PINHOLE GUM SURGERY – AMAZING!! Dr. Razi is the dentist (and dental office) we all dream of finding. I’ve been to many many dentists and had many dental procedures over the years, but without a doubt Dr. Razi is the absolute best and I can’t say enough good things about him and his staff (thank you Dr. Razi, Tricia, Fallon and Manny!!) I discovered Dr. Razi originally because of a dental emergency and needed help quickly. His office was amazing and treated me (brand new there at the time) like a long time patient. Dr. Razi performed my Pinhole gum surgery a few months ago and the results are truly incredible. The procedure itself was completely pain free and I “slept” during the surgery. Pinhole gum surgery is a patented procedure and the dentist must be certified in the technique (as Dr. Razi is). Immediately after the procedure I could see the great change, but the true results came after the 6 week healing process, and I am super happy. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Razi and his entire staff. Dr. Razi is an extremely knowledgeable,kind, personable person who explains everything thoroughly. He is a faculty member at UCLA School of Dentistry AEGD program and his credentials are incredible (read the meet Dr. Razi section at his website). He practices minimally invasive dentistry so I feel confident in his guidance and recommendations. I actually look forward to my dental appointments now! Thank you Dr. Razi!!

Very personable, friendly environment , experienced and ethical dentist. I was told by another dental office that I have sever gum disease and need some kind of expensive antibiotic irrigation. Then I was referred to Razi by one of my friends for a second oponion. My friend had told me that Razi has a laser to treat gum disease that is more comfortable and less expensive. I went for a free consultation. The doctor spent 45 minutes on my oral exam and another 30 minutes explaining my gum condition and how I can treat it by improving my brushing and flossing and getting a water-pick at home. I didn’t need any expensive treatments after all, just my regular dental cleaning. Since they had told me the appointment is a free consultion, he refused to even bill my insurance for the visit. He said it was unethical to do so. This is what I call character. I’m changing dentist, even though he teaches at UCLA and I’m a USC grad. He is ok with us beating them in the football field.

Dr Razi genuinely cares for his patients! Not only that I actually have a good time while I’m there. His staff is also so awesome! They all care as well for their patients and have such great attitudes! I recommend them to anyone who has dental fears (like me). He is painless and lots of fun!

Up until 2 years ago I had a deep seeded fear of dentists due to some VERY bad experiences as a child. I had not been to see one in decades. Eventually I had a toothache so bad that I had to give in to my fear. Dr. Razi was recommended to me as a very conservative dentist that can get the job done with a minimal amount of discomfort. They didn’t lie! He did a root canal and tooth extraction and I never felt a thing. Now I go to see him every 4 months for regular deep cleanings. He and his staff are friendly, professional, and empathetic to my fears. Now when I walk in I have no anxiety whatsoever….. I would recommend Dr Razi to anyone that has the same fears that I used to have….

Where can I begin to Express my gratitude for Dr.Razi. I came in expecting another dentist to up sale me and it was quite the opposite! Dr razi spent time with me explaining everything about my situation. Even though he was busy, Dr razi took his time to explain everything and make me understand what was going on with my tooth! Dr razi from my prospective is very honest, conservative, and very intelligent! Another dentist told me I need all these fillings and crowns… After dr razi did his exam, I ended up only needing one thing done! If you want an honest opinion and someone that isnt drill happy please do yourself the favor and make an appointment!! You won’t regret it!

I can’t speak highly enough of this place! Dr. Razi and his team are amazing! I thought I already posted a review until Yelp told me to write one. I’ve been coming here for 4 years and 100% of the time I have been satisfied with their work. I’ve had my routine check ups to cavities filled to cosmetic work done. I love how friendly everyone is and how they remember every patient that comes through the doors. Dr. Razi and his staff will ask me about my family and make you feel like family. Not only that but I recently had a dental emergency and they took care of it on their day off just days before Independence Day. I originally came to Dr. Razi for chipped bonding on my front tooth and I yelped a good dentist and I stayed because it’s truly been the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I used to get anxious about going to the dentist but Dr. Razi and his staff are so great at making you feel at ease. If you need a dentist or even if you like your current dentist you should come here instead! You won’t be disappointed!

Can not express enough about my experiance with this office it is always plasent one from the time I make an apointment to the time I arrive there . very happy crow at all the time very honest doctors and they really take the time to explaine what needs to done to get you better. Go see Doctor Razi or Doctor Danial you will be happy you did .

Great place – everyone is so friendly and I’ve never had to wait more than 2 minutes for my appointments. Dr. Razi is both nice and knowledgeable, as well as conservative in his recommendations, which I appreciate. He doesn’t push treatments on you but tries to do as little as possible, which has me coming back for exams and cleaning and makes me trust his opinion. The front staff is great and they always contact insurance and provide pre-estimates, so that you know exactly how much treatments are going to cost and there are no unpleasant surprises. Great business.

The team at Razi Dental Institute is exceptional. There are many important factors to consider when selecting a dentist and Razi Dental Institute truly excels in every category. I have dealt with Tricia, Fallon, Manny and Dr. Razi himself. Every interacton has been professional and positive. I was actually satisfied with my dentist, but my wife recommended Dr. Razi to me and encouraged me to consider his services for some extensive veneer work. Coincidentally, my dentist explained that veneers were beyond his scope and he referred me to Dr. Razi for treatment. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. My initial impression upon entering the office was that Razi Dental Institute was an upscale facility. I was promptly greeted by Fallon and Tricia and felt very welcome. I completed the typical profile questionnaire, but hardly waited at all before Manny invited me back to the dental chair. Everyone was smiling and friendly (funny observation- everyone there smiles a lot and has perfect teeth- a silly but important detail I tend to notice at dental offices, but I digress…). Manny is freaking cool… He was easy to get along with and I could immediately tell he knew what he was talking about. He described all of the procedures, protocols and set expectations without sugar coating anything. I had great confidence in his ability to treat me. Dr. Razi greeted me with a huge, genuine smile and shook my hand. He asked me lots of questions about what I wanted for my teeth. My early impression was that he was extremely kind, very intelligent and funny. He seemed genuinely interested in me and at one point, I forgot I was at a dentist office- it felt like we were just a group of friends hanging out & shooting the breeze! Everyone there is so relatable!! During our conversation, I learned that Dr. Razi had multiple dental offices, I was impressed that he had experience as the president of a dental laboratory. I later learned that he has been a lecturer at UCLA for nearly 30 years. His expereince is broad and vast. My procedure involved six veneers and multiple visits. I was offered a twilight sleep for my visit, but declined.The staff did everything possible to create a comfortable environment for me. I’m usually slow to numb, but Dr. Razi explained that he had special knowledge of what nerves to inject where, and what drugs to use so that I was as comfortable as possible. This was the first time I felt numb **BEFORE** the drilling started! Dr. Razi explained what he was doing while he was treating me. Besides being great at communicating, he is very patient and has a great bedside manner. During one of my visits, he invited the dental lab technician to the office who would be designing my veneers (I think his name was Sarge- he was also very nice). Sarge, Manny & Dr. Razi were all very focused as they stared into my mouth and debated tooth structure. Once the veneers were finally placed, I was absolutely thrilled. I had fears of horse teeth or a chiclet smile, but my teeth looked awesome. the shapes and colors completely matched my natural smile. Although I paid out-of-pocket for the procedure, I felt that I was charged a very competitive rate. I have since returned to Dr. Razi and he is now my primary dentist. I have worked with Tricia for claims issues (my situation is complex as I have two insurance companies), but I feel that she is an expert in telling me what to expect.
