Dr. Puckett and his team are still fantastic! If you are worried about Covid, don’t be. I was scared and rescheduled my 6 month cleaning several times since March… but I finally went yesterday and IT WAS AWESOME! I felt very safe. The team is taking all kinds of precautions – all the usual ones to even an “aerosol collector” (looked like a fancy beauty parlor hair dryer) to collect air. I really love this office 🙂

Great staff. I usually don’t like going to the dentist just started going to Dr Puckett and glad I did from a referral from my girlfriend who is a patient. Actually looking forward to my return visit. They make me feel comfortable and they are really professional and friendly. I recommend anybody who doesn’t like going to the dentist to try them I think they will have a different perspective about going to the dentist.

Dr Puckett and his staff are simply amazing! They are friendly, professional, and stay on the cutting edge of dentistry to provide their patients with the best dental care available in the most pleasant atmosphere possible! With all this plus the beautiful Christian music in the background you can relax and trust in Dr Puckett and his staff with all your dental needs!

The absolute best dentist/dentistry I have ever been to. Dr. Puckett really makes you feel like you are family from the first hello. He filled a few cavities of mine in a matter of minutes and I didn’t feel a thing! I would recommend anyone I know to Dr. Puckett, he is absolutely the best. The hygienists and the ladies who run the office are just as amazing! He is the only dentist who has ever made me feel excited about coming to the dentist office!

Dr. Puckett has been my family dentist since I was a little girl. The staff has always treated myself and my family with the best customer service and honest care. They are up to date with the most recent dental technology and always explain everything they are doing to ease any worries one might have. If you’re looking for a dentist in the triad, Dr. Puckett is the best! I’ve since moved to Charlotte and still travel home 1.5 hours to visit his office because I know I’ll never find better care.

Professional dental office in convenient Jamestown, NC. Dr. Puckett is always eager to help you with your dental needs whether it is routine care or cosmetic work. His staff of dental hygienist and administrative staff are caring and always ready to help. You pick up on a sense of family amongst the staff which makes for a pleasant atmosphere. I also noticed that they have upped their game during COVID-19 and have more PPE on and aerosol vacuum units in the rooms to keep them and their patients safe during visits.

It took 20 years to find the BEST dentist in all of North Carolina – actually the East Coast since I covered most of it. Dr. Puckett exceeds every positive characteristic one would want in their dentist. Walking through his door will be the best decision you make this year – you definitely will not regret it. Just go for it, you will be soooooo glad you did. I promise.

I have the absolute best experience every time I visit this dentist office. The entire staff is very professional, welcoming, and helpful. Dr. Puckett is the absolute best dentist I’ve ever been to. There was no judgement and I felt safe the entire time. The dental work done was phenomenal and I am so very pleased with my results. The friendly staff at Dr. Michael Puckett’s is outstanding.My dental hygienist Erica is a very knowledgeable and experienced employee.  She did an amazing job on my teeth cleaning yesterday. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Puckett for several years now – pretty much since he began this practice in Jamestown, NC. He and his staff are wonderful. I have my whole immediate family, 4 generations!, coming here and even a cousin who regularly drives up from South Carolina for treatment. He understands pain abatement, and is great with kids. His hygienist is top-drawer. HIGHLY Recommended.

You won’t be able to find a more competent and compassionate dentist anywhere who truly cares about his patients and staff. He’s been a major blessing both to my self and my family. You should know his whole staff are solid Bible believing Christians so the fragrance of Christ is present through this office in every person. WOW !!!

Truly wonderful experience! We came for a dental emergency for my husband. I called to see if they could get him in that day (New Patient) and the girl on the phone was so kind and friendly. When we arrived she had printed the info I gave her over the phone onto their form and I only needed to verify and complete the remaining info. The hygienist and Dr. Puckett were both very kind and friendly. Dr. Puckett quickly knew what was wrong and explained. Our kids were present at the time and he showed them things on the X-ray and explained things to them too. We will definitely go back for future family care!
