I absolutely love Lydian Dental. Everyone from Dr. Brodie and Jessica to the beautiful “twins” at the front desk make you feel as if you are the main focus of there lives. I have had a challenging dental history over the last couple of years. Dr. Brodie and associates have done their utmost to not only provide me with the best that modern dentistry offers, but at a price that keeps these great skills within reach. As the General Manager of Horseshoe Park, I have worked with Lydian Dental as we have tried to develop a mutually beneficial sponsorship/advertising program at our facility. My review is long overdue but I just had a visit so it reminded me to leave one! Lydian is by far the best dentist I’ve gone to. Dr. Brodie Cook and his team are absolutely phenomenal. My hygienist, Jackie is the best. She is always so friendly and thorough. I feel like they really get to know you and treat you like family while providing great care. The office itself is beautiful and clean. I recently had an old filling crack and needed a crown. To say I was terrified was an understatement but Dr. Brodie and Tiara were so kind and put me at ease the whole time, thank you guys! I felt no pain and didn’t even realize when the numbing shot was put in, not sure what kind of magic that was but I’ll take it. Thanks to everyone at Lydian. I’m truly grateful to have found a dentist that is so awesome. 🙂

We went here to get a tooth extracted for my daughter. I really like their philosophy. They seem to treat the kids more like mature children. So rather than just totally sedating the kid to get a tooth pulled, they evaluate each kid separately to see what they think what would work best for a particular child. I love when a doctor or dentist treats a patient like a person. The cost for the procedure was less than half of another quote received from a different pediatric dentist. The people who work her are also extremely kind and made the whole experience much more enjoyable.

Lydian Dental and their team is amazing! They did great right off the back at making me feel comfortable. This had to be my absolute favorite dentist ever! I have never been so excited to go to an appointment as I was to go to Lydian. The entire staff is amazing and so friendly. I always felt so welcome. I attended the open house this past week and this dental office is amazing! It is very modern and filled with things to keep the kids and adults busy. They have a photo booth, toys, and even movies for the kids to watch as they are having their teeth cleaned. This is a multi specialty office and so there is also a side for the adults. They make their own crowns which can make that process much easier. The staff is really friendly and they make the trip to the dentist one that is not painful. The dentists are very knowledgeable and kind. This office is truly one of a kind.

I was honestly a little skeptical of how a dentist could have a 5-Star rating, but one visit was all it took for me to see it’s well deserved. The hygienists were so unbelievably friendly and great with my two boys. Especially patient with my 2-year old that has never been to a dentist and had a melt down half way through the appointment. The dentist Dr. Brodie was kind, efficient and worked great with the kids as well. They made the experience so fun for my boys that they didn’t want to leave! My only warning would be that when you walk in there is a big shiny train table sitting there and if your child loves trains as much as mine then you’re in trouble 😉

This place is amazing! Very modern and clean, plus the staff is so considerate. They are very thoughtful! For someone that has an irrational fear of going to the dentist they really know how to make you feel at ease. When I was offered water I had the option of cold or room temperature. I get brain freezes very easily and I struggle to drink really cold water. It’s the little things that matter, now when I go in they remember that I don’t drink cold water! Simply amazing! Doctor Brodie is so good too! I have so many questions (because of my irrational fear) and he’s always ready and willing to answer all my dumb, ridiculous questions. He always does great work and I have never felt pain while getting worked on. Very thorough and careful.

Ok. let me just start off this review by saying how much i hate the dentist with relentless abandon- but my experience today at Lydian Dental with Dr. Brodie changed my world. Literally everyone in the office is caring, compassionate, easygoing and they really care about your dental care- absolutely a gem in the healthcare industry. I actually had a few cavities so i have to go back soon- but surprisingly i’m actually looking forward to getting my teeth filled- which says everything you need to know about this office! seriously the most relaxed, comfortable dentist i’ve ever been to.

We were seen right on time by the dental hygienists, they both were extremely throughout. Once we met with Dr. Brodie, he made us feel at ease and I really appreciate his conservative philosophy. I had been told by a previous dentist that I needed laser cleaning and was happy to hear from Dr. Brodie that was not needed. My husband had his very first cavity and was able to be fit into the schedule to have it filled following our teeth cleaning. Dr. Brodie must be magical because my husband honestly didn’t even realize he had been given a shot to numb. We will definitely be life long patients after this truly amazing experience. Everyone at Lydian has been AMAZING to work with! I just walked in because they are in the neighborhood, but I couldn’t have asked for a nicer group, from Doris in the front office, Jackie the hygienist, to Dr. Brodie. We ended up going two nights in a row – just because the schedule worked out that way – and all three kids thought it was a treat. The staff was so kind to each of them, they all said, “we like them much better than the that other dentist!” You should listen to my kids and make the switch! You won’t regret it!

This was the most pleasant experience. Let’s face it everyone dreads the dentist. But this dentist and his staff are so professional,and nice and friendly. They made me feel at home and eased my dental fear from past dental experiences in my life. I made a referral and was given a fifty dollar credit. The office and restroom and treatment areas were impeccably clean. I just moved to this area and I hope to be a patient for a long time. Hannah did a great job. She was very patient and explained everything to me as we went along. It is nice to be able to reprogram my brain that from this Dentist and his staff at least I have no fears and nothing but trust. It was a painless experience. I am very grateful because this world is so stressful why add your dentist to stressful experience list. I highly recommend these folks.

