Yesterday was my first visit to Quest, and I must say, the experience from start to finish was amazing!! Immediately, I felt welcomed. They made me feel as if I’d been a valued customer for years. They never rushed me through the process and genuinely wanted to address all concerns and answer any question. A very special thank you to Nancy and Dr. Patel!! Thank you!!

Dr Patel and his staff have been amazing. I started off with one child in braces, a year later my next child needed them, then I as an adult decided to get them (did the Invisalign option). I have a younger child who will also eventually need them as well (our family genes have major orthodontic issues) but one thing I love about Quest is that Dr Patel does not push and “sell” patients on mandatory (but really just cosmetic) braces or the two-phase braces which ends up costing so much. He explains everything very well and gives options and makes you feel comfortable with your choice to wait a little while or go ahead and start. I did not get that feeling at 2 other orthodontists that we visited prior who made me feel like braces were extremely urgent the moment we walked in the door. For one of my children we decided to wait until all adult teeth were in before even starting, for another we chose the two-phase option. Even for me as an adult who had braces decades ago, for cosmetic reasons I wanted to do it again and he gave me options and I appreciated that. I also appreciate the fact that he is meticulous when it comes to “tweaking”, making sure every last tooth is exactly where it’s suppose to be. Then there’s the staff – very nice, friendly, make you feel comfortable and are accommodating with working around schedules to squeeze one of us in for an appointment change. I can’t say enough about this place. We were definitely NOT just another patient like I felt at a previous orthodontist with my older child a few years back. And one more thing, you will see Dr Patel at the chairs working with the patients, overseeing the assistants’ work, making sure everything is being done correctly. This does not happen at all orthodontists. Would highly recommend Quest to anyone in search of an orthodontist!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Patel and his staff. When my daughter had an issue with her braces on a day that the office was closed, a staff member dropped everything to meet me at the office and take of it (despite the fact that she was moving apartments that day!). Then, a few months later when my husband changed jobs and we experienced an insurance snafu, Dr. Patel went above and beyond to help us out and make things right. He and his staff are excellent!!

My daughter had her braces removed last week. She was so excited and I was so pleased with the result!! Dr Patel and his wonderful staff were so very professional, kind and just a pleasure to deal with from the consultation, placing of the expander, placing of braces and now removal. They are the place to go for braces and whatever orthodontic needs you may have from young to older. I cannot reccomend them enough. Thank you so much.

I was immediately impressed when I walked in. My son and I were warmly greeted, were offered drinks and given a tour of this state of the art faculty. They took their time to show us in great detail what treatment Zack needed with multiple scans, pictures and molds. I learned so much about all the options we had. Dr Patel was honest and didn’t try to push the most expensive treatment plan but gave me the best option for his bite (wasn’t as expensive compared other orthodontist quotes elsewhere). Before I came here I did my homework, this place so far the very best!! I love the care and know my son is in great hands. Can’t wait to see his New Smile!!!

We have been so blessed and fortunate to have an absolutely amazing Orthodonist experience! Dr. Patel and his team is A+, par none. They are always professional, state of the art, and our son is finishing ahead of schedule thanks to Dr. Patel’s amazing orthodontic talent. His teeth look absolutely amazing. Highly recommend for the best of the best in the greater Atlanta area. We drive from West Marietta to see him and never regret for the best of the best experience.

Dr. Arun Patel did a fantastic job on my teeth! As an adult patient having braces for the first time I didn’t really know what to expect. His treatment plan was for 12 – 14 months and I was completely finished in 14 months. My bite was corrected and he realigned some of my teeth and they look beautiful. He is very serene and serious about orthodontics and you always feel well taken care of by him and his staff. I would highly recommend him to anyone of any age that needs orthodontic treatment!!! Dr. Arjun Patel and his staff are amazing!!! They take the time to really listen to you and address all the concerns you may have. I don’t ever feel rushed. The consults are totally free and you walk out knowing exactly what you need. My teeth were in pretty bad shape and they are already super straight. Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and he uses the most advanced technology I’ve ever seen in any orthodontic office. I always walk out of Quest Orthodontics smiling and with a feeling that I’m getting personalized service. I recommend Quest Orthodontics to everyone!

Love love Dr. Patel and team! I didn’t require much movement as we just had to create space for an implant but the entire experience was amazing. From my initial consultation with Erica (who’s a doll, btw) to getting educated by Dr. Patel about the specifics of my plan to actually getting treated by him and Kristin (and the other assistants!) – it was all such a pleasant experience and if I had to do it over again (PRAYING I DON’T, however lol) I totally would! My treatment plan actually finished earlier than expected (so follow the rules Dr. Patel gives you, guys lol) and I’ve already sent a few referrals to him. It’s definitely worth it – choose Quest!
