Dr. Neill and Dr. Lee did a great job with my orthodontic treatment. I am an over 50 patient who should have had braces as a kid, but never did. They convinced me it would be a good investment at this stage in my life. And I have to totally agree. A previous orthodontist told me I would need oral surgery to straighten my smile, but Dr. Lee did a fantastic job with just traditional braces. A little over a year, and I went from never smiling to beaming and showing off my teeth every chance I get. I highly recommend their office.

I went to see Dr. Neill in January and my experience was absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff was friendly and greeted me with a welcoming smile. The assistant was extremely kind and talkative, and eased my nerves. I’ve always been a little anxious at any dental offices,and this office made it easy to stay calm. Dr. Neill was great! He was so friendly and attentive, and listened to my concerns. He was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable the whole visit. I have always preferred small medical practices. There’s nothing like having doctors who know who you are when you call, and who value the relationship they have with your family. Dr. Neill and Dr. Lee (they’re married) run this kind of orthodontic practice. They are good at what they do and seem to genuinely enjoy caring for their patients. We used this smaller practice by a highly respected orthodontist, Dr. Renate Soltmann who also taught at UNC Chapel Hill for our middle son. Our son had a relatively complicated case; Dr. Soltmann’s plan seemed the best, personal service was the most and pricing was competitive. She retired about a year ago and sold her practice to a young married couple of orthodontists starting out, Drs. Neill and Lee. We went recently for an initial consultation at no charge for my younger children and we were so impressed with their demeanor, personal attention, zero wait time, full explanation, philosophy similar to Dr. Soltmann’s, etc. They are growing their practice and I’d love to see them thrive. All of their Google reviews are excellent and fairly underscore our impression.

Raleigh Family Orthodontics (Drs. Lee & Neil) is the best! They were outstanding with their orthodontic treatment of my son. We looked at several different providers and decided that they were the most professional, honest, and caring team. During our treatment timeline, my son had a pretty bad accident on a treadmill and they were very accommodating at restructuring the Invisalign plan and working with the other dental professionals involved. Now he has a wonderful smile and he even enjoyed the process. We are so thrilled with how it worked out and absolutely recommend them to everyone!

I can’t say enough good things about Raleigh Family Orthodontic. I have had 6 kids do braces, and this practice is by far the best I have worked with. They are prompt (we never had to wait), they are friendly and helpful, but most importantly, they are knowledgeable. My daughter had a very complicated orthodontic situation, including some jaw surgery, and Dr. Neill and Dr. Lee knew exactly what to do at every point in our journey. I highly recommend them. My son’s teeth were very crowded. So I sought out for a nearby orthodontist that accepted my insurance. I’m so glad I found Raleigh Family Orthodontics. After our initial consult, I trusted that Dr. Lee and Dr. Neil would take good care of my son. Their office takes COVID precautions seriously so we feel very safe every time we come. After our Dentist made a recommendation we decided to check out a few other Orthodontists to feel certain that we were making a good decision. The staff are incredibly friendly and Dr Neil is always willing and able to answer a question. In doing our homework about his experience we found that he had great training and experience with some of the more cutting edge treatment plans. Knowing that our children needed a more specific Dr Neil was able to deliver a great smile in a more effective time than was otherwise given from some of the other area Orthodontics. As a 40 something dad, I wore braces back in the day for quite sometime. I noticed recently that my bottom teeth were starting to slip a little. Dr. Neil was helpful in suggesting I get scanned for the Invisialign treatment and how to make the most of my Dental Insurance benefits. Highly recommend visiting them and seeing for yourself! Very convenient North Raleigh location right off of Leesville.

My 7 year old daughter (who always cries at the dentist) needed a spacer to align her cross bite and we chose to do a consultation at Raleigh Family with Dr Neil. She was very nervous going in but he spent lots of time explaining everything to us both and all the staff was super friendly. By our 2nd visit she had warmed up to them and even went back with the staff by herself!! She goes once a month right now and actually looks forward to going for her visit! Dr. Lee is the nicest, prettiest, most professional orthodontist in Raleigh. My daughter needed serious dental work to repair her teeth/mouth, to match her beautiful smile. Dr. Lee first took pictures of the situation, and, as time went by, continued to make the necessary adjustments to give my daughter a gorgeous, natural smile, with perfect teeth. When we were finished, Dr. Lee showed us images of the pictures from the start to the end and it was amazing to see the progress. You may think it takes a long time, but it is really worth it to take Dr. Lee’s advice and let the process happen, even if it seems slow. Dr. Lee and Dr. Neill are very professional and they work hard to fit your schedule and they remind you of upcoming visits, in case you forget.
