If I could give this office a 10, I would.  I have been a paitient of Dr. Shawn for 15 years.  He is the most gentle, considerate, professional, and highly skilled dentist ever.  I know this because I had 4 other dentists before visiting him 15 years ago.  I needed so much done on my teeth.  He has done crowns, veneers, and root canals on me.  I trust his expertise and know that he would never recommend any work that I don’t need, since most dentists try to sell you their cosmetics work.   I have teenagers that were afraid of dentists, but they feel totally comfortable with Dr. Shawn.  He takes pride in what he does and it shows when you visit his office.  This office is beautiful, extremely clean, and organized.  He treats his paitients with respect and care.  I’ve referred so many of my coworkers and friends to him and I’m glad to know that they all have had the same experience that my family has. Thank you Dr. Shawn and staff.

What can I say about Dr. Shawn and his amazing office staff, they’re life changing! I had a fracture along my gum line and I was devastated but Dr. Shawn and his staff eased me through the process. I must have come in a dozen times with different concerns and they were all so helpful and never hesitated to accommodate me and my schedule. Dr. Shawn continuously checked in with me to make sure I was healing well, both physically and emotionally from all the surgeries. I ended up getting a full set of crowns and I’m absolutely elated with the results. I am constantly getting compliments on my smile and I couldn’t be more thankful to Dr. Shawn and his staff for all of their hard work. Definitely a patient for life!

I chose Dr Javid after searching for the right dentist for over a year. In fact he isn’t even in my neck of woods but I was referred to him through a friend who swore by his work. When I went in for the initial consult I was thinking no way since it was a long drive and I had been disappointed so many times by other offices but it was my best experience. The staff was amazing and so accommodating to my schedule. Dr Javid was incredible. I had a budget and he help set up a plan for me so that I can spread the work out in a reasonable way. I trust him 100 percent and I’m so grateful for his kindness and compassion. With each appointment he takes the time to talk me through exactly what to expect and what the next step is. I have never felt rushed or “stupid” asking any questions.  Lynda is also amazing, she is so on top of everything. I never felt this way with any other dental office. Thank you Dr Javid and your staff. I will see you soon for my cosmetic work and finishing touches!

Dr. Shawn is AMAZING! Long story short, I had a very complicated case. One of my baby tooth didn’t fall out till I was 28. I didn’t have any money to fix it so I waited a couple of years. In the meantime, my permanent tooth started coming in horizontally. I went to several well reviewed cosmetic dentists in Valencia and all over LA because I was looking for an extraction and dental implant. One told me that I should have come to him sooner and that he could not do anything for me. The second dentist told me the instead of an implant what I need to do was file down the 5 surrounding HEALTHY teeth and get veneers. I am 34 years old and except for the baby tooth issue have never even had a cavity. I was surprised to hear that veneers were my only option and that too at the not so cheap price of $10,000 + ! I was not willing to file down healthy teeth so I kept looking and thank God I did because I found Dr. Shawn. In one visit Dr. Shawn looked at my case and was able to manipulate my one permanent tooth that was coming in horizontally and was able to use it as a base to put a crown on it. That was it. I was in and out of the office in one hour! I paid less than $1100. That’s it. There was no pain, I got to keep ALL my natural teeth and I love my smile. I am going to be fan of Dr. Shawn for life. He is amazing. I also want to give a shout out to the staff. They make you feel welcome and well taken care off for the minute you walk in. If you have any complicated dental issues do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Shawn before you make any decisions. You will not regret it, trust me!

I recently visited promenade dentistry. I was sooooo impressed by how Dr. Javid and his staff treated me.  I was in excruciating pain when I called the dental office and wasn’t sure if I can get in soon enough.  The staff is so courteous and they made an appointment for me to see the Dr. Javid right away.   When I walked into the dental office, I was greeted right away and treated with respect.  I was taken in to see Dr.Javid soon and he was very sweet and caring.  He took some x-rays and he said I need a root canal.  I was so scared because I knew that was expensive.  However, Dr. Javid and his staff were so helpful in figuring out obtains to pay for the treatment.  I was so touched by how caring dr. Javid was. It’s good to know that I have found a dentist that’s knowledgeable and caring.

