My daughter had the BEST experience! She can’t wait to go back and I am so glad I brought her their for a second opinion because my first opinion qanted 500.00 for a panel of xrays that Dr. Rinsinger included in the visit! I was also referred by two of my friends so I knew he was already great! Really “best experience ever” – my daughter’s words.

I waited forever to get my teeth aligned and when COVID hit, and I was under a mask 24/7 I decided to finally do it! I am so happy with the decision and being taken care of my Dr. Risinger and his excellent staff! This is a well oiled machine – they are perfect at what they do and you always feel like you are in excellent hands! Very efficient too. I ended up with invisalign and I couldn’t be happier with the results. In less than 6 months my teeth were visibly straighter!!

Absolutely I would recommend this office again and again! The staff were amazing! I was visiting from out of town and had a braces/retainer emergency. Not only were they the nicest on the phone when I explained my situation, but they welcomed me with open arms! The office was nice, clean and fast! Then, when they were finished correcting my issue, they offered me ice cream! Talk about service! I would go to Dr. Risingers office for all of my orthodontics needs if I lived in the area! The staff at Risinger are friendly, professional and organized. The care and knowledge are top notch and they really care about your family’s overall experience from ease of billing and experience “in the chair” to entertainment and treats in the waiting area, and fun programs to incentivize good behaviors and a positive connection with the orthodontics team.

We’ve always been treated well and they have both have done wonderful work with my sons. I have had the pleasure of consulting Dr. Rick Risinger recently for a relatively complex orthodontic issue. My opinion is that he and his entire practice is absolutely world class. I am always greeted by a friendly, engaged staff, and am made to feel welcome and at ease. The facility is modern and clean, and is clearly designed to make patients as comfortable as possible (have you ever sat in a movie theater or played pinball in a doctor’s waiting room? You will here!). The assistants are courteous, knowledgeable, and totally invested in the well-being of their patients. Dr. Risinger explains your options clearly and thoroughly, and makes you understand not just the process of straightening teeth, but also the overall health impacts of whatever, if any, treatment you decide to pursue. This practice has obviously been built by a family, and is run like a family. As a patient, I feel like I am a part of that family now, too. Risinger Orthodontics is the first (and only) place I will go when my child is ready for orthodontic care.

Dr Rick and the folks at Risinger orthodontics made the Invisalign process so easy and comfortable I don’t know why anyone would not stop by for a consultant to see what they can do for you or a family member. Sierra was the best, very knowledgeable and easy to deal with! Two years from my first visit I have a whole new outlook on life with my great smile!!! Thank you!!!

I come from the Worcester area and each time I arrive I’m greeted with genuine kindness and professionalism. The office is beautiful. It’s filled with photos and appropriate decorations as well as a coffee bar. I’ve never waited long to be seen and Dr. Rick and his staff always answer my questions and never seem to be in a rush to get to the next patient. At my consult, Dr. Rick asked what I wanted to see change about my bite and what bothered me about my smile. He didn’t push his opinions first. He addressed my areas of concern and confirmed that we can meet my goals. It’s worth the drive!

We literally just started going here, but already I am so impressed!!! The office makes getting orthodontic treatment so much less intimidating – and even fun! The staff is incredible and the rewards program is genius!! I love how the kids are rewarded not just for taking car of their teeth, but for being good people!!
