Dr. Provenzano and her staff are excellent! I started going to Dr. Provenzano about 2 years ago after being referred to her by my wife’s colleague. Her staff is very professional and works with my whole family. I typically get my cleanings done by Terry, one of the dental hygienists. She always asks about our family and remembers things that we told her months before. I had considered getting Invisalign for about 5 years before connecting with Dr. Provenzano and finally decided to move forward. It has been a great experience. It only took a couple of months and my teeth were perfectly straight. What has truly made me appreciate having Dr. Provenzano and her team as out dentist is my experience this past Friday when I cracked my back tooth late at night. Dr. Provenzano came in first thing Saturday morning to take care of me. If you are looking for a dentist that will have plan of action and really cares about her patients, I encourage you to go with Dr. Provenzano.

Going to the dentist was always a frightening experience that started as a child. As a result I neglected my dental health for years. I had broken teeth & one entirely cracked which is what made me realize I had to face my fear & go to dentist. My husband had been seeing Dr. Provenzano & encouraged me to go. The entire staff was very understanding & gentle. I expected to be in pain but never had that experience. I have had a tooth pulled, several crowns & now am wearing Invisalign to correct my bite & appearance of my teeth. All through the treatment I have been comfortable due to the expert work of Dr. Provenzano & the entire staff.

I can’t rave enough about Dr. Provenzano and her team. They really are like family. I started going to this dental office when my family dentist retired. This was who my husband and his parents had. I figured, I would give them a try. They are extremely personable and friendly. They even check for oral cancer, which I never knew about. My family dentist growing up never did that. They explain everything they do before they do it. Dr. Provenzano even makes getting cavities filled an enjoyable experience (who would even say that!). Fina, the dental assistant, also helps with this experience. I’ve also seen Dr. Tsang who is super friendly. When my now 13 year old son was 2, he started going. I was worried because they weren’t a “kid” dental office. I had nothing to be worried about, they’re a FAMILY dental office and were so great! My son fell asleep during his first cleaning with the amazing Leslie, he was so relaxed and comfortable! We’ve also had Terri clean our teeth and she is also super friendly and great with kids. I have referred many of my friends and co-workers there and they have ALL been very happy with the services and the staff they interact with. They even have a little quiet room I like to sit in while my kids are getting their teeth cleaned – it’s heavenly! Jeannette in the front is so sweet. Always accommodating to me when I come in with both my kids (thank goodness they are not toddlers anymore). I’ve been with this dentist for at least 15 years and I won’t ever change. They really are like family. If you need a new dental office, I recommend this one – two thumbs up.

Dr. Provenzano and her staff are as good as it gets. A couple of years after moving to this area in 1999, we were lucky to stumble upon Dr. Giuffrida’s dental office. He was an exceptional dentist, but decided to retire soon after. We were a little reluctant about this “Provanzano lady” who was taking over his practice, but from the moment we met her, our reluctance quickly melted away and has only gotten better over the past 13 years — including the addition of Dr. Tsang. If you are looking for a dental resource where every, single person in the office is ultimately gentle, courteous, friendly, and non-judgmental, look no further.

Unfortunately, I am one of those people who just hate going to the dentist as it has never been a positive experience for me… That being said, here I find myself writing a review since it was such a wonderful, relaxing and believe it or not, enjoyable experience. The entire staff at Natalie Provenzano, DDS were so incredibly nice and welcoming – From the minute you walk in and are greeted by the front desk ambassador, to the professionalism of the dental hygienists and Dr. Provenzano/Dr. Tsang. The entire team are super friendly, thorough with their explanations, and reassuring. This is 5 stars in every category. Beautiful facility and very centrally located. The staff is very professional and makes you feel like a guest in their home. The “Quiet Room” Dr. Provenzano built into the office facility is exceptional and provides a very peaceful room to relax in before your appointment. A must see when you visit. Dr. Provenzano is a great dentist, very knowledgeable with excellent chair side manner. I was extremely pleased with her work in my Invisalign case and she has a patient for life with me and my family.

First of all Reed C., below, was foolish to leave Dr. Provenzano. It was his responsibility to confirm his insurance coverage first. I’m sure all he had to do was ask to have the work pre-authorized! Too bad…he has “shot himself in the foot.” I have been going to Dr. Provenzano since before she took over the practice from Dr. Giuffrida, another great dentist. At first I was a little apprehensive because she was new and young…how good could she be as a “newbie”? Well, it turns out that she is very, very good in all aspects of her practice. She is very knowledgeable, never rushed and always willing to answer all of my questions. Everyone in the office is very good at their work, helpful, well informed, and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Provenzano to anyone who is looking for a long-term family relationship with an excellent dentist.

Today was a happy day! Being retired I had not found a Medicare dentist for 2 years! A week ago I found out that Dr.Provenzano was now offering a Concierge Plan for people like me! Today we used our new plan with our dentist we have loved for 20 years! The whole process was very professional with X-rays and the best cleaning I have ever had. I highly recommend Dr. Provenzano, she’s a very caring and gentle dentist. Her staff is equally wonderful – everyone is professional, kind and welcoming. Dr. Bhayani also does excellent work and Dr. Simel, an oral surgeon, is the newest addition to the office. Dr. Provenzano has been my dentist for over ten years. Her staff members and associate dentist Dr.Tsang are friendly, caring and capable. I originally choose this dental office when I was experiencing dental anxiety after care with a different dentist. My dental anxiety was been calmed by having a caring, safe and professional office care for my dental needs. The two dental hygienists are top notch. ‘Dr. P’s office is a little hard to find. In fact the only reason I found them was because I lived a few minutes away at the time and happened to find them in close proximity on Google maps. That was four years ago. I recently moved to Morgan Hill and still don’t mind commuting here because the ladies here are phenomenal. They are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Very knowledgeable as well, they have answered everything I asked them about my dental health, from bad breath to tooth sensitivity questions. One of the assistants who I’m usually scheduled with has two kids and you can tell this lady is a great person, she’s super friendly and helpful. Seems like a great mom too. And Dr. P, she’s good people. I know under that dental face mask of hers she’s probably hiding a big smile. She always seems to be smiling, is very friendly and just pleasant to be around.
