Hi my Name is Gerod Smith this is my review– So just finished up my visit with Refection Dental 12/5/2018 and it was amazing and very comforting experience. I had the pleasure of meeting 3 hygienist Jen,Samantha,and Kimberly and trust when I saw they all deserve high praise and in my book awards never in my life have I felt more at ease. Jen was wonderful made sure I was comfortable and calm and showed genuine concern about my well being(my favorite) Samantha prepped me and advised what the issues were and never made me feel discouraged about not seeing the dentist like I should have been . She is a wonderful lady (love her) Kim – She performed the procedure and asked questions and catered to my needs as a patient she did a great job (sweet lady) This is the best dental spot in ARIZONA and now will be were I take my entire family – BTW the front desk staff also is amazing they just know how to relate to people who need good dentist.

I had an emergency come up with a tooth infection. The receptionist was very kind, friendly, and helpful. She made it possible to get I. this very day to see Dr. Hildebrand. The staff were all very friendly, with positive attitudes. The dental assistant took y right in, got be my X-rays taken and I was ready to see Dr. Hildebrand. Dr. Hildebrand was very friendy, professional and helpful. he explained my options and took it from there. I have another appointment for next week to have a root canal and am looking forward to all the work I need done. it highly recommend Reflections Dental and Dr Hildebrand.

I have been going to Dr Hildebrant for over 20 years. I started as a child with braces. As our family has grown and expanded via marriage and babies we continue to bring everyone to him.  He is kind, knowledgeable, and has a great bedside manner! The staff are also genuinely concerned for your well being and patient experience! I would definitely recommend Refleftions Dental to anyone needing routine or special work

Our family has come to Reflections for years (decades myself). Doc and his staff never cease to provide excellent care for our family. One of our younger kids with special needs was taken back by the new procedures due to COVID-19. The staff was patient and kind and we ended up having a successful appointment with a happy kiddo at the end. The dental care itself has always been excellent, but their bedside manner is even better.

I have been going to awesome Dr. Hildebrand and my hygienist Jen for many years. They are fantastic. I used to have to take the day off work just to get my teeth cleaned but now I enjoy going in and I actually relax in the chair. Jen is very gentle in my cleaning’s Chrissy is also a joy to see at the front desk. I would recommend this Dental business to all of my friends.

Excellent service! From the appointment reminders to the day the dental work was completed, I felt like I was their only patient! I will admit I am not easy to please, but not a problem for Dr. Hildebrandt the “perfectionist”……and always knowledgeable regarding the latest procedures. The hi-tech equipment and personable staff reveal Dr. Hildebrandt’s devotion to providing his patients with the best possible dental experience. I have been going to Reflections for over 20 years. They have always been caring and professional. My hygienist Jen was instrumental in getting me over my fear and anxiety. Now Samantha is following that same gentle care. Front office staff on top of answering any question I have. Dr Hildebrand is the best and is comforting and experienced.

Wow what a great place. The staff is so friendly and professional. You made me feel special, like I had been going here forever. Thank you for helping me in an emergency. Let’s be honest, no one likes the dentist especially with everything going on right now. So when I woke up with a swollen jaw and a tooth ache I couldn’t kick I was less than excited. I called doctor Hildebrandt and he was able to schedule me on the same day! When I arrived after a few x-rays it was decided I needed to have an extraction of an impacted wisdom tooth. Not gonna lie it was a little painful, but at no fault to doc! He and his team treated me well with the numbing cream and the little pinch of the needle shot to numb me up! In recovering now and hopefully my next trip will be a more pleasant trip, but either way I recommend this team for all dental needs!

Been going to Reflections Dental for over 15yrs. We have grown old together. Dr. Hildebrant is an excellent dentist and his staff very efficient. My visits over the past years have been for dental cleaning and Jennifer is a wonderful hygienist. Always reminding to brush, gloss and use the water oil.

Dr. Hildebrant is the best. Always make me feel very comfortable. He goes over the procedures when needed and answers any questions I have. Dr. Hildebrant does amazing work. I’m very happy and always recommend him to others. The office staff, dental assistants, and the hygienist are all wonderful. Every visit to my dentists is a great one.

All of the Staff were very caring, thorough and Professional. I felt very at ease having my teeth cleaned & X-rayed. Dr. Hildebrandt explained everything to me without any pressure to receive further work on my teeth. I absolutely would recommend Reflections Dental and will be back to have my future Dental work done!

