I was referred to the office of Dr. Reza Moghbel when I was visiting Bakersfield from Sweden. I got a awesome help from Dr. Reza Moghbel, he was very professional and careful with me and made me feel safe and comfortable. He told me that I would need an extraction and an implant. They made an appointment with Dr. Sastiel who would do the extraction and put in a bone graph for an implant. Dr. Sastiel made the experience as comfortable as he could and was very pleasant. I was so happy with them both that I will come back during the summer to get the implant

I had been going to the same dentist for more than 38 years. I thought thought that dentist was one of the best in Bakersfield, so when he retired and Dr. Reza Moghbel (Dr. Reza) acquired the practice I thought he had some pretty large shoes to fill. I continued with my regular check-ups with Dr. Reza and recently I needed to have an old crown replaced. I found Dr. Reza to be thorough and caring, and I experienced absolutely no pain or discomfort as he prepared my tooth for its new crown. He explained the procedure as it progressed and I came away feeling that Dr. Reza was even better than my old dentist! His assistant was very personable as well. The day after my appointment I received a call from Dr. Reza’s staff to check on how I was feeling and to make sure I had no pain issues. That NEVER happened with my old dentist – Dr. Reza and his staff has won me over and I’ll bet you’ll be pleased with his care too.

Dr Rez and the staff are so amazing!! They are not only great with me, but they do an amazing job with my kids (one of which who has Autism) . They all know how to make a trip to the dentist, not just beneficial, but enjoyable.. We also love the company of Hugo (the service dog) to comfort us during our treatment. I am 67 years old and have been treated by many dentist over my lifetime. From the very moment I walked into Dr. Rez’s office I knew the office was “a cut above”. The entire staff cared about my comfort. My appointment included a dental cleaning and check up. Dr. Rez found cavities under some of my old crowns. I have had a crown replaced and I never, at anytime during the appointment, felt any pain. If you are looking for a professional dental office that provides unbelievable dental care, this is it! I recently broke a piece off one of my upper molars and subsequently was in much discomfort when trying to eat or drink. Dr. Reza not only was able to fit me in to an already busy schedule of appointments the morning I called his office, he took the time to prepare my broken molar for a crown and put a temporary cap on my tooth eliminating the pain in my tooth until the crown could be made. I would highly recommend Dr. Reza!

I’ve been coming to this office since I was little and when Dr.Gassoway and Dr. Moghbel came in I was a little skeptical. But I was pleasantly surprised by the work Dr. Moghbel and his staff do. My mom is 94 years old and needed a new crown and cantilever to replace a front tooth. Dr. Rez and his dental assistant, Cassie, took extreme care of all my mom’s needs during her appointment, including pillows to support her neck and knees. She reported her procedure as being painless. We visited the dental lab to ensure a perfect color match to my mom’s other crowns. My dental visit by far has been the best experience I’ve had! As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with smiles by the front office staff, and the waiting time was not even more than 10 minutes. The dental assistant, Kayla, made me feel comfortable as she took my X-rays and Dr. Reza was very knowledgeable and thorough with his exam. He was straight to the point, and not once did I ever feel like I was being pushed into getting treatment done right away. I also appreciated the way he prioritized what I needed. Just leaving my dentist appointment at My Dentist of Bakersfield. Elizabeth at the front desk was awesome. I was greeted very professionally and got to the back very quickly where Vanessa got all of my XRays done. She was super nice as well. Dr. Moghbel is the truth. What ever issues or concerns he finds with you teeth or gums, HE IS GOING TO TELL YOU! But in a pretty nice way though. The complete honesty and understanding of my financial situation was very refreshing and much needed for me, being someone whom hasn’t been to the dentist in a really long time due to lack of finances. Mrs. Nancy is the Bestest. She did my deep cleaning which was recommended by Dr. Moghbel. But she didn’t just do it, she explained in detail to me WHY I needed to have it done. She showed me all the important issues, concerns and benefits of having the procedure done and then made it a very memorable and comfortable experience for me from the way she talked me through the entire process. She also did techniques to help make the experience as painless as humanly possible. Oh and I can not forget their Mascot, Mr. Hugo the cutest, friendliest little white pup you’ll ever meet. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. I already have my next appointment scheduled and will definitely be referring family and associates.

Had an appointment today and was SO impressed!!! I came to have my cracked tooth fixed and Dr. Reza was up front and advised me that I might need a root canal. Thankfully, Parisa was able to schedule me on a day where Dr. Nour (the endodontist) was available in case that was necessary. When I arrived I was greeted by the super friendly staff and within 10 minutes Dr. Reza was ready to see me. I was seated in the dental chair and was introduced to the office therapy dog! Dr. Reza was also very careful to make sure I was totally comfortable before doing any work. It turned out the root canal was necessary and Dr. Nour did an incredible job saving the tooth!

I orginally went to Dr office for a cleaning with my awesome dental hygienist Naomi since she had recently started working there full time . The front office staff where very friendly, and then I got it meet dr. He is super friendly and handsome too lol . He knows his stuff and explains everything to you . I would highly recommend this office . We had a small insurance issue and they took care of it too. I will be getting a couple crowns soon which o totally trust him to do with excellence
