I have known Dr. Fong for more than 25 years and he is an amazing dentist, he has cared for myself, my husband and my children performing fillings, crowns and wisdom teeth extractions. He is the most experienced dentist I know, he is professional, caring and competent and I would recommended him to anyone. Dr. Fong was referred to me by a friend for gum surgery. Instead of the gum graft procedure, he informed me about a collagen procedure as an alternative which I elected to do. I asked lots of questions to which he answered each quite thoroughly
so I felt very confident. He keeps up on new technologies and is always willing to discuss them. He is above all, extremely thorough! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Fong. In the office Jean is the hardest working and kindest person! She goes the extra mile for each patient! The hygienists and assistants are also very skilled and pleasant. My husband has been going to Dr Fong since he was a child. I have been avoiding going, but Jean at the front desk makes the appointment worth it in itself. She is SO SWEET, and genuine and remembers you and your personal stories. As far as dentistry goes, they always go the extra mile, take their time and explain everything, and check in periodically. Dr Randy Fong DDS has been in business nearly 30 years. He’s located in a medical building near Macarthur blvd & Plaza Drive near the South Coast Plaza. A great down to Earth office that will handle your Dentistry needs. They can handle General dentistry, oral surgeries, cosmetic dentistry, implants, crowns, etc. Call jean, she is the nicest front office person to schedule an appt. Don’t be alarmed if your wait is month or two depending on your flexibility. Do some shopping, Dining, or Shows before or after your visit in this area. PS. If you’re a Boiling Crab fan guess what? You can use the same parking lot!  If you workout there’s also a 24hr Fitness nearby

I’ve had a lot of dental issues and Dr. Fong is, by far, the best dentist I’ve ever had.  I will never go to another dentist again.  I’ve never experienced any pain during a procedure.  He has the greatest team of hygienists, who are all friendly and professional.  This is as good as it gets.  The front office gal, Jean, is one of the nicest women I’ve ever met.  Dr Fong is an expert in his field.

Randy Fong is an excellent Dentist. He is the most thorough dentist that I have ever been to. Dr. Fong took a lot of time with me to explain the condition of my teeth and he showed me on my x-rays what areas needed to be addressed. Dr. Fong is very professional and patient and he has a fantastic staff. The front office person “Jean” is such a sweet person and she makes you feel very welcome the minute you walk in the front door as if you were like family. Every person who works for Dr. Fong are very nice and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Fong for all of your dental needs. He is a superb dentist.

Dr. Fong is more then a dentist to me and my family. He has taken care of our dental needs for at least 30 years. I have had many dental procedures done with his care and NOT once have I been in pain during or after his care. I tell him every time I trust him. Just put in your earbuds and listen to your music or audio story and before you know it your done. His assistant, Victor, is quiet but you know he is doing his job and making sure you are taken care of. All of the dental hygienists are just as compentant and trustworthy. If they see an issue, they give you advise so you can correct something before it becomes a problem. I cannot talk about Dr Fong without telling you about Jean. Jean is more then his front-office person. She makes you feel at home, really she does. She has become a trusted friend. You look forward to going to the dentist because of Jean. I just had the Bio Clear procedure done for the split in my front teeth. This is something I have wanted to correct for years but it was so involved. This procedure is new and so simple. Dr Fong is one of few dentist that is trained in this procedure. Of course he did a wonderful job. I didn’t even require to have any local Anesthesia. I am very happy with the results! Of course this means I would recommend Dr Fong and I have many times.

Dr Fongs office is professional caring and has implemented new safety precautions during this time of Covid. I have been going to Randy for 30 years and all my family use his service. He has been gentle and always wants my smile to be picture perfect

Dr. Fong is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He performed 2 implants, 2 Bio Clear on 2 front teeth which was a work of art, one root canal, cavities and I night guard. My experience with him has been wonderful, he administers Novocaine with such care that you don’t feel anything. He listens and really cares about the outcome of every procedure. I would highly recommend him

First, I had several bad dental experiences growing up, so to put it mildly I was “dental-phobic”! A friend recommended Dr Fong and my first experience was a implant! I cannot say enough good things about Dr Randy or his office & staff. A sincere effort to inform me of all options and how procedures would progress. His office manager Jean is a sweetheart always making you feel welcome & Dental hygienist Sylvia always puts me at ease. I’ve since done the Invisalign procedure with terrific results! At 68, I can finally say I have gotten over my fear of dentists!!

We drive from San Clemente just for Dr. Fong. He does excellent work and the staff is awesome. Like family to us for over 15 years. He has done implants, fillings, wisdom teeth extraction, etc. for our family..everything is top notch. He really cares for his patients. The best!

I went to Dr. Fong for a bioclear procedure. He did a great job filling my black triangles and I am so pleased with the results! Dr. Fong and his entire staff are professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Fong as a dentist especially if you need bioclear treatments

I had many different dentist before but Doctor Fong is so far THE very best. victor will always be by his side and will make you feel comfortable as well . He is very very professional  . I drive here in Santa Ana even though I leave 45 min away just because from the beginning I felt comfortable and he was able to fix every problem I had . So first of all I come here twice a year for my general cleaning . Then I had my wisdom tooth removed . Let me tell you I had no pain after all and no problem even though I was so scared . He is always so patient and nice and the entire staff will make you feel comfortable . A month ago I had a mucocele on my lip and as you can see below on the picture it was getting bigger and bigger . So he removed it for me and made sure to test lab it as well . Finally and most importantly I had a bioclear over molding which is better than a crown . I have crown on my upper tooth from another dentist . I don’t like it as it doesn’t look natural so he proposed to to the bioclear over molding on my lower tooth and I absolutely love it because it’s so perfect and natural . You can see the before and after as well on the picture yellow and really back . He was able to aligned my lower teeth :). Call Jean she is the sweetest she takes care of payment , schedule and she always makes you happy 

Upfront disclosure: I spent a year in dental school back in the mid 1970s, so I know something about this stuff. My wife practiced as a dental hygienist; she, too, is pleased with Dr Fong. Needed a competent dentist; was referred by primary care physician. Dr Fong examined me and consulted with me more thoroughly than any of my previous dentists. His dental hygienist performed well; his own root planing technique was excellent. Pain was minimal. Dr Fong extracted an upper molar, and I experienced excess bleeding. He tried to fix the problem; when that failed, he immediately referred me to an oral surgeon. I highly recommend Dr Fong

Dr. Fong worked on several of my molars to repair broken and worn down fillings. Aside from the discomfort of the numbing medications (as to be expected), the procedures went smoothly and I had no complications or sensitivity on these teeth. He even polished my Bioclear restorations which I had done with him a few months before. He goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are satisfied. His office truly is a great place for all your dental needs
