I went to this dental office with low expectations since I haven’t experienced many good dentist. I just want to thank the staff and particularly Dr. Todd Raphaelson for his spectacular bedside manners and care with me. The office is very clean and organized and every staff member has a smile on their face! I wish to thank them for everything! I am hoping this is some form of reciprocation for the kindness I received!

I went for my check-up today. I checked in by text from my vehicle. I received the response text promptly to come in.The office followed all CDC guidelines. Everyone was wearing masks. The sanitizers, etc were plentiful in plain sight. The receptionist greeted me with a cheerful “Good Morning”. Even though she is masked, I could tell that she was smiling. And I was also greeted cheerfully from my favorite Dental Hygienist, Nicole. Nicole always does a fantastic job. She conducts herself in a professional manner. She is very thorough. I’m always satisfied with the cleaning. The Dr., who came in for the consultation check-up afterwards, was also pleasant. He discussed fully with me my concerns, and also advised what I need to consider for follow-up visits. I will definitely choose him to take care of what needs to be done next. I have been going to Raphaelson for years, as well as other family members. We are very pleased with their services.

My husband & I been patients of Dr. Tod Raphaelson for many years now and there are no words to describe just how wonderful, caring & competent he is. He runs a clean & extremely efficient office, employs a friendly & (always) helpful staff & I could never imagine going to any other dentist. On a scale of 1to 10, he is a 20!!!

Going to the dentist is never on the “I can’t wait” to do that list. This was my first appointment and certainly NOT my last. I was really happy with my overall experience. Dr. Todd went over everything with me and explained what he was doing, when he was doing it. A refreshing change from my previous dentist. Lindsay, the dental tech. was friendly, knowledgeable and gentle, made me feel like the whole process wasn’t that bad. A big Thank You to both of them. Now all that needs to be done is the elimination of all the sounds, that’s what most people can’t stand about sitting in the chair. See you guys again in March.

Excellent customer service which is so hard to find these days. Everyone I thee is well trained, knowledgeable approachable and professional. Have been going there for years and the atmosphere has always been warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!!

Could not possibly have better people take care of your teeth. I hate having to go see a dentist and I’ve been to quite a few dentists over the years. I’m extremely happy with the whole crew from the assistants to the hygienists and especially the doctors. Dr. Todd and the other dentists are comforting and extremely good at what they do and their operating hours are great. I recently had an emergency and they were able to get me in right away and repaired my broken tooth like it never happened!

Excellent highly skilled dentists. Fantastic caring staff and flexible scheduling. Simply the best. They treat you like family and you feel like family. I would never go anywhere else. There are six beautiful smiles in my family all due to their diligence and talented caring staff. If I could give them 10 stars I certainly would

I can’t say enough how grateful I was to find such a  professional dentist  and hygienist as I did today. Both went out of their way to ensure that not only did I have a thorough tx and evaluation but both took the time to explain any concerns I had and would need look out for in the future. Also instructed me on the different tx options I had to finally get the smile I’ve always wanted. Thanks for you and your team making this such a positive experience!

I’ve been a patient here for over 25 years. The staff are extremely, professional, knowledgeable, caring and nice! The dentists are very good at their profession. And Dr. T is very entertaining and funny!

I recently had a crown done on a tooth that cracked. Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. I felt very at ease with the care I received and with the precautions they took to reduce the COVID-19 virus. Even after months of not seeing Dr. Raphaelson, he still remembered details about my last visit! There is truly the feeling that this is a family owned practice that takes pride in their work. I have recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so.

I find that this dentist office is very professional and does very good work. I recently went for my cleaning and Nicole was gentle and did a great job. The dental exam by Dr. Todd Raphaelson was thorough and he was friendly, patient and took his time. Dr. Krauz is also very good. I highly recommend this office!

This is a truly great Dental Office. I am an Orthodontist and know the field of Dentistry well. This office is friendly honest and a great place for family’s. Up to date on technology and have many specialist so they can streamline your needs. I highly recommend Dr Raph and his entire team!!
