I have had the best experience at Smiles Dentistry! From implants put in to cleaning to small cavities done. John and his staff are great. Natalie is the best and the girls up front are so accommodating even when I blow off my appointment.

Excellent Dentistry!! My past dental experience’s have been sub par at best, however after coming to Smiles Dentistry that has changed. The staff were awesome! They were Very friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Dr. John Hsieh was easy going and gave me some excellent feedback and consultation.

This dentist office is wonderful! There have been times when I arrive and I have to wait 20 or 30 minutes but to me, it is worth the wait! Natalie is my hygienist and she is so quick and thorough, Dr. Hsieh if so knowledgeable and thorough explaining everything just totally took all my dentist anxiety away. My last visit I needed to see dr. Manal because of a sudden situation. She put on a new crown and I didn’t feel a thing she was so sweet throw the girls explained every little step that they were doing during the procedure.

First off I want to say how amazing this place is. The front office staff is very welcoming and super friendly. Leah checked me in and was so nice and kept me up to date on when I would be taken back to see the doctor. Karolina is always so upbeat and full of energy and makes the visit so easy. All of the front office staff members make you feel so comfortable like they have known you Forever. Dr. Hsieh is Amazing and explains all treatment in detail (which is very helpful when you don’t understand dental terminology) the easiest part is they make crowns there in office in only one visit which is very helpful when it’s hard to take time off of work. I found my new home at Rancho smiles dentistry!!

I have been with Dr Hsieh for a few years and he and his staff are great. They are always smiling, kind and ready to help.  Carolina and Audrey keep me smiling in the lobby until I get called in. Dr Hseih has been a great dentist and takes good care of my teeth. He is pleasant and very thorough. His recommendations have helped me have healthier teeth and a more confident smile. Dyana is my hygienest and she doesn’t miss a thing in between my teeth. She does a great job and my mouth feels very clean. She is serious about her patients flossing  and  she is very nice.
Everything  is very very clean and always smells great.

First visit to the dentist in a long time. I was emailed a form to fill out for my dental history. The receptionist knew my name and greeted me as I walked in. I sat next to someone else waiting and asked how they felt about this location and they gave very good praise, that which made the receptionist blush a little. I spoke with John Hsieh, DMD and gave him a formal breakdown of the issues that I came in for. I was asked to take X-rays, in which I was greeted by Cassandra, of whom was very candid and a great conversationalist. We chitchatted throughout the X-ray procedure, after which I was taken to a side room after a brief wait for John Hsieh, DMD. Once John Hsieh, DMD was ready, we discussed the X-rays and the severity of the issues at hand. He was very clear in the descriptions of what he saw. I cannot stress the following enough: John Hsieh, DMD was VERY clear in explaining existing issues and future concerns with my teeth, and not once really ever disregarded a question nor made me feel like I should not have been there. He was very patient, just like the rest of the staff, and I was very happy with understanding what procedures would be involved upon my return. I am scheduled for an appointment on April 9th, 2014, in which I hope to finalize this review and upgrade them from 4-stars to 5.

Dr. Hsieh gave me the PEFECT SMILE.  All my life I have suffered with bad teeth and would never smile is pictures. Every doctor I ever went to never addressed my problem or even offered a solution.  Until Dr. Hsieh told me he could replace my six front teeth with crowns.  At first I was nervous about the crowns looking fake or that I would hate me smile even more.  He took the time to address my concerns and reassured me he would make me the perfect smile that also looked totally natural.  I went in and he replaced my six front teeth with temporaries while he sent out my crowns.  My temporaries were so much better looking then my original teeth. I was scared the temporaries would fall off yet again his team reassured me they were not going anywhere sure enough less than two weeks later my crowns were in and my temporaries were still holding on strong. As soon as I looked at them I knew I had made the right choice. It only took two visits to get the smile I had only dreamed of having.  I now smile in every picture and have so much more confidence.  I could never thank Dr. Hsieh and his team enough for being so amazing at what they do.  Now everyone compliments me on my prefect smile and I recommend everyone go see him.
