THE BEST! My family has been seeing Dr. Sherrod-Jewell for years, and we have now brought our children to see her as well. Any tooth emergency, we have been squeezed in the day we call! Recently been there for my son’s tooth emergency and it was taken care on the spot! My son (10 yrs. old) says “Dr. Carole is just so comforting!” And yes she is! The entire office is simply wonderful! Highly recommend this amazing practice!

My experience at R.B Dentistry was nothing less then perfect. I checked in at 1p and i was greeted by kathy at the front desk she was so welcoming and pleasant. My appt was at 1pm i was esorted into exam room at 1:05 the office was on time and ran very efficent. Dr carol was my dentist for my visit. Dr carol was amazing she explained everything to me that needed to b done prior to starting she was compassionate and assured me i was going to do well as iam an apprehensive pt. My exam went well and it was pain free.:) i recommend R.B dentistry to everyone thank u all at RBD for ur caring and Professionalism.. F.A

This was by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I was a nervous patient and that changed completely when I stepped into this office. The entire staff from the front desk to hygienist to the dentist… they were all so warm and welcoming. I typically am not a fan of going to the dentist and this time around I found myself wishing I could stay longer! As professionals, they completely changed my outlook on the dental work I need done. I don’t feel nervous nor do I feel overwhelmed anymore. I actually am looking forward to my appointment. As people, this are individuals you want to be around! You’ll forget there are unpleasant things happening to your teeth! Their warmth and kindness made things so easy for me. My words are not doing them enough justice! I cannot put into words how appreciative I am to have found this office. I cannot say enough nice things because you will never find another office quite like this and I HIGHLY recommend you to go if you want dental care from genuine, good people. I feel so grateful to have found them. They are truly as good as it gets.

My husband and I both love Dr. Carole & her staff. Excellent, friendly service from the front desk, the hygienists, and Dr. Carole herself. She’s always been available for emergency calls, even on weekends. My most recent visit was a cleaning with Jennifer, a hygienist I had not had before. She was just as friendly, competent, and reassuring as the rest of the staff.

By far the most professional, punctual and personalized experience every time I have an appointment. Mix that with the fact that everyone in the office from the front desk to the back room are some of the most genuine and caring group of people, I can’t see why one would go anywhere else. I went from having a fear of the dentist to looking forward to my next cleaning! Thanks Dr. Carole!

I rarely write reviews. In fact, this may be the first time. Dr Jewell and all of her staff are awesome! I actually look forward to coming here. No dental insurance, no problem! They have a great in house plan that includes two cleanings and some other extras. Plus, 15% off of anything that needs doing within that year. The plan was perfect for me. I hadn’t been to the dentist for a few years and had a few cavities, a crown that came off, and a root canal that needed doing. It was such a relief to get it all taken care of. I would refer this place to Anyone who Needs a dentist!

Full disclosure! I am the biggest COWARD when it comes to all things medical!!! Dr. Carol and her staff have done everything they possibly can to make my experience so pleasant,gentle,compassionate and PAINLESS as possible!!!!!!!! My entire family including a four and nine-year-old have been going to see Carol since day one and I can’t over emphasize the time and patience she’s taken to acclimate my children to the world of dentistry. Because of her caring nature and the overwhelming support that her staff brings my children actually look forward to going to have their check ups/cleanings because she creates such a wonderful family environment. Oh! And toys for the kids too! I cannot say enough good things about my experiences in her office.
