Riley dental group is a great place to go. They are very friendly and truly seem to care about their patients. Their staff does an excellent job dealing with insurance companies and are very pleasant to deal with in person or on the phone. Dr. Riley is very concerned that his patients do not experience pain, so he goes to great lengths to make sure my visit is not unpleasant. He also seems to be very conscientious about doing the job right. Historically, I have been notorious for putting off my visits to the dentist, but now I have no hesitation to make an appointment

I have yet to have an experience that was anything other than great, and I think that says a lot for a dental visit. Typically I am in for my regular cleaning. I appreciate having. X-rays every two years vs. every other visit. On the occasion when I have had work done, I am happy to accept what is being recommended because these dentists seem to be very interested in the patients best interest, keeping costs as low as possible, by not recommending more than necessary, and, I cannot forget to mention, how everyone is so friendly. Finding a great dental office is like finding a good, honest, mechanic; once you find one you do not want to let it go.

This Dental practice is the best one in town. The staff are so wonderful and they truly care about their patients. The office is very clean and I highly recommend them to anyone. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. The entire staff is amazing. They have an awesome computer program that when they input your insurance information it automatically tells them your portion of any work you need to have done. I’m from lancaster, I was looking for a dentist on my insurance plan. I tried the dentists in Lancaster, let’s just say for various reasons I was not impressed. Riley Dental is very professional and very competinent. Unlike the dentist offices in Lancaster — Riley does not try to “pad” their bill and collect more from me, when my dental insurance has fully covered the procedure. It is worth the trip to Riley.

Went to Riley Dental Group this morning for a long over due teeth cleaning. From the second I walked in the front desk was so helpful.
