never been a fan of the dentist, but Pure Smiles is the best dentist office I have ever been to. Kaylyn took the time to explain everything. The office itself is very new and state of the art. The staff is top notch and is very thorough. You get to watch Netflix while having your teeth worked on as well. All around Professionals! Would definitely recommend to my family and friends. and I’ve never ever said this but I’m looking forward to future visits at this office.

We love everyone here!! They are fantastic for teeth cleanings to cavity fillings to wisdom teeth removal. My husband and I have truly enjoyed their work and their update beat office life. The dental office is beautifully designed with a patient focus around comfort and care. We love calling them our dentist and they all are truly caring individuals.

I was nervous moving to a new town and establishing a new dentist after being with my old office for most of my adult life. My first appointment at Pure Smiles was wonderful! Hardly no wait, staff was very kind and professional, Kate explained everything to me and made me feel like I did a good job brushing/flossing. The dentist was also very kind and thorough! It went smoothly and I am happy to have found an office where I feel comfortable and excited to return. Very clean, modern, and I appreciated the dental technology that is offered.

Everyone is really nice and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. They always greet you with a smile. The waiting room is fill with thing s drink and a computer to play games while you wait. But you don’t get a chance to play because you are call back in no time. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

We love Pure Smiles! Dr. Chad and Dr. Stephanie are great. I take my 3 year old to see Dr. Stephanie and she is so good with him! He loves the fact that they have TVs and can watch Octonauts, he can wear cool sunglasses, and can get a prize if he does a good job. Then office has a small room with toys for kids to play while waiting. Dr. Stephanie did a fabulous job on my crowns. They create them in-house so you don’t have to get a temp or come back. The front office ladies are very nice and friendly and the office in Westerville is so beautiful! They also offer complementary coffee and drinks.

Today was my first time here and not my last. I had a wonderful experience here – all of the staff was so friendly and professional and helpful. The office was very comfortable and clean and state of the art in up to date technology and treatments offered. I was treated with respect and listened to. My husband needs a new dental office and we will be making an appointment for him soon. Very glad to have found this office and would recommend to anyone!

This is such a refreshing dental office. Staff is nice, the office is clean, and it’s obvious that this is an up to date practice. Also love the windows in the exam rooms. They’ve taken good care of me in the two years I’ve been going here. I went to the same dentist growing up for about 20 years and this is such a nice change! Love the text reminders, emailed forms and the modern feel in the exam room set up.

My kids‍‍cant wait to go back soon. My daughters first dental visit and Yvonne was soo gentle and both my kids like her alot. They’re asking if we can go back the next day. Even got free teeth  whitening kits(4x) for adults, awesome for the whole family, kids love it and even the adults! thanks Dr. Chad for taking care of us!

Pure Smiles is fantastic! I am not a fan of the dentist and everyone in the office was so kind and caring, and helped to put me at ease. I love that I get to be apart of the care that is being provided, and truly understand what is going on with my teeth. It’s a wonderful atmosphere with great people!

Saw the Pure Smiles Office on the web. Was looking for a Oral Surgeon for a procedure I was looking into having done. Could not be happier with the office and staff. Super clean, modern and pleasant. Met with Dr. she went over everything with me about procedure, no pressure to do it. She was great. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend this office.

Office was clean and they seemed to have sanitized after every use. Staff was incredibly kind…like exceptionally kind! They were very helpful, patient, and informative. My hygienist, Melissa, was awesome! The doctor that came in afterwards, was sweet yet thorough. The administration staff was awesome as well. They had a stocked mini bar and actually encouraged me to grab something. They showed me my scans and pictures and walked me through the process for my cleaning… I mean I don’t know what else I have to say for you to choose THIS dentist office! Thanks Pure Smiles!

I just want to say how hard it is to trust in a business nowadays, especially a dentist. I’ve had problem teeth for sometime because of grinding to the point i did not want to smile anymore. Pure Smiles gave me my smile back. They went out of their way to correct this by reconstructing my damaged teeth. Cudos to Dr. Stephanie and all her wonderful crew involved to make me smile again.

I have been to many dentists in my life and they all seem to be the same until now. Pure Smiles has opened my eyes to how an office should be run. Their professionalism and work ethic and care for their patients shows why they are the best. They go out of their way to bring out the best in their employees and that is reflected in how they treat others. My teeth have always been a problem for me ( the million dollar mouth) even after taking care to my best abilities. They have bent over backwards to make them feel and look better than any other has tried. Cudos to all of you. A patient for life.

This was my first new patient appointment today. I love having my teeth cleaned, but I always have a little anxiety because my teeth are a bit sensitive. Melissa took the time to explain everything to me as well as making sure I wasn’t in any discomfort. I left understanding what the next steps were in my treatment plan and she was able to answer any further questions I had.

So this was my 80yr old mom’s 1st appointment to see about getting dentures she has 4 teeth in the bottom which we’ve been waiting for them to get weak enough to come out on their own however they have not come out as yet and she needs new dentures.  I took her for an appointment and the 1st thing they did when we walked in for the consultation were x-rays on her whole mouth and then we sat in the room waited for the dental assistant who came in spoke with us went over the x-rays and then The dentist came in she was very nice, attentive, respectful and and we have our 2nd appointment to go back to discuss with the dentists abouthe dentists about how to move forward with extractions on extractions on the lower teeth and and implants for her dentures.  The office was very roomy very spacious and it offered drinks thanks for you while you were waiting to see the dentist.  All of the staff were very nice and extremely professional.

This was my first visit to Pure Smiles. I was looking for a new dentist closer to home and got lucky. Everyone was very nice and informative. The Dr. was very gentle and thorough. She explained everything as she was doing it. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to check out Pure Smiles.

I’m no fan of going to the dentist, which is why I’ve avoided going in almost a decade.  I’ve had terrible experiences with several offices in the past, which has given me mild anxiety about the whole experience.   Needless to say enough time had gone by my teeth were in a bit of trouble.  This office was very welcoming, with lots of amenities and a staff that actually cares about patient concerns.  I was informed of everything throughout my visits and my comfort was a high priority for them.  I’ve never had such a pleasant experience with dental work, but this office is certainly the exception.  I’ll be going here for years to come and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Easy peasy dentist appointment this morning! Going to the dentist can cause anxiety for some ~ not with Pure Smiles. Pure Smiles is very COVID conscious. Thank you! Hygienist and Dr. were extremely friendly and professional.

Very friendly staff! Talked me through the entire process and made me feel completely comfortable! They didn’t make me feel bad for not having a cleaning in three years. It was my first pain free dentist experience and I can honestly say I look forward to going back! The hygienist and dentist were both so personable and kind! Thanks for making my experience an amazing one! Can’t wait to bring my daughter here in a couple years when she’s old enough!

I avoided going to the dentist for nearly a decade due to numerous bad experiences with previous doctors. When I had to come to terms with the fact that I needed to go, or start having some real dental problems, I found this place online. They are very comforting, explain everything up front, and your comfort is a big concern for them. I like a doctor/patient experience that promotes transparency and collaboration, which is what I’ve found at this office. The hygienists, doctors, and all other office staff are courteous, friendly, and good at their jobs. This will be my primary dentist for as long as I live in or near Columbus. This place gets 6 out of 5 stars.

Getting an implant during the start of covid-19, has been extremely difficult. But Pure Smiles has pushed for me and I’m now about 2/3 done. The courtesy and cautiousness for safety are very encouraging. The entire staff are welcoming.
