. The office is beautiful, clean and up to date. The staff is always friendly and accommodating even if you are a few minutes late (oops!) and Dr. Shah is great with my son! I just had another GREAT experience with Dr. Shah and his awesome team. They were prompt and attentive. I recently moved out of the state and traveled back to Dallas just to have my treatment done by Dr. Shah. I needed fillings and Dr. Shah was very gentle when I got numb and while he repaired my teeth. I couldn’t even tell I had work done when the numbness wore off.