I love Reflections Dental. I put off going to the dentist for years because of a bad experience and had high anxiety when I went to the office for the first time. I have never been greeted with such professionalism and caring people, that made me feel so comfortable. When I got my teeth cleaned, it was very eye-opening on how gentle it could be, and my hygienist, Jen, was so accommodating and eased my fears and tension. And while I have a lot of work ahead of me I am not afraid or have The anxiety i used to have, although the work I have to is extensive, Dr. Hildebrant is so gentle and goes out of his way to make sure that I am comfortable and taken care of. My husband just changed from his dentist and they are so accommodating to him as well. They look out for all of our health needs not just what we need with our as far as making sure the blood pressure is safe enough to do teeth cleaning and then a follow up is incredible. The staff there is wonderful I give reflections dental five stars and an A+++. Thank you Reflections Dental and all of the people that work there, for helping me get back on track with the dentist. And thank you Dr. Hildebrant for always taking care of me and my husband and our needs when it comes to our teeth. You guys are rock stars!!

Dr. Hildebrandt is a saint. Have been going to him for over 20 years now. Chipped my tooth and his office squeezed me in the next morning. Everyone in this office is friendly and professional. Dr. Hildebrandt is amazing and I am so lucky to have him as my dentist. Consider Reflections Dental if you are looking for a dentist

They have wonderful staff that make you feel comfortable and welcomed as you walk in the door and throughout my whole experience! Samantha and Dr. Hildebrand were very patient, knowledgeable and supportive with me. I highly recommend Reflections Dental as an office of caring and knowledge staff. I have great confidence in them!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hildebrandt for over 20 years. He provides only “top notch” care, the best of the best. My Grandchildren are now patients of Dr. Hildebrandt. Samantha, one of his hygienists, gives excellent cleanings and she’s really great with my 5 year old Granddaughter, who can sometimes be a challenge! Reflections Dental provides excellent, pain free family time dentistry.

I have been a patient of Reflections Dental and Dr Hildibrant for 10+ years. His office is always nice, neat and clean. His staff is always friendly ready to help where they can. I have not been blessed with the best teeth. There is usually something that needs to be done. I have gone to many, many dentists before finding Dr Hildibrant. He actually made improvement with my teeth instead of being told that’s the best we can do. Take it or leave it. So I left. I had a terrible smile. My teeth never looked as good as I wanted. So I would cover my mouth a lot. Dr Hildibrant worked on my teeth and I always knew what he was doing no surprises. And when he and his team were done I had a wonderful smile, still do Thank you for your time and patience with me.

Jen is amazing. Such a wealth of information! She never, ever makes me feel as if she has to hurry through the exam or cleaning. She explained my options and the costs in detail. Dr. Hildebrandt is excellent and very understanding when we discuss costs and timelines for service. I am an extremely anxiety ridden dental patient. The entire staff understands and has been so very patient with me. The office staff is very professional and makes sure I understand the procedures and charges. I would highly recommend Reflections to everyone!

I know people don’t usually like going to the dentist however I look forward to my appointments. Dr. Hildebrant, Jen, Chrissy and the rest of the staff are wonderful. They truly are like family to me and has always made me feel so comfortable when I come in. They are prompt when scheduling appointments. They send reminders and love the fact they call me to see if I want to come in earlier when applicable. Thank you for the many years of great service not just for myself however for my daughters too. You are awesome!!

I had a tooth break on Labor Day two days before I had to start having chemo for breast cancer. I was panicking and called Dr Hildebrandt. He returned the call and told me he’d make sure his staff fitted me in the next day. They did and I got a temporary crown that day and the permanent one 2 weeks later. He was very gentle and careful since my gums are sensitive and bleeding from the chemo. I really appreciate the excellent service and compassion he and his staff showed me during a difficult time

I was out of town and had to make an emergency appointment regarding a tooth giving me pain just before the Memorial holiday long weekend. Dr Hildebrandt’s office was super nice and scheduled me in the same day. They took a few xrays and Dr. Hildebrandt offered suggestions regarding treatment – we aligned on a course of antibotics and “wait to get home for further treatment” due to the complexitiy of the tooth issue. A week later I called the office back with more questions and Dr. Hildebrandt got on the phone and spoke to me – all around great experience. If I’m ever in the area, I’ll go back. In closing: I needed two root canals but am thankful I was able to bridge the gap until i got home. Thanks to Dr. Hildebrandt and his office staff who were all wonderful!

I have been going to this office for about 15 years and I don’t think you can find a more caring group of people. Dr. Hildebrandt is a perfectionist and won’t be satisfied until the work is done correctly. His assistant is also terrific as are the up front office personnel. The new hygienist, Tanya, is wonderful. Thank you all for your work, your professionalism and your compassion.