I had been a patient of Promenade Dentistry for 5 years and loved my dentist, Dr, Javid.  I moved away from Valencia and had to find a new dentist.  I went to two different dentists and had a very different experience at both offices. After a couple of years and several unpleasant visits to different dentists, I went back to Dr, Javid. I travel 45 minutes with a three year old kid every time, but I fell it’s worth every minute.  The treatment and level of care that I receive at Promenade Dentistry is exceptional.  Dr, Javid and his staff know all about me and truly care about me as a person and my health.  My husband and I  have referred several friends and family members to Dr, Javid and they all love him.  Dr, Javid is knowledgeable and professional.  Him and his staff  treats my family with respect and courtesy.   I have always had a fear of dentist, but Dr, Javid is so gentle and makes me feel so comfortable.  He is a sophisticated individual and he will always be my dentist no matter where I live.

My husband and I were looking for a dentistry that was not only honest but holistic in their practices. We were THRILLED when we found Dr. Shawn here. — After mentioning to him that we found his practice listed in the holistic doctor database – he was very helpful in helping us with a more natural approach. It’s also a plus that they are extremely considerate and kind… But more than that they are COMPETENT.  Seriously. They know what they’re doing and they do it well…*And to your benefit.* — For example, my insurance ended up pulling a fast one on us and we ended up with a bill bigger than we expected due to their lack of sufficient coverage.  That could have been very stressful to deal with but thanks to Linda’s quick acting and Dr. Shawn’s understanding that people are more valuable than a few extra dollars in his pocket – the issue was resolved almost instantaneously. These are people you can trust. At least I know I can. They’ve proven that to me. When you come here you will quickly see that they sincerely care about helping people and not just making money.

Alright…..I never write reviews or am not one to put anyone down as we all have bad days once in awhile, however, I want to express how AMAZING  my visit to the dentist was yesterday. Please do not judge my punctuation or grammar as I am doing this from a phone and not worried about all that…..just want to make my point. So I am a nervous person in general and the dentist office just makes me CRAZY normally but yesterday was the first time I felt so comfortable from the time I arrived to the time I left the building. Everyone was extremely kind and professional. The minute I walked in the front desk staff were so pleasant and friendly,  answering the questions I had with such enthusiasm. Once I was taken back I was introduced to another lovely young lady who did my x-rays and was just pleasant as a peach. After the xrays I was fortunate to meed the Dentist Benjamin Javid who was so down to earth and comforting. It was very quickly that I realized I felt super comfortable and was in the right place. Ben went over everything that had been done recently and in the past with my dental work and then went into what he reccommends for future work. They have  a way of just making you feel like a friend and at home in thier office. From here I went to another room for my cleaning and talk about a nice young lady my Hygienest was so caring and just professional in a way that I was taken back. Lastly, I went to Lynda to wrap up my visit and talk about future dental work. She was extremly pleasant and kind. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with her professionalism and knowledge on what she does. Again….I was so impressed. Being in the medical field I know the importance of making a patient feel comfortable and this is exaclty how I felt the entire visit. I feel pretty lucky that I was fortunate to stumble across such great people. How crazy is it that one would say…. I CAN’T WAIT TO GO BACK TO THE DENTIST. LOL. True story. Thank you all so much. Great teamwork and overall customer service. This is how you run a busienss.

Since I am a child, I’ve always had fear of the dentist. I stopped going to the dentist for over 10 years. Last week I woke up with a terrible toothache. I looked on yelp to see where I could go. I saw some good reviews and thought I would give them a try. I’m so glad I made this decision. I called and they fit me in right away. Since the moment I walked into the office, the staff made me feel such as ease. I was really nervous and scared of finding out all the problems I have.  The dentist and nurses were so caring that they made me forget where I was as I felt they were trying to get to know me. I ended up needing a couple of root canals and crowns. The best part of this is that they did all my work in one visit and I was sedated. No memory of what happened, no pain at all. The best dental appointment ever. They will be my forever dentist. I highly recommend them and will be telling all my friends and family. Great job Promenade Dentistry!!
