Everyone here is really nice and respectful, from the admin to the dentists. They were able to see me last minute and do the dental work I needed. I spent a long time in the chair, but they were gentle and mindful of my comfort the entire time. Dental Assistant Michelle was even gracious enough to track down and lend me headphones so I could listen to a book while they worked! Additionally, they helped me find an affordable treatment option. They really go above and beyond for their patients! I even recieved some aftercare videos to review at home. Highly recommend.

Well first let me start by saying I am absolutely terrified of dentist because of a childhood experience but I had to go because my tooth was hurting me horribly. I chose this location because of all the good reviews and let me say it was a great decision. I had a great experience here, Every single person was great. Everybody was reassuring and comforting. They made sure I was okay and talked to me the whole time. I would definitely recommend this dentist to others and will definitely use again.

All the employees at Republic Dental are AMAZING! From the time you enter the facility, to the time you leave it, you feel welcomed. I decided to go to this dental office because it was closer to my home then the previous one I use to go for my dental needs. I had no information about this dental office from anyone, so I was reluctant. It was one of the best decision . The office was sparking clean with top of the line medical equipment. New to the area and discovered this gem of a location by sheer luck. Walked up knocked on the door and was greeted by one of the nicest and welcoming staff I have encountered in a really long time. Very refreshing to be honest. Making an appointment was very easy and they accommodated four new patients all in one afternoon so I wouldn’t have to schedule multiple days. The day of the appointments was very easy and pain free. Four patients in and out with three hours with all of us requiring xrays, cleaning, and one patient requiring extra attention. I would highly recommend this service to anyone searching for a friendly and professional dentist.

Great experience! Very friendly staff. Greeted by Valerie with a warm smile. Stephanie was my hygienist. She was easy to talk to, nonjudgmental and very gentle. Everyone I interacted with told me what was going to happen and Valerie covered my benefits with me. Dr. Espino spent about 10 minutes with me before my appointment. He tried to find out a bit about me personally and put me at ease for the appointment. Definitely glad I chose this office…even got a goodie bag at the end of the visit.

This was my first visit and I must say I’m seriously impressed on the great work. I had to have 2 of my front teeth corrected due to cavities. I was dreading that people will be able to see I had work done. To my amazement you can’t even tell I had any work done. My teeth look absolutely amazing !!!! Hands down the best dental practice in all of San Antonio. As soon as you walk in, the staff already knows who you are and greets you by name. You wait almost no time at all to get admitted and have your dental work performed in a swift and timely manner. I now get my cleanings scheduled here every 6 months and I enjoy the honest critical and constructive feedback given by my hygienist on what best practices to follow for my oral and overall health. I’m also glad they are now open Saturdays, meaning no need to take time off of work! Needed a root canal and they immediately accommodated me; from check-in to check-out everything was smooth and seamless. I was initially greeted by Steve Z. who took care of me on both my visits; he is very personable, kind and patient. Dr. Espino gave me the first diagnosis and recommended a root canal – they explained everything but were not pushy. My second visit Steve was there again to help and assisted Dr. Sanchez with the root canal. The entire staff (including the young lady at the reception) are kind, caring and just wonderful. I would definitely recommend this location and the staff there. Additionally, the prices were surprisingly low – so my wallet is happy too 😉

I absolutely hate going to the dentist, I really can’t open my mouth too big and hate huge mouth guards. My hygienist was 100% kind to me and very patient. I asked her questions about my procedure and what to do after that, she even used a smaller mouth guard for me. I have never had such a great experience like this before from the dentist. I had a broken wisdom tooth and a broken molar, felt agonizing pain for about 2 years. I suggest anyone that has a broken tooth, don’t wait two years, the pain is a 10 out of 10 I can promise you. Got myself a root canal and a crown and removed the wisdom tooth that was broken. Needless to say, I am walking on air. The staff was phenomenal, they were attentive to any time I felt pain and addressed it immediately, the process was not as long as I thought it would be, and the overall results I could not be any happier. The only way it could have been better is if they could have regenerated the tooth itself back to its original state before anything happened, which is a fantasy dream and never going to happen in real life at least in our lifetimes. I like the way my tooth looks, I love the way the crown feels in my mouth, and I look forward to my next appointment. I’m always hesitant to leave reviews for anything, but I am pretty confident in leaving this review. Update: 09-09-2020 Oh my, went in thinking it was just updating and preparing for yet again another potential root canal and crown, but they did it that day and it was faster than my previous visit in 2018. Far more accurate, less pain, I literally fell asleep for a bit during a root canal and crown. My only gripe, only one and it’s probably just me…but I would have loved to watch the procedure being done. Like a monitor or mirror above showing me what they’re doing in my mouth, oh that would have been more fascinating than any netflix show. Otherwise, this was spot on, they took care of me and made sure I was 100 the entire time. A part of me kinda wishes I had more trouble teeth as I can’t find that kind of attention anywhere else, well for me anyways. Honestly I was colored impressed with how quickly it was done and far far better than my last visit…I cannot stress that any further.
