I have lived in Fresno for 2 years, and used Dr. Jack as my dentist for several problems. I feel very lucky to have found such a good dentist. Dr. Jack is very good at figuring out solutions to my various problems. She also excels at explaining things so I understand them. I am sometimes a difficult patient, worried or upset, but her patience and upbeat manner turn every visit into a pleasant experience. She is simply a nice person. The desk staff are upbeat and pleasant too.

I’m like a lot of people that have a fear of the dentist. Ive had bad experiences and have been through a lot of pain. But it’s not like that at Dr. Jacks office. She’s gentle and patient. I’ve had a tooth pulled and cavities filled and no pain. Ive recommended her to frowns and family and would do so again.

Dr. Jack and her entire staff are the best! My family and I have been their patients since they took over the office. The office staff is wonderful and always willing to help. Sarah is amazing at explaining insurance issues and goes above and beyond to help patients. Dr. Jack is a top notch professional and always willing to listen to her patients concerns. She goes out of her way to make the entire process as pain free and comfortable as possible.

Dr Jack has been my dentist ever since my previous dentist retired. She’s good at what she does and is very caring. One morning I chipped my front tooth (trying to bite a new clothing tag off, which I don’t recommend) and I didn’t want to go in to work like that. She told me to come right over and she fixed me up. Friendly front office staff and great dental hygienists, too. I highly recommend.

Dr. Jack as I call her is a great dentist she is excellent at not creating pain. She just created a crown for me that is perfect. The rest of my natural teeth were very jealous of him!The hygienists are fantastic as well. They are all friendly with a wonderful sense of humor!

I was at work a couple days ago and a filling fell out at lunch. I called the office and found they were closed for Lunch and left a message. After a little thought I figured it would be simpler to go directly to the office to speak to the front desk gal about getting in to see someone sooner rather than later to get my tooth fixed. When I walked in I discovered they were doing training and wasn’t going to be open for the rest of the day but when I explained the reason for my visit the dental assistant agreed to at least do an Xray even though she explained that they were not going to be able to fix my tooth. When she got the Xray completed she pulled Dr. Jack from the training and they took pitty on my situation and fixed my tooth right then and there. I was shocked but quite pleased at the care I received. I honestly expected to have to come back a day or two later. I have been going to Dr. Jack for the past 2 years and I can honestly say I have always had a great experience but this was by far the best personal experience I have received from ANY dentist office !
