Dr. Ho has been our family dentist for about two decades now. As far as experience goes, this is what you need to know… Office is clean, it is modern, and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. His staff is always friendly, courteous, and respectful. As for Dr. Ho himself, in a nutshell, he’s AWESOME! Every time you see him, he’s always smiling, optimistic, and full of positive energy. As a dentist, he’s been exemplary! He’s always provided complete and honest feedback, detailed out any of the options if and where needed, and helped in the decision making process on what’s best for you. He’s very thorough in his work and the work showcases itself via the daily smiles! We’ve never had issues with any of the work performed; and he has always stood by his work. All in all… A+.

Dr. Ivan Ho has been my family dentist for the past 5 years and always exceeds my expectations. His staff is phenomenal and they care about you. If you’re looking for a new dentist, look no further, Dr. Ho is the man!

Dr. Ho is the most amazing dentist. He’s kind and conservative. There is no high-pressure selling. He’s truly concerned about your dental health. He will be our dentist for life. We love him and his amazing staff.

It has been such a blessing to call Dr. Ho my dentist for many years. It is one of the very few dental offices I can visit for my treatments knowing that I will have a pleasant experience. I think of his office staff as family because they are so wonderful and warm and so happy to see me every time I come in the door. Dr. Ho is the most talented dentist anywhere. He is knowledgeable in All Phases of Dentistry. Being treated by Dr. Ho will definitely give you as it does me a pain-free experience. Had a cleaning and wisdom teeth extraction with doctor ho and his assistants. As I walked in for the first time I noticed a clean and friendly environment. Staff were extremely friendly and greeted me with a comforting welcome. Doctor Ho did such an amazing job throughout the procedure. I also noticed how serious he takes his profession as he walks me through his plan, engaging in a conversation with him is easy. His charisma and kind gestures make him a winsome doctor, not to mention he did a phenomenal job on my teeth and because of that I actually look forward to my appointments. No doubt I will continue building a firm relationship with doctor Ho. And his team. They really did take care of me.

(…) And what can I say about Dr. Ho?  Well, for my money (and luckily my insurance ensures that I don’t have to use too much of it) he is hands down the BEST dentist I’ve ever had the privilege to go to.  He does his very best at making sure you are comfortable and well informed about what he’s doing, when he’s doing it.  He’s very good at minimizing uncomfortable procedures by working quickly and efficiently and providing constant breaks in the action to help you stay at ease.  He explains everything to you in a way that ensures you understand what is going on and you feel better informed about whatever you need done.  And if you’re wondering how he is with kids, well, I have three (ages 12, 10 & 9) and they all love him.  If anything, I think he’s better with kids than with adults.
Overall, I highly recommend going to Platinum Dental for the best dental experience around.

Thanks to Dr, Ivan Ho at Platinum Dental, I feel good now when I have to see a dentist who is very Professional, his calm demeanor, his big smile, incredible kindness, besides been and amazing professional makes him the best dentist, and his team starting with Melissa at the front office always welcoming with a great smile as well as his technicians, over the years I had to deal with other offices, never found caring professionals like the ones at PLATINUM DENTAL… PRICELESS!!!!

Dr. Ho has a welcoming, caring, and outgoing personality that melts away any “dentist fears” one might have.
