Both my wife and I are extremely happy with the whole staff . The newly updated office is great. My Hygienists Amanda is very thorough. We both would recommend using Provident Dentistry.

So I found Provident through my dental provider as my prior office didn’t advise to me that I was out of network. The first appointment date I scheduled with Provident I had to reschedule as my I was having sinus/allergy issues. Thankfully they were able to accommodate and offer other times that worked best around my schedule. Just yesterday, for the time – I went into Provident Novi and was greeted professionally and with a smile even behind the masks. From the lovely ladies behind the counter, the dental hygienist, and the doctor – it was an amazing experience. It was great conversation from start to finish. I’ve found my new dental office – I don’t expect to go anywhere any time soon!

Today was my initial visit and I was throughly impressed with Provident Dentistry. My hygienist, Tiffany was absolutely outstanding and made the whole process carefree. She explained everything that she was doing and continually asked if I was ok or needed anything. I struggle with dental anxiety and this practice does a great job of making me comfortable. We moved here from Chicago and left a wonderful dentist. This practice is inviting, easy to get to, and is super clean. I appreciate their modern use of technology for appointment check-ins, confirmations, and alerts about last-minute availability. One thing I also appreciate is that I don’t feel like I’m being sold something every time I go, like at some other dental practices. I’ve visited this practice for cleanings, cavity fillings, crowns, and a bite guard implementation. They have provided a comfortable experience for all procedures. I have confidence referring this practice to friends and neighbors.

I suffered a horrible fall, face planted on my concrete patio after tripping over my dog. I shattered my 2 front teeth during Covid 19. I was never the best at brushing my teeth, but you could ask them (they probably wouldn’t tell you cause of HIPPA, but I will) I’ve been having less and less issues dentally.
