My wife has severe anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist. She is in such great hands at Pure Dental Spa. The doctors, assistants and receptionists are highly knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. They have numbing gel so you don’t necessarily have to get a shot in your mouth and they offer noise canceling headphones! You can only hear the tv – your channel preference. I encourage anyone who has ever been nervous about the dentist to visit Pure Dental Spa. Happy clients since 2020!

I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time due to anxiety with dental work. I can’t say enough great things about this place. They make you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. Everyone I have had has been amazing! I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist and my teeth have never been in better shape. I give them an A+

I am always very worried about going to a new dentist. My first visit with Pure Dental Spa was thorough, easy, and the hygienist I worked with was very patient, answered all of my questions, and made me feel so comfortable (Thank you, Simon!!). I felt very taken care of, the staff was encouraging and non-judgmental, and I am looking forward to my next visit.

I had the greatest cleaning today with Danielle, she is an amazing Hygienist and explains everything as she goes so I understand what she is seeing/doing. The office is new and spotless, with great technology for patient care, and they make you feel relaxed and welcome. Dr. Rajul Patel is the best! Friendly, caring, and puts her patient care first. They have a great in-office dental plan for those without insurance. (Affordable for everyone to stay healthy!)

I’ve never written a Yelp review before but this place was just too perfect to not share my experience. I haven’t been to the dentist in a while so I was a little nervous coming in, but pure dental spa was so welcoming! I love that it’s in the west loop, very close to my apartment. The decor and ambiance of the place was remarkable I’ve never seen anything like it, I loved the complimentary heated neck pillow and the tvs were great too. They have the spa concept down to a science, I’ve never been excited to be at the dentist but this place changed that completely. Dr. Patel and her staff were wonderful; they were extremely nice, funny, and knowledgable. I’m looking forward to my next appointment in a couple of weeks and trying the complimentary hand wax. This definitely will be my new go-to dentist, it’s very affordable in a convenient location with superior technology/services. Definitely definitely recommend!!

This was my first doctor appointment during COVID… and I was so impressed! The office is clean, all of the employees were friendly and helpful, and the process was seamless. Shout out to Danielle (my hygienist) for answering my questions and making the cleaning process painless! I’m very happy with my experience and am looking forward to returnring for my annual check-up!

Today was my first visit to Pure Dental Spa and I HIGHLY recommend!! They were above and beyond amazing!  Everyone was super nice, I received my choice of 2 spa treatments while I was getting my teeth cleaned.  My hygeniest Ashley was friendly and took her time cleaning my teeth.  I have nothing but good things to say about Pure Dental Spa and have already recommended them to my friends and co-workers.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. I love my hygienist – Erica. The dr is great and totally understanding. Front office staff are always available and remember you and whatever you talked to them last. If they say they’ll get back to you they do. Communication is great, follow up is amazing. All I can say is that this practice goes to bat for its patients. I came in with crazy pain, diagnosed with needing a root canal. They referred me to a specialist practice, that didn’t do a good job. I showed up after the procedure at their office crying, needing help. They renumbed me, and the next day made sure that the specialists office changed the way they were treating me. It felt nice to know that they care even after they’ve referred you to someone and want to make sure you get great care.

I used to live very close to this office so initially went there for convenience. I moved up north and my boyfriend and I make the trip because of the great service and friendly staff. They even let us bring our dog :). I highly recommend this office. Every visit they provide a thorough cleaning and guidance on dental care.

I was very impressed by this dental clinic. The staff was very warm and friendly. I saw Dr. Patel who was excellent at putting my anxiety at ease. She communicated well and explained in detail my treatment plan. Her assistant was wonderful and had a great sense of humor. This was one of my best dental clinic experiences! Highly recommend it!

Visiting Pure Dental Spa for my 6 month cleaning is always something simple and carefree. I truly appreciate the staff providing health care options to further the awareness of each patients overall dental care; what’s best is that the choice is 100% up to the patient if they would like to pursue things like, mouth cancer screening, if you want fluoride or  not. I also like knowing what costs are prior to verbally agreeing to a service, which is why when the staff brings over a sheet of paper specifying services and charges, the patient has the right to choose what they are receiving prior to service and still have piece of mind of the overall cost, for those who may prefer to know. The process and way the office conducts business is ideal. I’ll be back in a week because it was shown via photo that I have a hole in my tooth because of a cavity. I also like proof because I’m not a trained dental professional. Thank you for remaining so professional.
