For the longest time, I was too self-conscious about my teeth and my smile. Until I decided to do something about it. After a long search, I thought my heart just brought me to Queensboro Plaza Dental Care. From the very first appointment, I knew this office and their team is the one. I decided to go with this office to do a major dental surgery and rehabilitation (which included multiple extractions, dental implants and more!). It took a few months to complete, but everything was a success and no complications! I am extremely happy and satisfied that I can finally smile and talk with confidence again. It truly is life-changing! Dr Nguyen and his team (Oscar and Minerva and Fate) are the most amazing dental team I met in my life. They are very kind-hearted professionals, very knowledgeable, supportive, caring , friendly, reassuring and gentle! The amazing technology, text reminders, paperless approach and the clean environment are definitely a plus! I will highly recommend Dr Nguyen to everybody of all ages . A++

Queensboro Plaza Dental Care went above and beyond my expectations! Dr. Nguyen, Fate & Oscar are all very friendly and have excellent bed side manner. Beautiful new office with all state of the art equipment. Not only did I feel like Dr. Nguyen was very knowledgeable but he also truly cares about his patients. Cannot go wrong going here!

I was a new patient at QB Plaza Dental Care and wanted to see a dentist for a severe wisdom tooth pain. I had an excellent experience right from making an appointment to completing my visit at their dental care office. The entire team is amazing, but wanted to specially give a shout out to Sherita for cleaning my teeth really well and for stopping my wisdom tooth pain. I felt better within a few hours of my cleaning. Dr. Michael Nguyen is absolutely amazing. His level of professionalism and the care he took during some other dental work I needed to get done was absolutely amazing. As a person who is scared of dental work in general, Dr. Nguyen has given me a new found confidence on how magical and pain-free certain dental work can be. Dr. Nguyen also provides useful information about your teeth and lets you decide whatever action you can take… in other words, not pushy at all and I’ve met some dentists who were like that. I cannot recommend Queensboro Plaza Dental enough!! I was extremely anxious about going to the dentist and the entire staff made me feel completely at ease from the time I booked my appointment. I had a decent amount of dental work to get done and Dr Nguyen was extremely efficient and professional in providing the care I needed while also being patient and reassuring throughout the process. I couldnt have asked for better dental care!!

This dental office goes above and beyond to ensure patient satisfaction; something you don’t see at other dental offices. Dr. Nguyen, Fate, Dr. Krahn, Minerva, Cathy, Alex, Sherita, Patricia, and Ricardo are absolutely professional. I commend them on their patient orientated care from check-in to check-out; their consistency is impeccable. I also commend them on all their post COVID-19 precautions as well as their patient and employee screening to ensure that our health and safety as patients is prioritized. Thank you for making my dental experience so positive!

Since we moved to the area. We were looking for a dentist near-by. This place had glowing reviews so I thought I’d give it a try. It’s an easy commute and they’re right off the queens borough station. Booking the appointment was seamless. Fate was very pleasant and helped me schedule my appointment through text and I was able to get an appointment in 2 days. First impression of the place: it’s aesthetically pleasing and the refreshments are a nice additional for the wait– Wait time is literally less than 5 minutes. The whole process was pretty “pain-less.” They had Netflix options in front and when you lay down so you can distract yourself from the sound of the dental equipment. I opted for the noise canceling head-phones and the heated neck pillow. It was such a nice touch. This place feels more like a dental spa than a regular dental office. So, if you dread going to the dentist and make any excuses not to go. The staff there and the atmosphere will put you at ease. And if that doesn’t work, go get some CBD before your appointment. lol.

I had such a great experience here that I had to write a review. They designed the place with true attention to detail. The waiting area has refreshments, coffee, and tea. The bathroom has an automatic light and is very clean. Inside the room, there is a large TV with Netflix, and another TV attached on the ceiling, so that even when a procedure is being performed, you can still watch TV! Overall, I would describe the place as clean and modern, while still being warm and inviting. They really take service to a whole new level. The staff is all very nice. The doctor and his assistant do not rush you and take care in their work. They are also knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciate that they took the time to carefully explain the problems with my teeth, and recommended operations. Dr. Nguyen printed out a breakdown of costs if I were to move forward with the operations in the future. I really appreciated this transparency, as many doctors I have visited have performed operations on me without clarifying costs upfront. At the end of the session, Fate from the front desk gave me a cute parting gift which contained a toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss! I’ve always been anxiety around dentist visits because of the pain, but through their service and attention to detail, the Queensboro Dental Plaza team turned what would have been a painful experience into a very positive one!

Friendly and welcoming reception staff (Minerva, really nice), super clean, high tech/ cutting edge equipment. the procedures from entry to chair were carefully considered and thought out, and there was never a moment of discomfort or nervousness. Dr. Nguyen is super chill. soft spoken but really relatable. He was thorough in his explanations but not scolding or harsh. Just a great dental practice, close to home. top notch.

They were amazing before, but they are even more impressive now during these challenging times. More than the amenities and modern technology, it is the way they care for their patients and the community that makes Queensboro Dental stands out. I really appreciate the thoughtful, heartwarming and informative newsletter that Dr. Nguyen started sending during the lockdown. And I feel safe with the extra precautions they have in place. It’s a little challenging to book an appointment now, but I understand that they need to limit the number of people in their facility for safety. Keep it up guys!

Finally I found my dental care team. They are so great that I needed to write this review. Dr. Nguyen listens me carefully and answers my questions and concerns very clearly. The front desk is very helpful as well, they really know what they are doing, solving the possible issues with insurance company pro-actively. I highly recommend this clinic.
