I am vacationing from out -of- town and of course on my 3rd day here, my upper left side begins to feel numb and slightly painful on and off, which I’ve never felt before.  By the 5th day I am suspecting an infection so I ask my good friend for a referral to her dentist knowing that in my limited time here, there’s a huge probability that he won’t be able to see me.  To my surprise, Dr. Duzdevich answered the phone and told me that if I came  ASAP, he would see me.  When I got to his office, the person at the desk, Margaret, who was very friendly, told me that unfortunately, he had an implant that would take at least 1.5 hrs. But then, Dr. Duzdevich introduced himself and he was so kind and friendly and he immediately had me do x-rays to see what was going on. I thought I would have to wait another hour after the x-rays but he came back immediately (even though he was with another patient) and confirmed that I had an infection, issued me antibiotics, and off my daughter and I went to enjoy the rest of our day in NYC.  I cannot thank him enough as I feel so much better and I have another 8 more days of vacation left and because of him, I can enjoy spending this invaluable time with my kids.  Also, the bill was really reasonable for his time and the x-rays and really I appreciated how personable he and his staff were.  I would definitely have ProSmile as my dentist if I lived in NY and am recommending him to my son who just moved here.  Ironically, I saw the good friend who referred me and told her and her boyfriend, how great Dr, D was and now the boyfriend is considering going to him too. Such a wonderful experience every time I go. I’ve been a patient of ProSmile for about 5 years now, and I’ve never had better service than here. Best service, the doctors speak to you very clear, with details. Everyone is so always so polite and professional, from the moment you walk in at the front desk with Margaret until the moment you leave with both doctors and Millie. I just love this place.

Best. Dentists. Ever. These brothers know all aspects of dentistry and their friendly staff is always ready to assist your dental needs. One great aspect of these two is that they truly love their profession. Furthermore, they won’t recommend unnecessary (read expensive) if there is an alternative method. The hygienists they hire are very thorough and helpful as well. Finally the office works with a variety of insurances and your budget, so you have a healthy and beautiful smile. I highly recommend ProSmile for all your dental needs.

I haven’t been to the dentist in years, because I lost my job and insurance. That was 3 years ago. Now that I have insurance I figured I’d go back to the dentist. Before going to Prosmile I had gone to this place that treated me like a piece of meat. After finding out I haven’t been to the dentist in years they found 14 cavities. I didn’t know I had that many teeth in my head! Anyway, I ran out of there as fast as my feet took me. A friend at work said, “Go to my place they’ll treat you right”, and she was right. The staff at Prosmile is young but has been doing this for years. They called my insurance carrier and before they sat me down, they explained how my insurance worked and what my benefits are, no one ever did that before. I had the best cleaning ever. X-rays are digital, which means minimal radiation and what’s even better; the images pop up on the screen instantly, not like my old dentist. They even took pictures and showed me which of my old metal fillings were still good and showed me which ones needed changing to clear fillings. 4 cavities in all, a far cry from 14 the other place said. The dentists were all very nice and easy going. I was lucky to have found Prosmile. For years I wanted to replace 2 missing teeth I had to extract because I was rushed for time when my dental insurance was running out. Turns out one of the doctors, one of the brothers is an expert in dental implants and showed me how affordable it could be. The best part is that now I can fill in those spaces that show when I smile. I’m so excited, made my appointment and can’t wait for next Monday to get my dental implants in. Prosmile is the best place ever! They’re honest; they take their time with you and educate you on what you need. Most importantly, they listen to what you want. It was easy to make an appointment and they are close to the 1,2,3 and the C or B trains; but for me, I’m even luckier because on a nice day I can walk across Central Park.

Millie is the best dental hygienist I have encountered so far. She’s so meticulous and very gentle and explains everything she is doing. I had plenty of questions and she patiently answered everyone of them. She also shared a lot about which tooth brushes, tooth pasted to use for optimal cleaning. And plus she’s so funny! I might have a girl crush on her. It helps that she also smells good 😉 im always going back to her for my cleaning!

