Dr Spanel has a lot of extremely satisfied customers. I’ve been pleased with the dentist and his staff. He is quite conservative–not performing costly or potentially painful procedures unless truly necessary. A minor downside to this approach is that on rare occasions, one might need to persuade him to take a second look if you’re sure there’s a problem that needs fixing. On the few times I’ve needed fillings, it’s been completely painless. He even applies a topical anaesthetic so I don’t feel the needle. If this will be your first visit, be sure to ask for directions. The office is easy to miss if you don’t know which turns to make.

What a delightful dental office.  The first time I came I had a hard time finding the place just because I am unfamiliar with the area of town and the frontage roads but i figured it out.  Its kind of funny to me as most dental offices all seem to have the same decor and vibe.  The staff at the front desk is extremely friendly and give you a nice greeting.  I really like their appointment reminder service because it can be easy to get distracted and want to forget about going to the dentist.  The hygienist staff is delightful as is Dr Spanel.  I am excited to go back in 6 more months for my next check up, hopefully I will continue to have healthy teeth and a pretty smile.

This is an awesome office! The dentist, Dr. Ken Spanel is amazing and completely pain free. The staff is upbeat, fun, and very professional. My teeth have been loved at this office and have never looked so great. I got 6 veneers and have the movie star smile I have dreamed about. I haven’t been to a dentist in a very long time and this was a great experience. I had a very thorough cleaning – thank you, Juli! – followed by a check-up from Dr. Spanel. Not once did anyone comment on the length of time since my last check-up/cleaning nor did they recommend anything I didn’t need. Very professional and kind. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Spanel and his staff are legit. They take great care of you. I broke a tooth in the back of my mouth over the weekend and called them first thing this morning and they asked if I wanted to come in in the am or afternoon. I came in the afternoon and I thought they would examine and then we’d determine a course of action but have to schedule on a different day. The opposite Dr. Spanel said it would be a quick fix and if I had 20min. I said yes. He literally fixed my tooth in 20min and I was out the door continuing my day pain free. They were awesome! This will be where I will go and recommend for any dental need. Thank you!!!

I have to add that Regency Dental now sends multiple text message appointment reminders, which really saved my ass from missing my scheduled visit last week. Speaking of that visit, Dr. Spanel found I had leaky filling which needed to be replaced. They told me to come back at my convenience, which for me turned out be a week later. It’d been a while since I had any drilling done on my choppers, but I wasn’t sweating it. A little shot in the gum to numb and zip, zip, drill, drill, polish, polish and I was done in under 30 minutes. It’s now a few hours later and I’m virtually pain free. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

I have no need to ever shy away from another dentist appointment again since coming to Regency Dental! Dr. Spanel and his staff are fantastic at what they do and have you smiling when you leave. My hygienist, Charlene, is the best and is always so friendly and welcoming at every appointment. I highly recommend Regency Dental if your watch is telling you it’s 2:30 (tooth hurty).

This is the best Dentist office I’ve ever been to. I recommend it to everyone. They are the kindest bunch of people there are. No one is condescending. They really do want to help you have the healthiest mouth you can. We all know a lot of people avoid the Dentist, and I understand why, so many people have been to the Dentist and they get shamed and talked down to for not doing something properly or just not taking care of their mouth. There is no reason to talk to someone like that or shame them or have an attitude or just be down right mean. You won’t get that here, always a smiling face and a teaching moment. You can ask any questions you want without judgement. I have truly hated going to the dentist my whole life, nothing but anxiety and fear of pain etc. Not anymore, I quite enjoy it! From the Dentist to the hygienists to the front desk, all are amazing. Thank you to everyone at this office that makes my experience so dang pleasant. You are all rockstars!
