Recently moved to New York from Houston for work. One simple phone call and I was scheduled for the following day. Not sure if this happens all the time but was very convenient for me. When I arrived in the office, and I was in the chair shortly after. This is a big reason for the 5 star rating. Minimal wait time. My appt. was @ 3pm on a Wednesday so not sure if they’re slammed at other times different days of the week. I was initially helped by Jorge with all my first-timer things (x-rays, etc.). Then was seen by Dr. The whole experience was great and left there with my teeth feeling properly cleaned. Dr. Rimma did point out a couple things she’s keeping an eye on so that just makes me feel that much better that possible issues are identified and properly monitored. Glad I got it right the first time and I plan on sticking with them if I stay in the New York area.

Dr. Rimma Sheshelovskaya is a gem I’ve stumbled across. For years I’ve needed treatment as my previous dentist left me with unfinished work when he left the practice. I went online, great website, extremely thorough and so easy to make an appointment. Nice and clean place, everyone greeted with a smile. Everyone professional. I’ve never seen such a busy practice. Dr. Rimma Sheshelovskaya is a lovely, sympathetic person who was extremely warm & kind, telling me about what’s happened and what could be done throughout the initial assessment. I was referred by my fiancé to dr. Sheshelovsky office when I was looking for a new dentist. (He loves it there) When I called to make my first emergency appointment it was very easy. I had a lot of pain in my tooth. Their office is so nice and extremely clean and the staff is very approachable. When I saw Dr Sheshelovsky she was very professional and nice. She told me exactly what I had and what needed to be done. I needed a root canal. Which was exactly what I was told by a few other dentists but I just didn’t feel comfortable with them. Dr. made me feel very comfortable. I went back a couple more times for my root canal and other work that needed to be done. Through out the root canal process she made sure I felt no pain and made me feel so relaxed I almost fell asleep. After my experience with dr. and her staff I will never go to any other dentist again. I absolutely love it there. I have been recommending all my friends and family to her office ever since. A Revitta Smile really is as good as it gets for me. I’ve seen my fair share of dentists growing up–for routine checkups, cleanings, and fillings–and not many measure up. They were very well recommended by my aunt whose positive experience here led me to check them out while I was browsing around for Invisalign. Dr. Rimma saw me on my first visit and was extremely helpful in guiding me towards my decision to get the clear braces OrthoSnap. She explained the whole process and also let me consider other options. I did not feel pressured to make a decision at that very moment, which I appreciated very much from them. When I finally decided to begin the Orthosnap, they worked with me on figuring out payment options (I did not have dental insurance at the time). In general, their employees are attentive and detail oriented. One time the impression of my teeth was not correct, and they patiently went back to take the impression again. I’ve had my cleanings and fillings done there as well. One of their best practices is that they promote preventive care, which is important to me. I rather they fix something small before it becomes a bigger problem. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
