Never have I ever liked a dental office but this office and staff however changed my mind. Their procedures are painless (for me.) They are very big on client experience so they make sure that you are comfortable with everything from price to procedure. There are no hidden fees they are up front. The doctors are up to date on everything including their machines. They are pricey but you do get what you pay for. And after my past experiences it was well worth every penny. I am grateful for this dental group I recommend them to anyone who asks.

Dr Rivercombs compassion for his patients is remarkable. It is refreashing to find a dentist who can be so gentle when giving Novocain. He goes above and beyond for his patients. From working patients in on a emergency appointment or taking extra time to explain a procedures. Everyone in his office is friendly and helpful they make sure you are comfortable with your visit.

I don’t know anyone who enjoys dental work (at least I don‘t) but everyone at Revercomb makes the experience pleasant and comfortable. From the front desk to the Hygienist, Assistants, Treatment Specialists and the Doctors are all Professional, empathetic, thorough and focused on our dental health. I cannot say enough good things about Revercomb Dental Group! I took my son here for the first time for a consult and we were greeted by such a friendly staff. The waiting room is clean, comfortable and such a wonderful atmosphere for a dental office. Hannah, the dental assistant, came to get us and showed us around the office and let us know about the practice, staff et cetera. I have never had a dental office make me feel so at ease and welcomed. We met with the dentist who was very personable and took the time to explain everything to my son and me. He did not rush and answered any questions we had. There is so much more I can say about Revercomb Dental Group and I would highly recommend them to anyone !

Coming from someone new to Syracuse (I recently retired from the Public school system in Florida) and very familiar with dentistry work throughout my life, I can honestly say I’m not only impressed with the excellent staff-team the office has but with the professionalism, personal touch, nice friendly manner and general charisma felt throughout the office. My dentist is Jenn Lonnen and she is magnificent in her patient-dentist relationship and workmanship including great pleasant character. I look forward to many more years under her care. Dr. Revercomb and the entire staff with whom I interacted were friendly, attentive, present, and helpful. I am fairly new to Syracuse and previously had a cleaning at a different office and was offput by the experience. A friend recommended Revercomb when I had a dental emergency come up a couple days ago and I am relieved they were able to fit me in on such short notice. They went above and beyond to explain the process and help me feel more comfortable. Dr. Revercomb had a kind and gentle presence and was competent and skillful. I have been to many dentists and this was the best experience I’ve ever had, so it was a huge comfort to find such a great one in the Syracuse area. I’m grateful to all the wonderful staff who helped take care of me while I was in a lot of pain!

What a delight, a personal tour of the Revercomb operation! What I mean by that is I was introduced to all special operations, i.e., on-site crown creation, x-rays, and personal walk-through and explanation of services from children to adult needs. Love dental work? That’s an odd thought. Whatever – Dr. Jake did a tooth implant for me – had to dig out a tooth broken off at the root. I had no pain during and virtually none afterward. The implant went smoothly – no problem/no pain. We have been going to Revercombs – father & son – for years. They are skillful and and have an office staff that is wonderful. If dental work can be pleasant, they make it as much so as possible.

Both Dr. Gary and Dr Jake are great! My family has been seeing this practice since before Dr Jake was even thought of and we would never go anywhere else while either of these guys are practicing! They know what should be done, and how to accomplish it with minimal or no pain. Their practice always seems to run like a well oiled machine, usually with very little wait. The staff has unusual longevity which shows that they are treated as well as the patients. We love these guys!

Like a lot of people I have anxiety about going to the dentist. Today I had to get a wisdom tooth removed. I was a nervous mess. Let me start by saying I have multiple complex health issues. I was concerned about how serious my illnesses would be considered by the Dr. Within 5 minutes of talking to Lee and Dr. Jake I was very confident that he could take care of me and was concerned not just about my teeth but about me as a whole person. The entire staff was phenomenal. So nice friendly and helpful. And not the fake kind of nice where their doing it because they have to they genuinely care and that is very rare. I would and will recommend Dr. Jake to everyone i know who needs not only a great dentist but a great compassionate person as well. Thank you everyone at Revercomb you’re amazing.

I had an amazing experience at Dr. Revercomb’s office. I have always had a fear of the dentist and recently had an implant done elsewhere that is now failing. I was immediately put at ease with Dr. Revercomb and his staff. Everyone from the front desk staff to the assistants and Dr. Revercomb himself were kind and friendly and made me feel welcomed. The Treatment Coordinator came up with some great payment options for me which was so helpful because I don’t have dental insurance. I now have my smile back thanks to Dr. Revercomb. Excellent. We couldn’t be more pleased with the staff and how they treat my daughter with Autism. They go above and beyond. Tina personally recognized a scheduling error I had made accidentally that would have interrupted our routine there and called to fix it! I have had extensive dental work done in some of the best dental offices in the country.. And I have performed anesthesia in many offices..There are not enough words to describe this FANTASTIC dental group.. I’ve been going to Dr. Jake since he began practicing with his father in 2001. He placed cosmetic veneers on my top front teeth – he did such an incredible job that 18 years later, they are still looking fabulous! I have since moved and have a local dentist for regular cleanings, but I will always travel back to Dr. Jake for any dental work. He and his staff make you feel so comfortable and I trust their work!
