The best ever, pain free and comfortable, does all kinds of work! She has saved my teeth ravaged by the side effects of taking meds for chronic pain. As bad as it is to always have dry mouth, it never occurred to me that it causes cavities even though I floss and brush twice daily! If not for Dr. B. Paulen, I probably would have no teeth left! The procedures are painless and usually fun spending time visiting with all my friends that work there. And you’re welcome to a free cup of tea!

I love my appointments here! Never pain, never trouble, fes like home. Always treated as I’m welcome and I belong here with all these cheerful smiling people. Great treatment and always friendly. Dr. Paulen has saved my teeth and given me my smile back! Cannot but brag about how wonderful I feel about this place. Hygienist and all the people here make you glad not to have missed my appointment!

Everyone at Proud Smiles is so kind, nice, and professional. They immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome the moment I walked in the door. I’m at the beginning of a long road of having several dental procedures done, but I feel confident and relaxed with Dr. Paulen and her staff taking care of me! If you are looking for a dentist in the Atlanta area who really listens to your concerns and does everything possible to help you, this is the place for you!!

I flew into Atlanta because mom needed extensive dental work.  I was so impressed when she took me to meet Dr. Paulen and her staff.  They were amazing and made mom so comfortable.  They even gave me a gift certificate to get my nails done next door ~ what a treat.  I could not be happier.  Mom had no pain and we were out on the town the next night ~ Thank you Dr. Paulen!

Dr. Paulen is the ultimate professional and trains her staff to her high standards as well. Things run smoothly and your personal needs are addressed. From a warm blanket if needed, to appointments at a variety of times customized to your work schedule, all make for a wonderfully unique experience.

This is the Best dental office in the metro Atlanta area— and in my opinion, on the east coast. Top notch everything: customer service, skills, dental equipment, and professionalism. Dr. Paulen continuously educates herself to remain cutting edge on all the best materials and techniques. Jasmin is an amazingly precise and gentle dental hygienist. Christine and Karen who work the front desk are super helpful and friendly. Every single person who works in this office is the best of the best. If you want a smile to be proud of and you want it to be a great experience, Dr. Paulen is your dentist.

Beware !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Proud Smiles Dental has extremely high prices, compared to other dental practices. They have limited hours, and they want to take as much money in as little time as possible from each customer. I had several procedures done until I found out I was being ripped off. I also had a crown done and it was not done properly, I still have pain and discomfort, but I am not confident that Dr.Paulen can fix it. Stay Away !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Going down to one car, I had to find a dentist nearby in Sandy Springs. Dr. Paulen is amazing! I can tell she and everyone else that works at Proud Smiles Dental really cares about me and my teeth. I feel so fortunate. Sometimes fate has a way of working things out for the best! Thank you Proud Smiles Dental!

Dr. Paulen and her staff are amazing! I went in for an unplanned root canal, and could not have been more pleased with the experience. They picked up my call before hours, got me in that same morning, took care of my root canal, and I felt zero pain! That’s the first time I’ve had a root canal with zero pain or discomfort (I’ve had two prior to that). As someone who generally dislikes all dental visits, I went in thinking this was going to be terrible as well. But I’m so happy that Dr. Paulen proved me wrong! She and her team are amazingly warm, friendly, personable, and just fun to be around. I didn’t think I’d be laughing and taking photos with the staff after a root canal (who does that?!?). Overall I give them an A+ and recommend them to anyone who wants their dental visit to be smooth, hassle free, quick, and as enjoyable as humanly possible! – Matthew

Showed up here after not being in to a Dentist for a year and a half. The front desk ladies were incredibly helpful and responsive. Let me do my paperwork before I came in (Recommend). which let me get in and out much faster. They then did an analysis of what was needed and explained my payment responsibilities and options well before the work was done. the work was quick and afterwards they were incredibly informative. Everyone hates going to the dentist but I have never left the dentist in a better mood than when I went in. This was a first. 10/10 would recommend. Location is just off 285 on Roswell road and it is well worth the drive.

I’ve been seeing Dr Paulen and team for over 12 years! We’ve done a lot together: Invisalign, whitening, replace mercury fillings, a crown or two, but the most important is the regular preventative hygiene. Recently I said to Jasmin, “that was fast,” and Dr Paulen chimed in, “that’s because you take good care of your teeth.” I look forward to my visits three times a year; it’s always good to see old friends. People often compliment my smile and I say, thanks to Proud Smiles Dental!

I woke up in the middle of the night with a horrible toothache, and ended up showing up to Proudsmiles, without an appointment, AND about 15 minutes before they opened in desperation and pain. They immediately took AMAZING care of me, true lifesavers! The staff was awesome, from the hugs to the medical treatment and consultation. She even called me later that evening to check on me. Amazing service! You won’t be disappointed.
