The staffs at Prime Dental are great and professional. They are super sweet and friendly. The facility is super clean and has the latest x-ray machine. My son’s and my experience at the Prime Dental were great. Dr. Kim patiently went over the condition of each of my teeth. I did not feel that they were in a hurry to do other stuffs besides taking care of me (my teeth). The appointments were on time. I did not have to wait. Jenny, the hygienist, is so amazing. She is so thorough, gentle, and sweet. Yen, the receptionist, is so super helpful, sweet, and friendly. I have recommended Prime Dental to all my relatives and friends. (…) prices are reasonable. Based on my experience at Prime Dental, I would recommend that this is a place to come when you have dental needs.

(…) I visited the dentist last weekend. I had about four cavities on my right side. I was very nervous about removing them but Dr. Kim took care of them without anesthesia. The most important part was that it did not hurt!! Well, 3 of them were small ones so it was very quick to remove them. But the last one was pretty big. Dr. Kim took time and stopped in between to make sure I was not in pain, asking me to raise my hand if it hurts. He said he will use anesthesia if it starts irritating. No need because it did not hurt! My mom got an implant last year at this place. She said Dr. Kim and the staff explained well about the process and made sure my mom felt comfortable throughout the whole process. After hopping around one dentist to another, I finally found my dentist! Highly recommended!

The staff at Prime Dental are awesome, so sweet and friendly. Never had to wait, was called in as soon as I finished with my paperwork. I have not been to the dentist a real long time and Dr. Kim was so great to walk me through everything. He let me know my comfort was most important. Jenny was also amazing! My 6-year-old daughter also was happy with her X-ray and cleaning. She asked how soon can we return, I loved hearing that! Lol. I would highly recommend Prime Dental.

I haven’t gone out to get dental work done for several years because I had a trauma about dental work being done. I was super nervous to go get dental work done but this place has totally changed my perspective and helped me overcome all nerves and fears. The work done was superb (deep cleaning) as I didn’t feel any discomfort during the process. The staff and the dentists were all super friendly and accommodating. I had several of the staff coming by to see how I was doing continuously. Great place to get dental work done!

Best doctor and staff ever! First of all, Dr. Kim is very honest. I got a treatment plan and estimated from other dental offices which were a lot more than Dr. Kim’s. Dr. Kim explained everything very clearly. Second, best hygiene treatment. Third, great and clean, brand new remodeled office. Fourth, the doctor speaks Korean, English and Spanish fluently. And they also have Vietnamese and Korean staff to help with language problems. Great, great dental office. Highly recommended this dental office!!

Lovely office, friendly staff. I was greeted with such a pleasant hello from the young lady. I felt immediately welcomed and comfortable, which is hardly rare when you enter a dentist facility. Dr. Kim is so gentle and caring about my concerns for me. Dr is very adept at explaining what he is doing and why he is doing it. I decided to visit this place after my wife’s friend gave us a recommendation. My first visit was a consultation to see how bad my teeth were. Upon entry, I was greeted by a wonderfully upbeat lady who guided me through the documents I needed to sign. Then after X-rays and a look through my mouth the dentist gave me an in-depth review of what he recommended for work. My second visit was a deep cleaning, they were very fast and efficient at the cleaning and afterward, the dentist gave a lot of helpful hints on how to keep my teeth clean with a permanent retainer. I will be going back soon to get more work done as well. I just have to say, my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the work done here. They are very professional, friendly, and really good at what they do. We highly recommend!

I usually have regular cleaning or deep teeth cleaning twice a year, and I have done so many cleanings over the years. I can say I didn’t notice any big difference when I change my dentist to another. But this time at this dentistry I just can say: OMG, super professional. Cleaning was good and perfect polishing. After I tried them for cleaning, I decided to bring my wife to continue her treatment ( root canal, fillings and crowns). Dr. Kim at this dentistry was really good, did the job professionally, and made my wife so comfortable with her new teeth look and smile. I strongly recommend this dentistry.

Dr. Kim has always been consistent and trustworthy. When I asked him about my white spots and cavity worries he was very thorough in his explanations and took the time to explain certain procedures and treatments in detail. I’ve never felt as though he were trying to upsell–in fact, he made sure to acknowledge when I didn’t actually require procedures. The manager upfront, named Jenny, was also incredibly friendly and thorough during my cleaning. The staff at this location is top-notch. I would highly recommend.

I recently visited this office with a recommendation from a dental assistant friend. She said Dr. Kim is the only one she trusts to refer to her close friends and family. I can see why she said that. First off, the office is very clean. They have the most up to date x-ray machines to patient chairs. Second, the staff was so welcoming and friendly. I was a bit hesitant at first but the staff made me well at ease. Third, Dr. Kim is so knowledgeable. He really explained in detail but didn’t pressure me in any way. He gave me options and his honest opinions. I am really glad I visited his office. I had such a great experience. Thank you Dr. Kim and to the staff. I can’t wait to refer my friends and family members if they need to see an honest and experienced dentist.
