I’ve been seeing Dr. Padilla for a couple of years and I really like his work. I’m a picky person and he does work to your satisfaction. They specialize in preventative, sports, and cosmetic dentistry. I had decades old veneers that needed to be replaced and recently new crowns for my cracked teeth. My teeth now looks amazing! His office staff is so wonderful. Margaret, the hygienist, is gentle and thorough. Ariel, the receptionist, is friendly and personable. The office manager, Jamie #1, works hard with insurance companies to get the coverage you need. Jamie #2, the dental assistant is so sweet. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Padilla’s office!

There is nobody better. I am a fanatic about my teeth and there is nobody else I would trust them to other than Dr. Padilla. As an indication of what I mean I live 85 miles away from his office (His office used to be closer to me but they moved) and I am willing to make the trek to his office because I always get tremendous care and most importantly the truth about the work that needs to be done. I have been a patient for over 30 years and he has always been there in emergencies, such as when I knocked my front tooth out skiing in Colorado I was able to get ahold of him after office hours and he consulted on the phone with a dentist in CO. Another time I broke teeth playing racquetball and sure enough his answering service patched me into him at 10pm for me to go to his office for immediate care. You will find nobody better or more compassionate, and that goes not only for Dr. Padilla but his entire staff they are a great group of professionals

Dr. Padilla’s office is like going to an oasis for treatment. Everyone there is warm and friendly! You will not find a better or nicer hygenist or dentist anywhere! This is the best dental practice I have ever been to. The atmosphere is relaxing and all of the staff are very professional and competent. Dr. Padilla and his staff are fantastic! After years and years of not seeing a dentist, I was dreading going in but knew I had to and now, I’m so glad that I did. Dr. Padilla, Margaret, Jamie and Leslie are consummate professionals. I always feel welcomed, never feel rushed, am never left waiting in the office or chair, and am always confident that whatever procedure I will be having done in that visit will be done well and painlessly. During that first visit, Dr Padilla took a lot of time going over the results of my dental x-rays and outlining a plan of procedures, he made sure that I was well informed and comfortable with everything before starting anything. Since the first visit, I’ve had several appointments and I have to say that Dr. Padilla does amazing work! The crown and fillings that he’s done for me look great and I can’t feel a difference from my natural teeth at all. Margaret did a great job with my deep cleaning and she also spent a lot of time explaining what she was doing, and why, and gave some good advice on how appropriate cleaning between visits. I definitely recommend Dr. Padilla and his staff if you are looking for excellent skill and patient care!

My wife and I have been a patients of Dr. Padilla’s for nearly 30 years, and he he is simply the most professional, honest, gentle, and caring Dentist that either of us has ever had work on our teeth…. He takes extra time to explain each procedure, and puts all the x-rays and photos on the screen in front of you so that you can understand everything involved in your care…. He also gives options and the likely outcome of each…. His Dental Hygienist, Margaret, is exactly the same way, and they both make “going to the Dentist” a positive and pleasant experience…. It is not unusual to be in the waiting room (you almost never wait more than a few minutes) or walking down the hallway to see and recognize current and past professional and college athletes who met Dr. Padilla when they were playing a sport and continue as patients long after the spikes are hung up….. His and his team are simply amazing….

This practice is the Dental Dream Team! Dr. Padilla is an excellent dentist; skilled, confident, and quick. Margeret the hygienist is the most gentle and well-informed I’ve ever had. The front office staff are very professional and competent as well. The atmosphere is relaxing and the office itself is conveniently located in a newer building with plenty of free parking. Moved to the area a year ago. Hadn’t been to the dentist in 18 months. As always, kind of dreaded the visit…and the inevitable scraping of my teeth. But I had such a pleasant appointment, I just had to share here (…). Dr. Ray Padilla’s Dental Practice is wonderful. They have a very nice waiting room, with water, coffee, tea. Staff is EXCELLENT all around! Dr. Padilla was comforting, knowledgeable, spent a good amount of time with me showing me each tooth on the X-rays and explaining what he was looking for. Margaret the hygienist was wonderful. Calming, gentle, and a provider of a lot of good information all delivered in her soothing voice. I was comfortable enough with my first visit, to schedule a filling for my front tooth for the very next day. And Dr. Padilla did an excellent job with that as well. Loved this practice! Also a side note: upon my arrival, I met a man who had come all the way from North Hollywood! He had been coming to Dr. Padilla for 6 years, and tried someone closer, but didn’t like them, so he drove all the way here to the Southbay! Now if that doesn’t tell you how good Dr. Padilla and his staff are, nothing will!

I am deathly afraid of dentists….but Dr. Padilla and all his staff have cured me of that!!! Huge Miracle. Thank YOU!! Now I am a regular (for years) and don’t have panic attacks anymore!! They are all so nice and calming when you come in. Dr. Padilla takes his time, makes sure you are absolutely comfortable, explains everything and makes sure that you are ok through out the visit. I highly recommend them too all my friends. He is close. The office is clean and sanitary. The staff is just AWESOME!

Dr. Padilla has been my dentist for 8 years. If you play hockey, you should come here because they are hockey fans and their athletic mouth guards are the best! Much more comfortable and easier to talk with it in. They are not expensive, but do quality work including cosmetic. I haven’t had any problems with filings or other work. The cleanings are great and they take time to work with you on improving your health.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Padilla for five years. I generally see just the dental hygenist (I have great teeth 🙂 ) but he’s been great for overview and some light dental work. Everyone in his office is great, very professional and a nice “vibe.” The office is very modern, bubbling fountains, mellow music, lots of videos of tranquil nature settings – it makes going to the dentist’s just that much easier…

We welcome new patients. You will be greeted into a relaxing office with a calming water fountain, serene video & beverages. Our patients rarely wait before they are welcomed into the treatment area. Doctor and staff are very thorough and listen to our patients concerns. Our staff is courteous, knowledgeable and available. You are treated with dignity and respect believing informed patients make the best decisions. His involvement in sports dentistry includes the 1984 Los Angeles Summer Olympic Games, 1994, 1999, and 2003 World Cup Soccer, & 2004 IIHF World Hockey Championship in Prague. He is the Team Dentist for UCLA Athletics, the Los Angeles Galaxy Major League Soccer Team, & USA National Soccer Teams. Dr. Padilla has published many articles on mouthguards & trauma treatment & prevention. An international speaker, he has lectured in Australia, Japan, Switzerland, Germany, Canada, Spain, Greece, United Emirates, and numerous USA venues.