Having dental work done is really hard. I Earn my keep by communicating, being able to speak is literally what I do for a living. And, generically speaking, being able to speak is incredibly important. I hate going to the dentist. Not surprising, many people feel the same. but for me, not being able to speak, and limiting my vocal communication over a duration of time is truly one of the worst things I have to suffer through. Professionally and personally, I NEED to be able to speak. I just had a crown done at Lydian Dental and, while dental work is always exhausting and painful, it wasn’t as exhausting or painful as other dental places I’ve attended. Additionally, their skill and superior equipment made this a quick event with minimal pain. Brodie (the dentist) did an exceptional job knocking this out quickly. He was conscious of my needs, checked in frequently, but also let me be silent. How do you speak with all the dental gear in your mouth!?! He asked simple “yes/no” questions, and made space for me to speak at length when I indicated I needed to. Working with him, Jessica, she was also very aware and sensitive to my overall awkwardness in the dental chair and made provisions to ensure my comfort was maintained. I had two crowns required, But opted to only do one this round. This first one went so much better than I expected/hoped for that I’m actively planning the second one to be completed, and while not “looking forward to it” any time soon, I’m attacking it with less fear and anxiety than previous dental work I’ve had completed. They invest in current technology to aid their endeavors and provide a great “bed-side” manor that made this process way more endurable than I thought possible. Should you go to Lydian Dental? Yes. I’m glad to have such an amazing local dental resource available to me. Please consider them for your future dental requirements.

I was impressed with the customer service and professionalism of the staff. They were kind, courteous, and definitely welcoming! And they gave us a tour of the clinic, which was nice. I called early Monday morning hoping to get an appointment later in the week and they were able to accommodate us for a cleaning that same day! Dr. Brodie is very personable and friendly. Monique, the hygienist, was pretty awesome and I appreciated how she explained what she was doing as she examined my teeth. The facility is modern, and I especially liked how the waiting room is set-up. There is a play area with toys and game-filled tablets for kids of all ages. Suffice it to say, my kids had a ball at the dentist. They didn’t want to leave, despite us being there for about 3+ hours (for 5 cleanings and exams). Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this dental clinic. Thank you Dr. Brodie and staff!

This dentist goes above and beyond. They are more than a dentist but a part of the community. I could not believe my eyes when I got home to find a treat on my doorstep from them! I wish I could give the staff at Lydian Dental 10 stars! They are all AMAZING, kind, gentle, fun, happy, and aware. I experience dental anxiety (as a lot of people probably do) and I let them know that when I filled out my new patient paperwork. Each time I have been in for a visit or check up, they make sure that I am comfortable. The staff at Lydian is unlike any other office I have EVER been to. Great dental office! I took my 2 year old here for his first dentist visit and it went great. The hygienist and the dentist were both super nice and professional. They were very patient and figured out ways to look at his teeth that didn’t involve making him uncomfortable in any way. I can not express enough how grateful I am to this entire team. From start to finish our experience was amazing! My son has being seeing a dentist fear free since he was two (now 7). Our previous pediatric dentist office discovered he had four cavities. When we went in to have his fillings done they kept expressing to him that he will have some pain and my son began having a panic attack and couldn’t complete his appointment to have them filled. He developed an irrational fear of the dentist from this point forward, so irrational walking in the door made him cry. Dr. Cook and Tiara Miller are not only professional but SO caring. They were patient with my son, took their time, talked him through it. Even though he was a “difficult” patient compared to others they never stopped caring about HIM. When the other dentist office told my son “we have other kids who are brave and want to get seen today” Dr Cook told my son “we have all day to make sure your ready” Not only did they give my son the attention he needed they do HONEST work. Dr Cook only saw ONE cavity and he told us it was so small we could wait until it began to bother him. We chose to remove the cavity and fill in the teeth with sealants as prevention. And my son was able to have the procedure done because of the efforts of Dr. Cook and Tiara! The office is beautiful and modern, the staff is friendly and so kind. The entire office new my son was in that chair struggling and praised him once the procedure was done. We will not be going anywhere else. Thank you for treating us like family. A++ and 5 STARS!

I’m receiving dental and ortho treatment at this office and my husband and I are new patients. I’ve been in getting set up a few times in the last two weeks and they remembered me saying our pool was just being finished and both of my boys have had birthdays in the last two weeks. An amazon package showed up today with diving toys in celebration of my boys’ birthdays! I couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Cook, his dental assistant, Doris, and the entire office staff at Lydian dental. They crafted me a beautiful crown that is picture perfect! The translucency is spot on. They are caring, professional, and perfectionists. They make you feel comfortable and truly take their time. The office is high tech with check ins on an iPad. Each dental work area is equipped with Netflix. They even have a machine to make crowns in office (only a small percentage of dentists have this). Doris and Dr. Cook are wonderful and keep you smiling, literally, throughout your entire appointment. They may even sing along to the office music (don’t worry, they have nice voices!) 🙂 Give this office a chance, you won’t be disappointed.

I can’t say enough nice things about this place. They opened recently in the QC District and I wanted to go somewhere closer than Gilbert for a good dentist. I needed my 6 month check up and was able to get scheduled in the evening after work, THEY WERE OPEN TIL 7pm!! My hygienist was awesome, she’s very sweet and made me feel at ease. The staff is super friendly and it doesn’t feel like a ‘typical’ dentist office, it’s so modern and the atmosphere is relaxing. If I had 3 thumbs, I would say ‘3 thumbs up for Lydian Dental’!!!
