Quality Dental Care and Dr. Owais have taken care of my family and me for as long as Dr. Owais has been in this office. Everyone on the staff is so kind and accommodating. They work with your needs. For instance, my teeth are sensitive to cold, so they go out of their way to make sure there are no cold blasts when I get my teeth cleaned. They always explain what they are doing, chat just enough about daily life to keep your mind off the dental work, have lovely artwork and music to distract from “dentist anxiety,” give you affirmation for good dental habits, and treat you as a whole human being. I can’t say I will ever look forward to going to the dentist, but Quality Dental Care makes it as positive an experience as it can be!

It has been always great experience at Quality Dental Care. Doctor Owais is good doctor and always gives me right advice for my teeth. I have been following their advice and not having any further issues since last three years. Their staff is also really professional and helpful. I would suggest everyone to see doctor Owais

I had an accident and chipped my front teeth. I thought at the time I needed an emergency dentist, but it was two days before Christmas. I thought I was lucky to schedule an appointment with another dentist on Christmas Eve, but I was even luckier the Doctor didn’t show up for our appointment. I was having anxiety about having a procedure done so close to the holiday, so I took it as a sign to wait until after it passed. I’m so glad I did. I had seen Dr Owais years earlier for a root canal and crown, and was so happy that he was able to squeeze me in for an evaluation. He fixed my teeth right there and then so I could go on with the holidays without having to hide my smile. I’m so very grateful for this. He has a calm about him that permeates the room. Not once did I feel nervous once he came in. I never had to “white knuckle” the arm rests. Constantly, he made sure that I was comfortable. He gave me two anesthetic injections in my upper gum line and never did I feel a thing. I was fixed up under an hour. He even made the other teeth surrounding look better! Even his assistant told me that she enjoys working with him because of his chair side manner and calm approach. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Owais at Quality Dental! I’ll see you in few weeks for the follow up.

I was searching for a new dentist after moving to San Jose. I used my insurance provider directory and researched several that were close to my location. I chose Quality Dental Care based on a combination of location/reviews and am happy with my choice. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. She answered my questions and worked with me on a convenient appointment time. The dental hygienist was thorough and made sure that I was comfortable throughout her work. The dentist was efficient, answered my question about a particular tooth, and fixed a minor issue with it easily. My best experience here was their lack of trying to upsell. I’ve had work done in the past by other dentists and have been pressured. These guys didn’t do that to me. I’m a new happy customer and will return.

Dr. Owais and his team are excellent! Dentist I can trust, performs only necessary procedures, does beautiful dental work and makes sure you feel comfortable. Dental hygienist Jan is amazing at her job, dental assistants and Denise at front desk are always nice, knowledgeable and hilarious! I enjoy going to my appointments and feel thankful I found such an amazing dentist for myself and my family.

I had a great experience here from start to finish. Everyone is welcoming and I felt comfortable the whole time. I’d recommend coming here especially if you need a cleaning because the hygienist Jan, was amazing. She made sure to ask me if I had sensitivity anywhere and did what she could to make sure I was alright. Overall the people here are great and I’ll be coming back in a couple months!

Today’s cleaning appointment at Quality Dental Care went smooth as usual! The expertise from Dr. Owais and his team is approachable and trustworthy! Their great service and quality work is why our visits are so comfortable…whatever your needs are or procedure,they provide professional service, guidance and advise!

I went in literally quaking in my boots. I needed a great deal of work including multiple extractions. The kind and friendly staff immediately put me at ease. I met Dr. Owais, himself a kind and soft-spoken man, and told him of my fears and about my budget restraints. After a thorough and painless examination I was given options that allowed me to tailor the treatment to my needs and financial situation. Once the real work began I saw right away that Dr. Owais had listened to my concerns. I had several extractions with a minimum of pain both during and following the procedure. I like to ask questions and the doctor was quick to answer and explain what he was doing. I have nearly completed all the procedures and am confident that I will eating steak again one of these days soon. A special shout-out to the wonderful staff, they make every visit easy and pleasant, thanks gals. I don’t know how I happened to choose Quality Dental Care but I am sure glad I did and count myself lucky to have done so. Highly recommended!

I am moving shortly, and had a lot of dental work to do in a very short period of time.  The staff and Dr. Owais were not judgy, were greatly accommodating, were concerned about my comfort, and we’re flexible in helping me get everything done before the move.  They did a great job and I’m definitely feeling more confident about my upcoming move now that my teeth issues have been resolved.  I would recommend them for anyone who would like a nice calm and friendly dental experience with good results.

Dr. Owais and staff are great!!! I’ve been to many dentists in San Jose and this have got to be one of the best dentists in town. The staff are friendly and courteous. Dr. Owais and assistant are very knowledgeable, detailed, and informative with every procedure they perform. Dr. Oasis have updated equipment. Their appointment system is one of the best with calendar reminder before the appointment through email and text message. I’ve recommended my friends and family to here, and they all love the service and attention Dr. Owais and staff given them. I’ve been a long time patient and will continue to be.
