I’ve been a patient of Raleigh Dental Arts for about 8-9 years. Dr. Agarwal and his staff treat their patients like family! Every team member is highly competent and they all generate an infectious level of positive energy. My wife and I both had our biannual check-up/cleaning appointments within the last week. I am having two implants put in my mouth at once. I was totally surprised how little pain or discomfort i have experienced in the whole process. I could say without hesitation, i experience no discomfort or pain whatsoever. In the past with other dentists, with lessor procedures, i have often used Vicodin to ease some of the pain i experienced. If you looking for hi tech, professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff, Then Dr. A and Raleigh Dental Arts is the place you need to be !!!

A dentist can perform the best procedures but if the staff is not courteous and if you have to wait an eternity in the waiting room then well how good is that dentist – you can assess it yourself (readers). But when you have a GREAT dentist and consumate professionals that surround him then well you are talking about Raleigh Dental Arts. I became a patient about two years ago and let me tell you from the person that greets you at the front desk to the hygenist to all the assistants and Dr. Agarwal himself its a pleasant and courteous experience. Every visit I have with them I am reminded why I chose them and I feel bad for others who have not made Raleigh Dental Arts their chosen dentist. If you are looking for the best Dental care with a very friendly and expert staff, Raleigh Dental Arts is the place to go. Dr. Agarwal has found an amazing group of professionals for your care, with the newest 3-D imaging machine to scanning your teeth and making a crown while you wait. Dr. Fiza has made new crowns and replaced deteriorated fillings with attention and virtually little pain. Whitney Jones assisted in these procedures in a very supportive and friendly way. While Jessie Finlay did my 6 month cleaning very easily in a very relaxed atmosphere. Thus, they earned my 5 star rating. Well Done. Ed Eastman

I’ve been going to Raleigh Dental Arts for over 12 years and I always have a great experience! The whole staff is super friendly and they make you feel welcome and comfortable. They definitely care about their patients and strive to do their best work using the latest technology. Jessie has been my hygienist for the past few years and she is awesome! I’ve had many cleanings, got a crown, and had a ton of fillings replaced over the years. If things didn’t feel quite right after a procedure, they always fixed it without making me feel like I was crazy or an inconvenience (as my previous dentist did). I highly recommend Raleigh Dental Arts!

If you are in need of a sleep appliance for sleep apnea, look no further. This is the place to go. Liz is the main provider for the sleep devices and she is very knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process and well past delivery. They also have a unique service to test out whether an appliance will work for you with an at home test before making the full investment. I have been very happy with my device…way better than having a CPAP machine for the rest of my life! Raleigh Dental Arts is the best!

I am a first time patient, went in for cleaning/xrays….was very impressed with the staff, very professional and pleasant. The dental Hygienist (sorry bad at remembering names) seemed extremely knowledgeable and thorough and was very personable. The dentist seemed the same though have to admit I haven’t had any work done yet but he seemed competent and honest about a broken crown i had that he said could wait to be replaced if no issues with it, when he could have lied and and said I needed a new one and I never would have known the difference. The office manager thoroughly explained any charges should I opt to have work done and gave me a breakdown in writing. They even offered a payment plan with no interest for 6 months!! Will definitely return in the future!

Most people would rather go to a Yanni + John Tesh superjam then spend a minute under the drill at the dentists office. I myself was one those people until I stumbled upon this place. After reading some choice reviews online, I decided to make an appointment to take care of some much neglected teeth. My experiences have been fantastic. The staff is super friendly. They actually explain the whole process from plan to payment. No big surprises and just some fantastic work. Dr. Tarun Agarwal definitely chose the right name for his practice. He is a true artist. I had an unsightly cavity that no longer exists and looks like it never existed thanks to his talents. They are also state of the art. I love going into any business where they have taken the time to update their infrastructure to keep up with the times. There is a lab upstairs, so crowns and such can actually be created on site. Very cool. I was also able to catch up with Sportscenter on the ceiling mounted television while getting my work done. Who could ask for more? Dr. A also spends most of his weekends traveling and teaching state of the art processes to other dentists through out the country. I guess you can tell by now that I have found my dentist in Raleigh. If you make an appointment, tell them Erik Swanson sent you.