I highly recommend pro smile! My husband and I have been going to them for the past 3 years. Whenever there was an emergency with one of our teeth they were able to schedule us in. The staff is very professional and friendly! They open every other Saturday which is a plus when you have to work during the week. Don’t ever feel afraid of going to your dentist again, go to PRO SMILE =)

I’m terrified of dentist Dr. Duzdevian was gentle he explained the procedure in details and offer various options to me. I was very happy with my visit I didn’t feel any pain and it was over in a blink of an eye. I will recommend to Duzdevich to all family and friends. My entire visit was pleasant from the moment I called, the front desk was very professional they acknowledge me and made me feel at home.

The best dentist office in NYC. The staff makes you feel like home. First off NYC Margaret is the best office manager. She is very understanding, promptly responds to your questions and concerns, very empathetic to your needs and is very easy to talk too. Now if you want a refreshing mouth spa, you gotta request the one and only Mile. No hygienists like her on the planet. She very knowledgeable, thorough with cleaning your teeth and she has a great personality. You will feel at ease in her care. The doctors Dr. D & Dr. D (brothers) are great very committed to giving you the best service. They use the latest technology and really take pride in their work. You feel so at ease that you don’t even know they finished your dentistry. If you want to keep a great smile for years go to prosmile.

I can’t recommend ProSmile & this staff enough. They are very welcoming and are a very personable professional team who genuinely care about your dental health which is why I have been a loyal client for many years. I know my teeth are in the BEST of hands with Dr. D, Dr.Vel & their care support team. I have had cleanings, fillings to veneers. I have never been disappointed from the careful treatment plan they take the time to provide and I always leave more than impressed with how thorough the quality of work that they do. They are Excellent dentists who know their stuff! I love my smile now. Recently, despite the strict pandemic guidelines and short notice, I was able to get a very urgently needed extraction. Everyone practiced optimum guideline safety precautions. I left quite satisfied with no more pain and a new implant. I Would highly recommend Dr. D and Dr. Vel! They are truly wonderful dentists who take great pride in the quality of work that they do in the care & comfortable experience provided for their patients. I cannot say enough good things about ProSmile. I am an EXTREMELY anxious dental patient (who isn’t?) and they are very calm, considerate and respectful as they help alleviate my nervousness. The staff never make me feel self-conscious about my anxiety and use good humor, patience and professionalism to ease my concerns. They are particularly helpful when it comes to pain management: if you feel anything at all they will stop and speak with you and address the issue rather than “soldier on” as many dentists do. The office is very modern with a peaceful view of 72nd street and on-the-spot x ray equipment. They absolutely, positively never try to upsell for services and tell you before you receive a service how much it will cost. I highly recommend this office and have referred several close friends to the practice. They have each reported back to me similar, positive experiences.

Woww!!! What an amazing amazing dentist!!! I had to have a root canal,and I was really nervous going in, But Slavko soothed my nervousness right off the back, when he reassured me and walked me through the whole process.. He’s very gentle and patient conscious, I would highly recommend him to my family friends and anyone, so so happy with my visit and follow-ups!!! Thanks again Slavko!!

I’ve been going to Prosmile for about 10 years and have been very happy with their consistently fine work; they have up-to-date equipment. The staff, from doctors to assistants, is friendly and seem almost like a family as they get along so well. The staff is always very clear and honest in telling me what treatments I need, and how they handle me always makes me feel relaxed.

Everyone hates going to the dentist. However Yamile makes your dental cleanse a really smooth experience. She’s gentle, knowledgeable and you can’t hide if you don’t floss, she will know! The office staff is nice as well and I would definitely recommend Pro Smile. All my friends are going there

I was very pleasantly surprised. I am a dental scaredy cat so I was very apprehensive. But as soon I, walked into the office I was greeted by a comforting and caring young lady. Carolina I believe is her name. The office is clean, bright and very “un office like” I started feeling better. I was ushered to the back by another warm friendly face. I think the staff is freind to make you feel comfortable. Anyway it works. So now I meet th Dr. Mr warm and friendly himself. Dr. Duzdevich has a very disarming way about him. The digital X-rays showed right up on the monitor over the chair and everything was explained to me in a simple and understanding way. I like the technology, I liked the staff and I definately appreciate Dr. Duzdevich. Fortunately I did not have much to do. I made an appt to come back for a cleaning. I can’t say I can’t wait, but I definatly am not apprehensive any more.
