Dr. Reyes is an excellent dentist. I have had nothing but positive interactions with him and his staff.  They are all true professionals.  So far, I’ve had a crown put on, bonding on a cracked tooth, scheduled cleanings and he does nothing short of excellent work.  The office is immaculate and I highly recommend him if you are looking for a dentist.

I would like to start by saying that I have an extreme phobia of dentists, you pretty much have to strap me into the chair and heavily sedate me, with that being said I have never had a more pleasant dental experience. Dr Reyes is an excellent dentist, he talks to you about every possible outcome, draws you pictures, and works quickly, but this review is mainly for his assistant Brittany. She made me feel comfortable and safe from the moment I sat in the chair. She asked me what I was afraid of, asked me how she could help me feel better and made me laugh a lot. I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful place to fix my teeth.

I had an awesome experience going to Dr. Reyes’ office for the first time yesterday. I went to get a second opinion on a tooth and also got a cleaning. I’m currently looking for a new dentist and wanted to “test” out this office.  I received superior service! From the moment I walked in I was acklowledged. Everything was explained to me in regards to my treatment. My cleaning was pleasent. The staff was absolutely professional and Dr. Reyes was upfront about my treatment options and costs. Suffice to say, I will be switching my kids to this dentist also.  He found three new loyal customers.

Absolutely THE best experience with a dentist I have EVER had! I came in with excruciating pain. Lisa Marie was very welcoming, Dr. Reyes was honest with me, explained everything and most of all, he LISTENED. He understood what I wanted, and we are now on the road to achieving what I’ve wanted all along. Dr. Rafiee and Venus did my teeth extractions, and they had patience with me and honestly made me feel at ease. I will be recommending Dr. Reyes and Dr. Rafiee to everyone. Thank you SO very much for this experience. My only regret is not finding them sooner.

My experience today at the dentist was awesome. This is my new dentist and i think i made the right choice. The Staff is very helpful and they make you feel very welcome, and this was on a monday! What sealed the deal with my new dentist was that they are very informative and honest about the work that needs to be done. No surprises at the end of your visit, like past experiences i’ve had. So all in all they get 5 stars from me, Thanks everyone.

I haven’t been to the dentist since I moved to Azusa and chose here because it was close to were I live. I want to say this was the best choice I have made in awhile. The front desk is amazing and very helpful, I also like the text reminders leading up to the visit because I am always busy and forget a lot. The dentist that cleaned my teeth and took my x-rays was really great and made me feel comfortable through the whole process and the cleaning was awesome! Then Dr. Reyes came in and really took time to show me what was wrong and how to fix it. He was very kind and able to make the process very informative. I would recommend this place to anyone because it is awesome from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Thank you for making me feel welcomed!

The staff was cordial and professional. Fast yet attentive service of x rays, exam, and consultation. Dr Reyes was thorough when explaining the process and procedures that will be done for my next appointment. I have 3 cavities where one will need nubbing and o hate shots but I feel good and comfortable so far with Dr Reyes and his staff. I am usually very nervous to go to the dentist but this time around I have confidence that Dr Reyes office will take good care of me.

My first visit with Dr. Ralph Reyes was for an emergency visit. My first impression, his staff was very kind and accomodating. Walking into the office I immediately felt welcome. After talking with Dr. Reyes, I felt that he was truly their for his patient’s well being.  Appreciated him explaining all to me in detail and reassuring me that he could help me. After going to two other dentist over the past 6 months with no progress. Driving in from WLA was worth it.  I would recommend him to all my friends without hesitation.

I am writing this review of Dr Ralph Reyes Dental services and staff. I have been a patient of Dr Reyes for over 27 years since he had dental office on 10th Street in Azusa. Dr. Ralph have always provided me and my family members caring and professional dental care. Dr Ralph has demonstrated an understanding to my dental needs for myself and my family whether they be clinical or financial in nature. Dr Ralph has been considerate and offered payment plans in the past when they were needed when I experienced finanacial hardships that would have prevented me from recieving the dental care I am my family needed. Dr Ralph is well educated and trained in his profession and he has gone on a created a dental office office that offers all services provided by other dentists. Dr Reyes has always explained the dental treatments he believes are in my best interest all of which give me confidence that I am doing the best to care for myself and family members. Throughout these 27 years I have had an great and awesome experience with all the Staff members that have been employed at Dr Ralph’s Dental office whether at their current location or the 10th Street dental office. Dental Staff members from clinical to office administrative personnal have always been receptive and responsive to my dental needs as there has often been emergency or cancelled dental visits that I have had to request and they have accommadated. All personal are professional and I truly feel they treat you like family but in a professional and business manner. I have also witnessed that while Dr Reyes has expanded and grown his dental service to meet the needs of his clients; he has also remembered to include the needs of his local community. I am aware of various events and drives geared to raise awareness to needs of the Azusa community which Dr. Reyes services. Dr Reyes office has often hosted several book drives to collect books for the local library to help children in the community. This is another great example of why I have chose to continue to seek and receive dental services from Dr Ralph Reyes.  Dr Reyes is not only a very talented and skilled professional with an awesome staff but he is a caring person that is embedded in his local community and is always willing to give back the the client and his community. Thank you Dr Reyes as well as his Staff. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Ralph Reyes to any family or individual.