I started working with Liz Owens back in May regarding a mouthpiece to help with sleep apnea. She was great to work with and never went for the hard sell. She was understanding and very helpful. I finally had the piece made and picked it up and Liz was even more helpful with the fitting. She was patient and answered all my questions. I moved to Raleigh from Washington, DC and am constantly amazed at the excellence of the service providers here – a wonderful surprise for me was to find online Raleigh Dental Arts, located near my house. Dr. Tarun Agarwal and his staff are excellent at what they do and know how to use the latest technology and techniques for saving, repairing and/or replacing teeth. And, they explain use of certain products or hygiene techniques helpful to your situation. I’ve been amazed at their equipment, and when I ask, they explain what it is and how they’re using it on me. Amazing! I strongly recommend them, in fact, my son has started coming, and when my sister moves here, this is where she’ll come. They also have coffee available, AND I can watch TV (News for me!) while I’m getting my teeth fixed!

The team at RDA always goes above and beyond for their patients. My kids (3 & 1) and I were all seen by Jessie today for cleanings and she did a PHENOMENAL job, per usual. I know the work isn’t easy with COVID regulations but it was easy to see this team is serious about making sure everyone stays safe, healthy and is able to keep their teeth nice and fresh! I am grateful for the attention to detail and focus on care and active listening that I experience in each appointment. All of that would be what I’d expect when coming in for an appointment however the reason RDA gets 5 stars comes down to this. Transparency. Every single time. This is the place where everybody knows your name. My family has been going to see Dr. A and his staff at Raleigh Dental Arts for decades. After a less than stellar experience with a different dentist soon after we were married, my wife had some work done at Dental Arts. She immediately decided this would be our dentist. Since then, we have moved 3 times and Dr. A has moved locations once. There is a lot of dentists closer to us today….but we will make the drive. My wife would not even consider anyone else. She has had crowns, root canals, etc. They are full service and can do whatever you need done. I have been fortunate and, aside from 1 crown and a couple of replacement fillings, have only needed cleanings over the years. What I like is that the people who do the cleanings appear to be careful not to make it a painful experience. Now I opened this review by saying this is the place where everybody knows my name. This is a true statement. When I walk in, it does not matter who I run into. They have always been friendly. And whoever I speak to knows me by my first name. They remember the conversations from past visits and really get to know you as a person. If you are looking for a dentist, I really cannot imagine a better choice.

I’ve been a patient for almost a year now. This is by far the best experience I’ve had with a Dentist office. I’ve never received the level of attention and honesty that the staff displays. I like the fact that everything is explained throughly and with the use of several images (not just X rays) from my mouth so I know exactly what is happening and what needs to happen. Raleigh Dental Arts is not going to be the cheapest office for a procedure but you pay for the experience, professionalism, knowledge, courteousness, and trusting relationship that you will not find other places. They do offer easy and simple finance options which I have taken advantage of. I would definitely recommend sitting down with them to discuss the goals for your mouth. They are very down to Earth and low pressure.

It all started yesterday morning at 4 AM when I couldn’t sleep. I decided to get online to check my e-mail. In one of the ads from a local radio station I saw that Dr. Tarun Agarwal of Raleigh Dental Arts will host their second annual Giving Smiles Event. That is where they give as many adults as they can free dental care from 7 AM to 4 PM. I looked at the clock, and then jumped in the shower. When I got there a few minutes after 5 AM there were already a few people there. The person at the front of the line got there about 3:30 AM. They were offering either a cleaning, filling, or extraction all on a first come, first served basis. Since some of the procedures performed would ranged from $80 for a cleaning, to upwards of a $1000 for a tough extraction. All of this was performed at no charge by dozens of volunteers. When my number was called, 21, I was escorted inside, and after a brief wait it was my turn to see the hygienist. I must say the Melissa and her intern Brad were very nice and did a great job as all I wanted was a simple cleaning. While you are there sitting in the chair, you don’t have to stare at an empty ceiling as they have mounted televisions on the ceiling for you to watch. Throughout the entire process all of the staff and volunteers kept a positive upbeat attitude and smiled to the entire crowd as they dealt with people. I talked with some of the people that were waiting, and everybody was thankful for the Doctor to sponsor events such as this because with or without insurance dental care can be very costly. I love my normal dentist as I have been seeing him since my childhood, but Raleigh Dental Arts is a excellent dentist worth visiting in the future.
