THE BEST AROUND! Dr. Schwartz and his team are remarkable! I had extensive dental work including a dental implant, crowns and veneers. In my opinion, Dr. Schwartz is a perfectionist and the best at what he does, which is everything! The quality of his work is outstanding. He is a perfectionist and has a gentle touch. He is very patient and wants you to be happy with your teeth. You can always feel free to voice any likes or dislikes. He always gives honest opinions and never tries to push dental work that you don’t need or want, which is a change for me. Dental work can be a scary and emotional experience as your teeth are very much a part of your identity. I have had my share of dental visits and have never had such an overall great experience. He and his staff make you feel comfortable and relaxed and the office is modern and welcoming. There is no need to dread your dental visits anymore!

I can’t imagine ever going to another dentist. He is so patient friendly and honest. His first concern is you comfort. Ive had so much work done here and he never disappoints. The front desk staff and the Doctor’s assistants set the gold standard on how to treat patients. I definitely recommend

What a great experience!! Everyone at the office was super friendly and accommodating. I only went in for a routine cleaning, but Dr. Schwartz came in to introduce himself personally and clearly took an interest in what I was saying. This was probably the best medical office I’ve ever visited.

Have been going to ProDent for 3+ years and been treated by both Dr. Schwartz and Dr. Aft. Both are professional, thorough and have exceptional chair-side manner. As someone who hates seeing the dentist I can honestly say my visits to ProDent have always been a positive experience. Both Dr. Schwartz and Dr. Aft take the time to explain each procedure using state-of-the-art imaging and at times even props. I always feel like I have the necessary information to make decisions about my dental care and more often than not, both dentists provide me with more than one recommendation. Makes me feel like I am part of the process which is important to me. The staff at the office is always pleasant and they make signing in easy and quick . I have rarely waiting more than 5-10 mins to be seen at ProDent!

Ever since I started going to pro dent I started to actually enjoy going to the dentist. I recommend them to my friends and colleagues. Everyone who works there are super nice and upbeat and Dr Schwartz always makes me laugh. My hygienist today was awesome. The cleaning was so painless i almost fell asleep. She was the most attentive hygienist ever, making sure not to leave any sprayed water on my face. I will be very sad if I ever have to switch dentists.

Was referred to ProDent by a coworker, who absolutely raved about this place (specifically Kamal the hygienist). I had an appointment at 2pm, but showed up at 1:50pm. Two others walked in after me, but were seen before me. I ended up waiting 25 minutes before I was seen, so I wasn’t super pleased from the start. I’ll mention that this was my ONLY grievance, but from reading other reviews, it seems like that isn’t the norm. Kamal was indeed a great hygienist and apologized profusely about being late – I really appreciated that she acknowledged how late they were running. Dr.Gonzales saw me shortly after and did a quick look at xrays and sent me on my way. They both mentioned that I have beautiful teeth, which somehow compensated for being late! Just kidding – hah. Regardless, hearing that you have great teeth from dental professionals definitely makes you feel great. As a side note, I use a prescribed fluoride and when I mentioned I was running low, they were quick to give me a prescription for the same fluoride. No trouble whatsoever! Definitely will be going back to see them – hopefully the wait was just an anomaly!

I found this awesome dental practice through YELP and so feel the need to reciprocate. They are truly great. Very thorough and do not try to upsell anything. They told me I had a tiny cavity but that they should just monitor it rather than drill and fill it because it was too small. They showed me pics and indeed it is super tiny! They were concerned it would weaken the tooth if they were to drill it. I appreciated the honesty and the willingness to observe rather than to jump to a procedure. Also, they remind you of your appointment via text which is convenient.

Contrary to the way people feel about going to the dentist. I absolutely LOVE going to my dentist! Service is amazing and Kamal is the absolute best! She is so professional and takes so much pride in her work. Dr. Schwartz is funny. I always leave with a better smile. Thank you all!

My first Time @ProDent NY Benjamin Schwartz, very professional staff, receptionist very polite and friendly, I kind of get nervous at Dentist office but everything went smooth, no pain, and very attentive to my cleaning and helpful…. Thank you for making me feel very welcome.

I did not know what great dentistry was until I came here. I was looking for a new dentist in NYC after moving to the city last August, and could not have been more happy. I had a college friend refer me, and I’m so glad he did, because not only did I have my cavities taken care of, but I found a dentist that I truly even enjoy going to! As a new patient, you will come in and do an evaluation. Usually no drilling or cleaning or anything is done. They will take x-rays and ask why you decided to come in. Dr. Schwartz makes you feel 110% at home, and I was just so impressed with the clean and modern office. For my second visit, I had a cleaning and fillings done in about 1.5 hours. The cleaning was normal – but thorough, and the hygenist wasn’t too over bearing in terms of telling me I need to floss better. During the fillings, I was so comfortable, and also didn’t realize how fast everything was happening. When we completed both fillings in under 30 minutes I was super surprised. For my bravery, Dr. Schwartz even gave me something from his toy chest. I chose some maracas, since we were watching Mexican food on t.v. Call me weird, but I might even be excited to go back to pick up the night guard and get a check up in a few weeks!
